King of the Hill istuu Cedar Cliff Village -kadun, uuden loma-asuntoyhteisön, vieressä aivan Ashevillen lähellä, Pohjois-Carolinassa.

Tässä vihreällä rakenteella varustetussa vuoristoalueessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta kylpyhuoneella, kolmannessa king-size-makuuhuone yläkerrassa sekä lisäksi neljäs makuuhuone, jossa on kerrossänky ja vedettävä tuoli.
King of the Hill merkitsee Cedar Cliff Villageen korkeinta kohtaa. Ihaile sitä vuorenharjanteelta päin näkymiä kodin joka kulmasta.
Ulkopuolella on suuri katettu edessä oleva kuisti, joka on varustettu ulkoterasseilla. Rentoudu piknikpöydässä tai takaapäin sijaitsevassa kylpytynnyrissä, joka on sijoitettu harjanteen päälle ja josta saa upean ilta-auringonlaskun näkymän Pikku Pisgahin ja Bearwallow-vuorille.
Kun astut kotiin, löydät modernit kalusteet, joissa on tilava, avoin olohuoneen pohjapiirros. Olohuoneessa on runsaasti istumapaikkoja kodikkaan kaasutakan ympärillä, jossa voi tuntea olonsa kotoisaksi. Keittiöstä löytyy hyvin varusteltu kokkekeittiö, jossa on aamiaisbaari, kaasuliesi, maalaistyyliset pesuallas ja graniittiset työtasot.
Pääkerroksen Master-sviitissä on mukava king-size-vuode, TV, iso vaatehuone ja kylpyhuone, jossa on kaakeloitu, suihkukaappi. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on myös puoli kylpyamme ja pesutupa.
Yläkerran asuintilassa on runsaasti tilaa levittää toisessa, tilavassa makuuhuoneessa, jossa kylpyhuone, jossa kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus, kävellä kaakeloidussa suihkukiskossa sekä runsaasti vaatekaappia. Eteistä löydät täyden kylpyhuoneen, lisäksi kolmannen ja neljännen makuuhuoneen, jossa istuu king-size-vuode sekä joukko kerrossänkyjä, joissa on ulosvedettävä tuoli.

Lovely House & Stay

We especially enjoyed the 3 king beds for all 3 couples. We enjoyed the location close to Asheville & Biltmore. We enjoyed the hot tub every night of our stay. The neighbors were very friendly.

Great spot close to all

We came in for a girls trip and had a fun time! It was a great location to downtown Asheville as well as hiking. Bedrooms are spacious and the hot tub was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

This was perfect place for us to hangout as a family, super close to Asheville and the house is nicely decorated, with a great support team behind it! Would highly recommend!

The best!

We had the best time staying here for my husband’s birthday. It was the perfect distance to downtown Asheville, but still close to other places. Travis was awesome at communicating with us as well. We would love to come back.

Lovely property, good location!

We absolutely loved staying in this new property. Everything was new and so clean. The whole neighborhood is new construction and up on a hill with a nice view especially from the hot tub! We were exploring Ashville for the first time and felt like the location was really convenient. We will absolutely stay here again!

Very clean!

This property was extremely clean, had everything we needed, and was close to many attractions. The hot tub was much needed. As a plus, we saw a black bear down the road! We would visit again!

Great House!

This house was great! Easy check-in and super clean! We had an issue with the A/C, but the host was very quick to respond and to come check on it. It's an easy 15 minute drive to downtown.

Ladies weekend

Our overall impression of the property was wonderful. The house was spacious for seven of us.All the starter supplies were ample. Some of us enjoyed the hot tub. The location was perfect to go into Asheville and the Biltmore. We would definitely comeback.

Great size with a hot tub

We had a few issues with the hot and something else. The owner was super responsive and got it handled the same evening. Very very helpful. Great experience!

We love Asheville

The property/neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The location was great!! The most important thing to me is communication. There were a few spots missed with the cleaning and I believe the owner, Carolyn, was quick to respond and offered to send someone over to rectify the issue. The space was great In the house. Overall We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and can’t wait to come back!!

New Years Stay

Our group of 9 had a great time staying here for our new years trip! Everything was exactly as described, clean, and updated. It was only a 12 - 15 drive into the city. The only callouts are that it is very close to other houses with residents that live there full time, and there’s not a lot of table seating. Otherwise it was perfect and we would definitely stay again!

Great Escape

We had a great weekend at the King of the Hill. Convenient location to Asheville and the Biltmore and a grocery store is close by too. The home was clean and well appointed. The listing states that the home has a TV in the master bedroom on the main level but there is no TV in that bedroom; the home has 1 TV located in the living room. The only thing that would have made our stay more enjoyable was having a TV in each bedroom. We definitely recommend this vacation property!

Great space and location

The house comfortably accommodated our 2 families (4 adults and 3 children). The location was excellent! We were 15 minutes from downtown and Biltmore. Kitchen is under stocked. Not much of a yard, but there is a common space within walking distance. We had to fill the hot tub with water because it wasn’t full enough to heat properly. Once we filled it it heated right up. The construction noise was minimal. We would stay here again.

It was lovely. It could have used larger pots in the kitchen, only had small sauce pans and small fry pans. It could have used a large pot to boil pasta. Two of the TV’s upstairs did not work needed batteries in the remote. Otherwise very lovely.

Girls Weekend

King of the Hill was the perfect place to stay for a recent girls getaway. We loved the beautiful house and the spacious bedrooms. It was so nice that everyone had their own bed to sleep in and an area to get ready. We were able to use the hot tub which was lovely with the 20-degree temps. We even got to see some snow while we were there! The location of the house is a short drive from downtown. We did try to get an Uber but unfortunately, there were none. I would say that is the only thing that we did not love about the trip, other than that I can not say enough good things about the house we stayed in.

Enjoyable Visit!

We had a great stay at King of the Hill! Great location and a very short drive to many nearby attractions, including the Biltmore, Nature Center, Treetop Adventure, Highlands Brewery, and downtown Asheville. The house was spacious enough for our two families (4 adults, 5 children). There are lots of newly constructed homes in the neighborhood, closely packed together, but it was still surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. The finishes in the house were beautiful and decor was tastefully done. The beds were comfortable and extra blankets were available. I would say the kitchen could use at least one larger pot and pan for cooking, along with an oven mitt, but other than that, the house was well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for an enjoyable visit! Loved our Asheville adventures and will be back again.

Great location, nice home, enjoyed the hot tub

We had some issues at arrival. There was a mix-up in the welcome email and we were given the wrong address. We had about 30 minutes of panic while we tried to figure out what we were going to do when we arrived at *our* rental house to find other people there too. We were told they double booked us and would get back to us. While we waited for a response I found my original confirmation email and realized they had sent us the wrong address in the welcome email. After straightening that out and going to the correct house, the rest of the visit was great! The house was great, the hot tub was great and we would stay again (as long as there are no more booking mixups/email errors)

The property is beautiful and super spacious. We were a group of six adults and we all felt comfortable in the spacious bedrooms. The community is new and the house too so, in general, furniture and everything else in the house is in optimal conditions to spend a good time reconnecting with nature. The location is excellent, just half an hour from downtown Asheville or Chimney Rock State Park and 1.5 hr. from Gatlinburg TN. Also only 15 minutes from Biltomre Mansion and only 1 hour from Cherokee. About the hosts, all I have to say is that it was great and on point. Travis was always attentive to respond to our needs, his excellent communication and prompt response to messages made us feel that he was in the house sharing with us :)

Soccer weekend

Great stay for 8 of us for our O40 team. Nice house with plenty of room and a hot tub. The AC wasn't working when we got there, but the communication with the manager was easy and she got it working by the next day.

Lacrosse Tournament Travel and loved King of the Hill

When you walk in it feels like home away from home. Everything is clean and fresh. The location is perfect as it was 15 min from every direction we wanted to go in. We would definitely stay here again.
