This was the perfect house for our family Disney trip. The home is very comfortable, and there are things for children of all ages. The almost 2 year old spent most of his time in the Mad Hatter kitchen. The 5 and 8 year old had plenty to keep busy with, and everyone loved the pool area! I highly recommend this home for families and groups. We had a wonderful stay!

Our family vacation was absolutely wonderful from start to finish.The home was themed decorated in every room and was so much fun for the children. Home had absolutely everything we needed plus extras. Nice and clean and comfortable. The nearby resorts were a big hit also! Hosts were extremely accommodating, friendly ,with special personal touches from the beginning. I would recommend this wonderful themed home for your family,you wont be disappointed. Waffle station was an awesome idea and delicious!! Cant say enough. Thankyou, memories Forever...

We loved it so much the first time we stayed again!

We absolutely love this house this was our second stay and definitely not the last! It’s fun for everyone and enough for the kids to do so adults can relax a bit ! Communication with Michelle is also top tier ! This feels like our home away from home and we absolutely love it!

Awesome home

This was the best house we have ever stayed at. Michelle was a great hostess, who got back to me immediately anytime I had an issue. There was so many amenities that made us feel welcomed and cared for. We would absolutely stay at this home again or one of their other homes. I would highly recommend us.

Warm stay for kids and adults!

This home as something for everyone. The kids enjoyed the themed waffle, from the amazing waffle bar. The theater room was great for adults and kids! The decor is really well thought out and fitting for the area. We really enjoyed the clubhouse as well. Can’t wait to plan our next vacation at this property.

Great family time in Florida

The property was great included everything needed. Including a play area for the kids so the adults could relax by the pool. The decor was truly great and the movie theatre made it possible to not have to go out everyday because the kids were entertained at home. Everyone enjoyed the pool adults, teens and little one they even provided floaters.

Pleasant stay great property

The property matched the listing exactly. House was very clean. Michelle was great with checking in and answering quickly with any needs. My grandkids enjoyed the play area so much. We will definitely stay again and recommend this house to everyone .

AMAZING

This house is truly speechless, From the design to the small details. This house has something for everyone, we had kids from the age of 4-17 and 7 adults. We enjoyed making smores outside and the waffle bar. The beds are very comfortable and the owners are very responsive. The small details are what did it for me, They had our names on the door, a care package, a smores starter kit, a waffle bar, and so much more. We plan on staying at this house again just to truly enjoy everything.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We just spent a great week at this property. It was perfect. The house was beautiful clean and so fun for our Grandchildren. 4 girls. Everything was beyond our expectations and the hosts were fantastic and responsive when we needed them. Can’t say enough 💕💕

Perfect home for all ages

This is by far the best home we have ever stayed in. We had people from 10 months to 80 years old staying here and we all had the best time ever. The Bartells go above and beyond. They are wonderful hosts. Very attentive making sure everything was perfect. We loved all the extras like the stroller play pen and high chair. That helped the families with little ones so much and all the extras oh my goodness! The coffee and waffle bar amazing! The popcorn was a huge hit too. We’re already talking about next year. Thank you for a wonderful place to make some family memories.

Amazing home

We have a fabulous stay at this property. The home was well equipped with all the must haves- kitchen supplies, bath towels, beautiful and comfortable bedrooms/bedding. The house was spacious and clean! The kids Loved the waffle bar!! The kid spaces were by far the best we have ever seen- everyone had plenty of fun! The pool was lovely and convenient- and safe with the pool gates. Michelle was quick to respond with all of our questions and we felt very comfortable and safe in the property. Highly recommend for large group!

Spring break ChampionsGate

This house was amazing. Exactly as the photos show. The house was clean and had all the amenities provided in the listing. Our children absolutely loved all the themed rooms plus extras. The movie theater/popcorn machine was a huge hit along with the slides and climbing ropes. The location in regards to the two clubhouses was great. Certainly a place we will consider to return to in the future.

Wonderful home

We have stayed at several VRBO in the Florida area and this is the only home we will absolutely book again. The home was amazing - pool, kid space, movie room, bedrooms, Disney decorations. We had two families both with several kids and had space to spread out and have fun. I also appreciated how organized the rental was - information, pictures of kitchen stuff, labeled remotes etc. My kids lived in the pool. We also walked to the club house a few times for bigger pool slide (5 min walk). We had the best time.

Long memorial weekend for family trip to join our families from Fl & Ny

Very clean and had sooo many extras such as the waffle bar, coffee station, popcorn maker and amazing movie room. We enjoyed much time in the private pool and patio areas and both the free water parks you can go to, they even have a free van service we took advantage of, several times to run us to and from the water park. Not one complaint!! Best house we have rented and we have rented many. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is amazing. Only regret is stay not long enough, Would love to go back!! Amazing

This house was everything we expected and more. Michelle made check in and check out a breeze. The themed rooms were a hit with my grandkids (especially the Alice in Wonderland room). The pool was amazing after a long day at Disney and on our down days. The kitchen was well equipped (the pancake bar was another hit). The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels. I could go on and on. Michelle thought of everything. There were even puzzles and toys for the kids. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and can’t wait to go back.

Amazing!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Michelle was so easy to work with. What set this house apart from rentals that are managed from rental companies is the special touches she had. She had welcome treats. A little gift for the kids. She had dishwasher soap, laundry soap as well as shampoo and shower gel. We didn’t have to buy toilet paper. All little things...... but nice things to have. What rental house has q tips and dental floss?!! We had pool heat.....they had it nice and warm not “barely” warm enough...... Would love to stay with them again. Their house was great for small children. So many neat features. Thanks again for sharing your house with us.

Toddlers’ Paradise!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! Check in/out was easy. We traveled with our whole family. 1 infant, 2 toddlers and 2 tweens. All of the kids played all day/night long. The Alice in wonderland room and movie theatre was a huge hit. The alarms for the pool, lifejackets, full size crib, high chair and strollers were so helpful and truly made traveling with kids easy! Keep in mind there is traffic from lots of construction on your way to Disney. Plan for about 45-1hr travel time as we got delayed a couple times. Publix grocery store right around the corner. There was also some damage to the screened in pool area but hopefully that’s been fixed now. If you have younger kids this is the best place to rent! You won’t be disappointed!

Happy as Clams...

From the moment my family of 17 (9 adults and 8 children from 22 months to 14 years old) walked into this incredible and magical property, we instantly knew our 7 day stay would far exceed our high expectations, and we were spot on!! The house oozes fun and joy both in and outdoors and we took full advantage of every feature including the marvelous theme rooms, beautiful theater room with a popcorn machine the lanai equipped with a large enough pool, hot tub, furniture, large grill, kids toys and a fun game room!! Was it perfect? No, but the recommended improvements are few and minor. We will recommend this property with family, friends and anyone else that asks for our advice! I'd be remiss if don't make mention of the large kitchen with many great features such as, a waffle maker, marshmallow kit for s'mores, two coffee makers with espresso option and fully stocked cabinets!! As the title above states, we were Happy as Clams all throughout our time in this remarkable and affordable property!!! Give it a try...you won't be disappointed!
