Two sisters getaway

Cozy, clean, comfortable, quiet, relaxing. A lovely little cottage perfect for 2-4 people. Fun to watch the deer early mornings and evenings. Everything we needed for our stay. Nice touch providing a robe for each of us. Glad to recommend.

Cowboy visit

Deer Experience

We loved seeing all of the deer walking around in both the backyard and front. We also got to see a wagon full of people that was pulled by horses and several people riding horses as well just passing down the street. I would like to try to come back in the summer when it is a little warmer to hopefully see the river with more water. Thanks so much!!!

Perfect place to stay!

Beautiful view of deer all hours of the day. Home is very quaint....perfect in every way. While we used it for a place to just lay our heads, it would be perfect to bring my mom to who can't be on the go all day. She'd have a place to relax before her next adventure. Home is blocks away from fun!

Nice Rustic Home

This is a rustic and quaint 2 bedroom home located in a quite neighborhood. The interior is completely remolded with a unique rustic bathroom. Both bedrooms have a cowboy and rustic flare. The backyard has a sitting area with fire pit, picnic table and chairs. Enjoyed evenings before going out sitting in the backyard watching a family of deer pass by. We highly Recommend this property and will stay her the next time we're in town.

Bandera trip

House was very clean except for around caulking in bathroom. Bed was comfy - plenty of pillows, towels, etc. kitchen was well accommodated. The yard had a ton of big red and black ants. Kind of concerning when walking to and from house. Overall a nice property and we would definitely consider staying there again.

Great little home clean and well kept.

Great home the only drawbacks we're no trash bags for the kitchen trash can or the outside trash can and the living room sofa was worn out and old. When sat we sank almost to the floor, It needs replacing. Other than those 🙂 issues it was as great stay.

Great stay at the Pecan St Parlor!

Three of us (2 adults and a teen) stayed for 4 nights in March, 2021 for a spring break visit with grandparents who were wintering at a nearby RV park. The house was exactly what we needed! 2 big rooms, a full-sized fridge and kitchen stocked with plenty of utensils and coffee cups. I had a question the first day about turning on the a/c. Natalie replied to me immediately and we realized it was all user error. :) We enjoyed our stay and have already talked about this being the perfect location / homebase for future trips. So excited we found such a gem!

Cute house close to town

We enjoyed our stay at Pecan House & we were for the most part comfortable. Could use some updates in pillows & bedding and I’ve never had to put my own sheets on my bed. The bathroom could use some updating also. The front & back porch lights were both out. I did like having the use of the washer & dryer but the dryer was full of sheets & towels. The location was convenient to town & was cool to see all of the deer roaming around.

Nice, but no smoke detectors

The outside is understated; the inside is lovely. BUT BUT BUT...while there were mounting brackets in both bedrooms for smoke detectors, they were missing. There wasn't a CO detector either.
