Tervetuloa Bayview Haveniin! Tulet rakastamaan tätä kotia. Se on valtava, ihana avoin tila ja upea näköala! Siinä on 5 makuuhuonetta ja parvi. Jokaisella on oma yksityinen kylpyamme. Tämä olisi hämmästyttävä talo pariskunnille, koska jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyamme. Tuo perheesi, tuo ystäväsi, tämä koti nukkuu jopa 19 hengelle.

Voit nauttia esteettömistä näkymistä Laguna Madrelle edestä olevalta parvekkeeltasi. Jos olet menossa purjelautailuun tai melontaan, voit laittaa sen tien päähän. Plus, saat myös yhden auton autotalli tallentaa laitteesi. Jos olet täällä kesällä, voit katsella Bayside-ilotulitteita myös omalta parvekkeeltasi! Näkemykset ovat fantastisia!

Bayview Haven sijaitsee rauhallisella asuinalueella saaren lahdella. Escape saaren hektinen ranta- ja viihdealue ja pysy Bayview Havenissä. Ranta on vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Täällä voit rentoutua. Saat king-size-vuode master-sviitissä sekä vuodesohva. Myös toisessa makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode. Kolme muuta makuuhuonetta joissa molemmissa on kuningatar. Parvella on kolme erillistä vuodetta ja vuodesohva. Olohuoneessa on myös vuodesohva.

Tässä talossa on kaunis keittiö, jossa on pitkä ruokasali. Keittiö on avoin valtavalle olohuoneelle, jossa on 3 sohvaa rentoutumiseen. Alemmalla tasolla kahden makuuhuoneen löydät keittokomero, joka johtaa sinut ulkona takaisin patio. Ryhmällesi on paljon tilaa, jotta jokainen voi nauttia itsestään ilman toisiaan.

Huomaa, että tämä koti vaatii ylimääräisen 1000 dollarin palautettavan vakuuden.

Totally Awesome

Great location and really enjoyed the family being all together! Had some ac issues and stove issues but the host was quick to resolve our problems. Would book this place again.

Amazing stay!

The house was awesome we had space and the rooms was nice and clean. We had the most beautiful view day and night! Wasn't far from the beach or bars. Was enough space to park our cars and golf carts we rented.

Great time, great stay

Listing as described. We had a blast and it was nice having to look for your buddies throughout the house in different roooms and locations due to them being scattered all over. Gives it a maze feeling. I have absolutely nothing to say about this home except that you will have a blast in it. Thank you guys for allowing us to stay on your property. Until next time 🤘🤘

Reviewer Comments: First of all Padra was great.The house we had to clean before we could settle in.1)Rotten apple under the bed.2)A car jack holding up the bed3) washer and dryer did not work.4)oven did not operate for 2 days (they had to come out and flip the breaker)5)The home smelled of mildew.After all of this management was very receptive and tried to make sure that everything was handled that was not working. I feel that the owner has neglected the home for needed repairs and furniture that it is so desperately needed.

Fantastic experience!

This place was AMAZING! Photos do not do it justice. One of the air conditioners went out while we were staying, but we were contacted by the property managers and things were fixed right away. There was no inconvenience to us at all. I highly recommend staying here!!

Nice property

This is a nice property, in a decent location. Unfortunately, the post-rental interactions were less than ideal. We believe we left the house in perfect condition - exactly the same as when we arrived. Yet it took nearly 3 weeks to hear anything about the refund of our deposit. When we finally did receive the refund, over $90 had inexplicably been deducted. There was no explanation of any kind, just a reduced amount. It took several calls to get the explanation that "a lamp was broken" - with no further details. It took another 2 weeks to get a TINY photo of a broken lamp and an invoice, but no other information at all was provided. So we can't determine where the lamp was, to try to reconstruct what happened. There were only 6 of us, and nobody remembers breaking a lamp. Was the lamp broken by our party? I honestly don't know, and "Rent on Padre" really isn't helping much, providing only the bare minimum information, and only after multiple requests. It has all the hallmarks of a scam to me. So with that said, VRBO offers rental insurance when you book. I highly recommend buying it.

The house was clean and well kept, instructions weren't hard to follow to keep the house in order for the security deposit, and they had most everything we needed. I would advise you to take your own coffee machine if you're a coffee drinker, there was one there but it didn't work too well, otherwise, everything was in tip-top shape! My family and I had a wonderful time there and made many new memories, this is a great place to book, do it, you won't regret it!! Melissa was helpful and always just a phone call away, the location is great, not too far from the shopping scene and close enough to the party scene and night life of Padre if that's your thing. It's in a quiet neighborhood where you'll definitely feel safe staying in with your family!!

The neighbors were quiet. We liked that because we didn't have to worry about crazy people keeping us up at night. It was sooooo clean. There is a barbeque food truck that we ate at a couple times. I think it was called Porky's pit. It was right on the corner of the main street Padre Blvd beside the bar that is there. The house is beautiful, the yard too. I can't wait to come back next year

Each Bedroom had their own bath. It was nice because we didn't have to share with everyone and wait for the bathroom. Lots of driveway space for all our cars. Great view. Nice neighbors. We loved that the neighborhood was real quiet. It made for better sleeping. Wonderful stay! We will be back.

It was on a quiet street with nice neighbors. We spent a lot of time on the front deck looking out over the bay. Be sure to check when fireworks are on the bay because you can see them from the front balcony.

home had a weird smell, room on first floor had no a/c

Beds were comfy, very spacious, not for young group, funny smell when you go in, water was shut off on our second day and did not come on till the next morning( could not shower)👎🏽 not good for a day on the beach, wasn't able to finish cooking food due to no water. This was my first vacation rental and didn't know what to expect so I will say this make sure you check the home for previous broken items so you wont be blamed! I will definitely rent from the management company just not this home.

Mgmt Company was great, house needs work!

We were so excited about this house based on perfect prior reviews, however, our experience was much different then others. Let me start off by saying the staff of the management company were great! I would rent from them again, just a different house. The house had a sewage odor on the bottom level, and the first few to take a shower anywhere in the house had to deal with that smell while showering. The 2 chairs separate from the table on the patio were broken. Glad we discovered that while they were leaving us against the house so no one fell! I feel like those should be removed. The kitchen table and chairs had a sticky substance on them. We had to put towels down in order for us not to stick to the chairs. Overall the house just felt dirty. The washer was coin operated, which I found silly. It was $1 to do one load. Beds were comfortable, house had views of the bay from the patio, and was in a god location. There are way to many options on the island, I would not stay here again!
