Pali Ke Kua 216 tarjoaa upean Princeville-valtameren bluffin, ja se tarjoaa yhden parhaista 180 asteen panoraamanäkymistä henkeäsalpaavalle Bali Haille ja viehättävälle Hanalei-lahdelle ja koskemattomille rannoille alla. Tämä upea huoneisto on idyllinen pakopaikka nykypäivän stressistä ja täydellinen piilopaikka romanttiselle lomalle. Tässä hajautetussa huoneistossa on kaksi en-sviittiä. Se päivitettiin äskettäin kvartsitasoilla, travertiinilla varustetuilla suihkulla, uudella lattialla, päivitetyillä laitteilla ja tuoreella maalilla. Hyvin varustetussa keittiössä voit valmistaa kotiruokaa. 50 tuuman UHD-älytelevisiossa voit katsella suosikkiohjelmasi tai elokuvasi Netflixissä, Hulussa tai Prime-ohjelmassa.

Huoneisto on alle mailin päässä maailmanluokan Makai-golfkentältä, jota pidetään yhtenä Yhdysvaltojen 100 parhaasta kurssista. World Class View

We enjoyed this special property as our home away from home for a month. The condo provided for all of our needs of comfort, space, cooking and resting. The view is truly World Class and the location in Princeville is ideal. Pali Ke Kua is lovely and quiet. The parking lot is right next to the building. Princeville is a terrific community with walking paths, golf and a nearby shopping center. Also, just a few minutes from Hanalei.

We also liked the privacy of having the two bedrooms and two full baths on different floors. Without AC it was a little uncomfortable at times during the day but sleeping was fine. This property was very clean with beautiful ocean view that you can see from living room/dining room/kitchen. Bedrooms have garden view. It is located in Princeville north shore. Very close to Hanalei where all the restaurants and shopping area is. There are some very good restaurants in pinceville as well. We loved everything about it except this property didn’t have shampoo or lotion. Not a big deal of not having shampoo. We just wish we had known in advance so that we could’ve picked up on our way from the airport. Otherwise excellent location. Excellent management.

A few upgrades to PKK 216 would enhance the stay. For example: a king size bed in the downstairs bedroom, more comfortable furniture in the living room (it's outdoor furniture that is not very comfortable to lounge in for longer periods), and a bistro table and chairs on the lanai to see above the railing while sitting (the view is too good to only look at the railing). Other than that we found the unit to be well-appointed with basic kitchen items beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards. We love PKK!

The views are amazing and the units are good size for a rental. 216 has nice upgrades but could be better stocked with consumables (maybe this is a covid thing?), and the dishwasher detergent dispenser didn't dispense the detergent therefore the dishes didn't get cleaned and we continuously discovered dirty dishes in the cupboards. In addition, the unit could be cleaner.

Reviewer Comments: The location was convenient, the views were amazing, we enjoyed the private access to the beach .Our family of 4 adults stayed for a week here and while it was comfortable , the supplies and amenities were more suitable for a 2-3 night stay. There was only one paper towel roll, no family board games ( except a deck of cards) and other little things. It also seems reasonable to provide some housekeeping services if one rents for a week or more. Overall it was a 3 /5 star rating we would give.

Hello, Bali Hai

Just to sit on the lanai and watch the sun rise and set justifies staying here in Princeville. In addition, we saw a parade of nene geese many times a day, were awakened by the most lovely bird song, and got to watch the surfers trying to stand on their boards. The inside of the condo is nice, too. Clean and well equipped. If you want to do more than sit on the lanai, you can hike the Napali trail, snorkel at many beaches, or kayak the Hanalei River. Totally enjoyed our stay here. My only caution is that one must climb stairs to get down to the kitchen and lanai or up to the master bedroom. Plus the parking lot is a ways from the condo. Could be challenging for those of limited mobility.

Beautiful View from the Lanai

We have 2 requirements, a view over the ocean and a hot tub. We got what we wanted with Pali Ke Kua #216. There were only two things that would have made our stay better and that would be if they had a blender and if the dishwasher had been operational. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed (except the blender). They provided a good small cooler and 4 beach chairs which we used almost everyday.
