Kalenterimme pÀivitetÀÀn reaaliajassa ja öiset hinnat nÀkyvÀt oikein. SyötÀ vain haluamasi pÀivÀmÀÀrÀt ja napsauta "Varaa nyt!"

* Splash-rakennusilmoitus * Michael hurrikaanin seurauksena syntyneistÀ vaurioista Splash-lomakeskuksen rakennus alkaa elokuussa 2019, ja sen odotetaan valmistuvan kevÀÀllÀ 2020. TÀmÀn yksikön parveke suljetaan 3/26 - 5/21. Vierailla ei ole pÀÀsyÀ parvekkeelle tÀnÀ aikana ja kaikki parvekekalusteet sijoitetaan yksikön sisÀÀn. Sammakotyyny suljetaan 9 / 3-11 / 1. Laiska joki suljetaan 9 / 3-1 / 3. ItÀisen tornin uima-allas on suljettu 10/29 - 1/3. ItÀpuolen grillialue on suljettu kello 8/26 - 10/25. LÀnsipuolella oleva grillialue on suljettu 12/25 - 2/28. Jos joudumme sulkemaan jonkin lÀnsitornin uima-altaan, itÀisen torni-altaat ovat auki tuona aikana. Toisinaan myös tiettyjen kerrosten kÀvelytiet suljetaan uusien ikkunoiden asentamisen ja kÀytÀvien uusimisen vuoksi, mikÀ estÀÀ yksiköiden kÀyttöÀ nÀissÀ kerroksissa jopa viiden pÀivÀn ajan. Kun meillÀ on parempi aikataulu tÀstÀ projektin osasta, otamme sinuun yhteyttÀ keskustellaksesi yksiköiden tai tornien vaihtoehdoista.

TÀydellinen sekoitus perheen hauskaa ja rauhallista rentoutumista rannalla odottaa tÀtÀ huoneistoa Splash Resortissa, jossa herÀÀt mahtavalle nÀkymÀlle Meksikonlahdella omalta parvekkeeltasi. VietÀ pÀivÀsi aurinkoa valkoisella hiekkarannalla, treenaamalla lomakeskuksen kuntokeskuksessa ja rentoutumalla vuodenaikojen lÀmmitettyssÀ uima-altaassa ja porealtaassa. Not impressed

Condo was not very clean, we found half eaten food in the dresser drawers, the furniture was dirty and worn out, the rugs(indoors and outdoors) were very dirty, and the dining table had a very sticky film on it. Also, the kitchen was not very stocked with pots and pans or utensils and the refrigerator had no shelves in the door for food storage. The lights in the second bedroom did not work. The bathtubs were not clean and had hair in them. Overall not impressed for the money I invested in this stay.

Not our favorite.

Condo was okay but needs updating. However, only 2 elevators for each tower with 21 floors and 7 condos per floor is not enough. You will waste more time trying to get in and out of your condo. This was a last minute book for our family, so the negatives are on me for not checking better. Nice place for families with small kids but wouldn't stay there again for my family.

Horrible

Look somewhere else! I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I booked this condo. The couch was so dirty and wore down, I didn't even like sitting on it. The kitchen table has had something sticky spilt in the past and was never properly cleaned. That's the first thing you notice when you walk in. There spots on the table plus lint and dirty stuck to the tacky part. Silverware holders were dirty. We washed everything before using. The beds were surprisedly comfortable. The condo is just very outdated and needs a facelift. This will also be the last time we stay at Splash. The condo is not in a good location and the pool water was freezing even for the beginning of July because none of it hits the sun.

Family Vacation

The furniture was old and dirty.Deck furniture was dry rotted. Dryer did not work property. Thermometer waa dixed to only go to 69 degrees. Condo was very hot at night.Rhe chair rental company takes up all the beach area , they are expensive to rent. They put chairs on all the beach in front on resort so no one had room to enjoy the beach.Tv temote waa missing from queen room so you could not watch tv.some necessities needed for kitceh were not supplied for cooking.Called to report dryer and remote nothing was fixed. We stayed a week.The elevators for awful , no air of any kind and you always had ro wait forever for one , because there were 2 elevators with 21 floors with 10 plus rooms per floor.

1602w terrible

First the view is the one nice thing about this condo. The rest needs a lot of work. The resort itself is not the nicest. Walls are gross and there is only one set of elevators for the west side condos. Trying to get in the elevator to the 16th floor took forever most of the time. The beach access is only stairs so if you bring a wagon with all your stuff good luck getting it to the beach easily. As for the condo itself there are several things wrong. We had to clean the condo ourself and wash the dishes before we could use any of Them.dishes had dirt or god knows what on them when we pulled them out of the cabinet to use. The walls are scuffed and holes in the wall. Everything felts sticky. The balcony doors are difficult to open and lock. The furniture is nasty with stains on it. The rug in the living room is filthy and the kitchen table had nasty white spots that I had to clean off of it. The stove doesn’t have any labels on the knobs so who knows what setting you are cooking on. The kitchen cabinets are dirty and chipping. I wiped off dirt from the knobs with a towel.this was after it was supposedly cleaned There are cracked tiles throughout the condo. The beds squeak with very little movement and are so uncomfortable.the toilet has brown stains behind it. The outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. It has holes in it. The tv remotes didn’t have batteries or backs for most of them. We never could get the tv in the living room to work. I called and complained about everything the day we arrived. Was told someone from management would call the next day. I made sure to give them my cell phone number had to repeat it twice to the person on the phone.also have another contact number just in case. That was the Saturday we checked in and we just left on Friday night with no call back from anyone. We actually left the night before check out because the beds were so uncomfortable. I sent a email with pictures of everything like I was instructed to do. never heard back from Vacasa who we rented the condo from. Don’t stay here if you want a clean and well kept condo. I’m not one to complain about things but this was unacceptable with how much they charge for the week. Save your money go somewhere else.

Would not book again

Condo was dirty. Furniture was absolutely ridiculous. Things under the couch from prior rental. Was not cleaned well at all. Floors filthy . West wing is a nightmare to get into. Will never stay at splash again. Updating would improve the condo. No drop off area for elderly in front of Splash. Do not recommend Had to re write my review and leave some things out. I did not receive a trustworthy relationship with the rental company. Period.

Splash Accommodation 1602W

My Guy and I stayed at Splash on 3/31 - 4/3/22. The view and balcony was amazing. The condo was nice, clean, and very spacious! Our only issue was the living room furniture. It was worn out and filthy. We covered it with sheets before sitting on it. Also the rug in the living room needs to be thrown out. It too is filthy. The staff was nice and helpful when called. We would definitely return to this condo in the future!

Liked the layout of the pool condo giving the master bedroom privacy from the other bedroom. Great view and huge balcony. Only complaint would be the wait time on the elevators sometimes.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Very poor experience overall. Would give a zero rating but can’t ! The condo needs SERIOUS work, furniture is damaged, freezer was out, dryer wasn’t working, outside door to patio was unable to be locked, condo was not clean, not to mention elevators kept going out and all above issues were reported and no solution was ever given! DO NOT BOOK THIS CONDO! Staff was not helpful and management did not help us. Don’t waste your money!

Not up to our standards

For the amount you pay as a cleaning fee, you expect the condo to be clean, especially during a pandemic. Good wrappers and snack cakes under the beds, toothpaste still in bathroom sinks, what looked to be urine on toilet lid in master bathroom. Balcony lights didn’t work, remote batteries were dead. We won’t stay in this condo or facility again. Vacasa staff was rude and unconcerned when told about these issues. My aunt had a condo that had even worse issues. Stay somewhere else. Trust me.

Nice but could definitely be better

Things like garbage bags and extra towels and ice that u would get anywhere else u stayed u have to buy ur own with Vacasa and Splash Resort. Room was really clean and spacious and the access to the pools and ocean was wonderful but having to pay $25 extra for a parking pass and wristbands was ridiculous!

Beach is beautiful, room is a bit shabby

Location and proximity to the beach was wonderful! Beach had some great low spots for little people and water was fantastic. The resort is a bit dated and hard to navigate if you don’t know where you are going (check in). Great ocean view from the room. However, the room needs maintenance. Our curtain in the master was coming off the hooks at the top and wouldn’t fully close, master mattress pad was ripped and pulling off the mattress, bed skirt was ripped and dragging on floor, stained box springs, headboard looked pretty beaten up with scratches and finish worn off, bed/headboard was very creaky, only very firm pillows throughout, comforter was stained, but mattress was comfortable and sheets were clean. Paint throughout was scuffed up, including chipped paint on kitchen cabinets, garbage disposal was broken and had a lodged piece of plastic stuck in it, icemaker didn’t work, cracked drinking glass in cupboard, no salt & pepper in shakers and only 1 dishtowel. There was a good amount of pots & pans, basic utensils. The kitchen knives are very cheap and we struggled to cut with them. The blender base had a crack in it which made it hard to secure, but we still managed to use it. It too should be replaced. Sofa had stains (some looked like they could be removed if cleaned) curtains leading out to balcony were ripped and tattered at the bottom and one of the poles to close was broken off, patio furniture was well worn and small holes in seat covers. Kitchen table was sticky, living room furniture was scratched, and finish worn off. Remotes to tv missing covers to the batteries. Needless to say this place needs maintenance, however it was clean. The water park was the reason we stayed for our 20 month old. However, there is a large bucket that dumps water overhead that is too aggressive for young children. Our local water park has a similar feature, but it dumps out far less water and is diffused which leads me to believe this one needs maintenance. Pools were fine, but pretty crowded, so we mainly stayed on beach. Also note, we looked at several units at this place that promised 2 beach chairs & an umbrella, unfortunately this one did not which I didn’t realize until we got there and had to rent them for a fee. Double check the description on the unit you actually book. Overall, we would not stay at this property again, and hope they fix all above issues. We still enjoyed our trip & beach and did appreciate the cleanliness.
