* Huomaa: Tämän huoneiston parvekeovet vaihdetaan 3.-20. Tänä aikana vieraiden on jätettävä huoneisto 8a. m. kunnes 5 p. m. samalla kun työtä tehdään. Pahoittelemme häiriötä.

Tule Watecrestiin - jossa voit tuntea merituulen kasvoillasi, haistaa suolaa ilmassa ja katsella ulos upeista näkymistä Meksikonlahdelle. Tässä kodikkaassa huoneistossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, täydellinen keittiö, jossa on keittiövälineet, taulutelevisio ja oma parveke, josta on näkymät alla olevaan veteen ja hiekkaan. Jos olet onnekas, saatat huomata joitakin delfiinejä, jotka hyppivät etäisyydelle! Tämä huoneisto on täynnä kaikkea mitä tarvitset loman aikana ja tekee täydellisen hyppypisteen kävijöille tutustumaan Floridan panhandleen.

Mikä on lähistöllä:
Watercrestissä on lämmitetty uima-allas, lastenallas, poreallas ja racquetball / tenniskentät. Tämä kompleksi sijaitsee Panama City Beachin hiljaisemmalla puolella vain kilometrin päässä St. Andrewsin kansallispuisto. Lähellä ostos-, ruokailu- ja yöelämää on vain muutaman korttelin päässä rakennuksesta. Vierailijat voivat ottaa lyhyen 5 minuutin ajomatkan tutustua Pier Parkiin tai vain kävellä suoraan rannalle suoraan rakennuksesta.

Great place to stay!

We had a great experience at Watercrest! Only issues we ran into was that we only received one parking pass instead of two, but the security gave us a temporary parking pass. Great condo and Vacasa was good to work with. Definitely recommend!

Overall great condo

The view was amazing from the 17th floor. The condo was very spacious, and I just loved the kitchen. The spacious patio was ideal for my family to spend time out there.

Until the owners make improvements to the furniture & appearance of the condo I would not recomme...

The view from the balcony was beautiful and we were fortunate to have beautiful weather all week. The amenities of Watercrest were very great as well.

Considering the location, size of condo and ease of access it was worth the money. Plenty of accommodations. Some damage inside the condo when we got there but overall a good experience. About 4 stars

Not as advertised

Photos do not reflect the condo. Warped doors, dented walls, many lights that didn’t work, no working dryer, photos show tile, but it’s actually carpet. Balcony furniture advertised is not actual. You can spend less and get more elsewhere

Wasn’t worth the price paid

Looks much bigger in the pictures, some lights didn’t work in rooms, couches had rips in it, beds uncomfortable, pillows were awful so I’m glad I brought my own from home. Washer leaks. Overall, my opinion it wasn’t worth the price that was paid for it. Stayed at much nicer ones for much cheaper than that one. Won’t stay at this condo again. The building was nice, beach was nice and clean, pool and such was also nice expect they won’t let you drink beer in or near the pool nor have low music on in the pool area.

Watercrest 1702

The condo did not resemble the picture provided. The floors are carpeted and not tiled. The walls and woodwork are scratched, discolored and dented. The plumbing features in both bathrooms are very outdated. The plastic shower curtains were dirty and discolored. The couch and love seat are very worn, uncomfortable looking and the material is ripped in places. I love Watercrest but this unit was very disappointing.

Accommodations not what was advertised

Our reservation for this unit was from 10/10/2022-10/15/2022. I have stayed in (2 star) roadside motels that were cleaner and had better accommodations than this place. In your policy statement it states “Professional Cleaning” (with the COVID situation cleanliest should be the upmost importance). The listing stated the home meets the highest expectation of cleanliness”. Upon arrival and during our stay we found many dissatisfactory issues. Soiled and BLOOD stained pillow covered with fresh cleaned pillow case. Both bedroom closets had bedding on the floor One closet had a nasty dirty vacuum on top of the bedding. We started to load the dishwasher before bed and notice a burnt plastic smell. We found the heating element had burn through the water jet wand. The smell of burnt plastic was horrible. Housekeeping had to notice this when they unloaded from previous guest. Who wants to hand wash kitchen ware on vacation? The box springs under the beds did not have covers on them (ugly). The master toilet was loose and rocked side to side. This was very uncomfortable for one with a sore back, bath light did not work. The thinnest CHEAPEST toilet paper I have ever seen in all my life. We had to hold the flush handle down till tank emptied to flush the toilet. The 3 TV’s were not connected to cable service until 3 days later when ROKU arrived to install their service. They were quick, efficient and courteous. The refrigerator had no indoor light or drip pan. Fridge and freezer had missing shelves and no interior lights. Stove element drip pans had heavily built up grease, some so bad was afraid to use for chance of grease fire. We cleaned them before we cooked on the stove. No stove light. The sofas were stained and when I went to turn the cushions over hoping for a better side we found worse damaged and the love seat was completely torn across the top. Housekeeping brought fresh pillows and bed covers which we used to cover the sofas and remade our bed. We will never use Vrbo or Vaccasa to rent condos again. Had this been a hotel we could have gotten another room. This unit never should have been available with all the issues we found. We have a full report and pictures for anybody that may want to review them.

Desperately needs new furniture!

The 3 stars is for the quiet location and the cleanliness of the complex. Also the condo itself is spacious and has good size balcony. But the inside is more like a one star rating. The furniture is old, stained and ripped. The balcony does not have a table for outside dining and the few chairs it had are cheap plastic and cracked so you could not even use them. The beds were hard and made horrible noise when you sat on them. The exposed back of the couch is ripped and all the cushions are stained. There is not a light over the dinning table - so trying to play games with the family was difficult. There is also a mold looking stain on the ceiling in the main bedroom. No black out curtains- just ones that looked like they were bought at a second hand store and the carpet smelled. Definitely not a 4 star unit. I would stay at this complex again- but not in this unit!

Needs renovating

Very nice

Great location , wonderful view

We enjoyed our stay at watercrest. The condo overall was clean , some areas could have used a little more more attention. The couches need to be replaced . The condo was comfortable and spacious . We loved the beach access and pool area. Would recommend to a family .

Very nice

The room was very clean with nice kitchen. Nice balcony with ocean view but you can’t see the sunset from balcony have to go down to the pool area to view. We would stay there again though

Friends Vacation

We LOVED this condo! It was perfect. Clean, beautiful views, comfy beds! We would stay here again, did not want to leave!!! We would highly recommend staying here; it was easy to make a reservation, easy to receive the information needed to enter the condo. We received a call asking if everything was good and it was, very thoughtful of them. Already planning next year's trip!!! We got to see the Spacex re-orbit the earth from our balcony, a wedding early one morning on the beach, one at sunset, we saw the Blue Angels flying over us, breath taking! What a wonderful vacation for all of us. Thank you so very much for everything!

Watercrest 1702

The facility in a whole was awesome,. The room could use a deep cleaning new flooring not carpet and updated furniture that's not ripping apart. The room over all was disappointing I had to clean before I could even unpack greasy mess. Dish washer was broken off the RIP cable was not working in the living room air was not working the greatest. If they could fix these minor issues it would be a great place. I don't live this way at my house and would expect something that you pay this much money to rent the be more up to par!
