Kaunis pääteyksikkö Watercrestissä!

Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja oma pääsy isäntäkylpyyn sekä taulutelevisio. Siinä on myös parvekkeen ovi, josta pääsee ympäröivään parvekkeeseen. Master-sviitistä on upeat näkymät Meksikonlahteen.

Toinen makuuhuone on täydellinen lapsille tai koko perheelle, 2 queen-vuodetta (valtava huone!) joka nukkuu mukavasti 4. Tässä makuuhuoneessa on myös oma kylpyhuone ja TV.

Olohuoneen sohva taittuu vuodesohvaksi.

Tule nauttimaan ylellisyydestä ja kätevästä paikasta Vesirivillä! Et tule pettymään.

Tervetuloa Watercrestin lahden edessä sijaitseviin osakehuoneistoihin Panama City Beachille, Florida. Ylelliset pohjaratkaisut tyylikkäässä 18 kerroksisessa kerrostalossa, joissa kaikissa on oma parveke Meksikonlahdelle päin, ovat lomallasi huipussa. Yhtä tyylikäs ja kaunis kuin ”Maailman kauneimmat rannat”. Lomakeskuksen mukavuuksien kohokohtia ovat suuri, kausiluonteisesti lämmitetty uima-allas laajoilla aurinkotehteillä, klubitalo, valaistuja tenniskenttiä, kuntosaleja, racquetball-kenttä ja paljon muuta. Huoneessasi voit nauttia trooppisista huonekaluista, täysin varustetuista keittiöistä, pesukoneista ja kuivaajista ... kaikesta, jotta voit tuntea olosi kotoisaksi. Lähellä on St. Andrews State Park, Schoonerin ja kapteeni Andersonin.

Makuuhuoneessa, vierashuoneessa ja olohuoneessa on televisiot nautintoa varten.

Keittiö ja ruokasalit ovat hyvin varustettuja syömiseen ja ruoanlaittoon koko perheelle. Istu päivälliselle ruokapöydän äärellä upealla näkymällä vedelle! Tämä huoneisto ei petä!

No balcony furniture.

The pictures on the VRBO site show a table and chairs. There is no table to have a meal on. It also shows other furniture I believe a Shay’s chair, but there wasn’t any.

Amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and the management company was great to to work with, they always responded to all my questions and concerns. The condo was in a great location, the balcony was amazing, and beach access was easy. Check in was a breeze, the wrist bands and parking passes were in the condo ready for us when we arrived. The carpet could use a cleaning and there are couple other little things that could be upgraded but it didn't effect our stay and you're at the beach. Who cares about carpet and the little things, especially after you see your view. We LOVED it and would stay again.

Nice room, but scary balcony

Room was very nice. Plenty of room for the family, but there were a couple issues. It is on the 10th floor and the railing is damaged in multiple spots on the balcony. There is caution tap wrapped around two spots, where the slats were bent or broken. The bedroom door going to the balcony wouldn't lock, so it was a stressful week. I would recommend the room for any family or group that doesnt have small children.

Not the greatest

Refrigerator leaked our entire stay. Did notify the management group to which they had notified the maintenance group and no one came to fix it. No follow up either. Railings had bent pieces on them with caution tape around them. Not a good idea to rent to people with a toddler running around and only caution tape up! Patio furniture is rusted out and wobbly. Stains on carpets and bed spreads. It made due for the week but not a great place to stay. The complex was good though. Great pool and great view. Just fix things up and put out non-stained carpets and bed spreads!

Room was very nice and the wrap around balcony was awesome. Checking in and out was very easy. We felt very safe at this place. Only minor thing… we didn’t know that if you run out of your one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, etc you are on your own. However, we would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

We recently spent our family vacation at this property. The check in process was extremely convenient and smooth. The condo was very roomy and we appreciated that! Beautiful view and very spacious balcony. The condo could definitely use an update on skillets and pans but that is really the only issue we ran into. The property manager responded very quickly to my emails/texts and that means a lot to me. Already missing the smell of that ocean air.

Beautiful location

Beautiful location! Quiet area and perfect to step out onto beach. Rooms are big and kitchen is spacious. Love the ease of the washer & dryer. Balcony has a great view! Very relaxing place. Only suggest new area rugs throughout to freshen it up!

Nice condo

Nice, clean and plenty of seating in living room . Kitchen was stocked well. We bought a can opener. It’s the only thing we couldn’t find !! Had refrigerator problem but it was pleasantly resolved and I thank you for that !! Good times at 1010 Watercrest !!

Needs updating and not clean upon checkin

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon checking in I immediately noticed how dirty the floors looked. I had to sweep because there was still sand all over the floors and tons of sand under the rugs. There wasn’t a sheet on the box springs and when I laid down I could see tons of dust on the bed frame and box spring. The master bedspread had stains all over it. The wrap around porch is the best feature but had three old chairs and two nasty small side tables. My 14 year old daughter and I were waiting for an elevator after leaving the pool at Closing time and we were greeted by an older naked man. I flagged down security to tell them and they already knew Who I was talking about so this has obviously happened before. The man ended up getting arrested because two other teenage girls reported him and the security called the cops. He actually owns a condo and was on the same floor we were on. We spent over an hour that night giving our statements to the Bay County officer. That same man had tables sitting in the hall outside his condo with all kinds of junk because I was told he’s been renovating for 2 years. However, I got a note posted on our condo door telling us to remove items from the hall because we had our beach chairs and toys sitting outside our door! I called and told the rental company about all my concerns and they offered me NO compensation!!! None! Very outdated. Light covers were barely hanging. Light bulbs were out throughout the condo. The ice tasted light garlic. Even my 8 year old wouldn’t use it. Drawers and cabinets needed to be repaired. This unitneeds lots of attention.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was great! It looked and smelled incredibly clean. The furniture is updated and clean. The beds were super comfortable. The condo showed its age the most in the bathrooms, which are pretty small, and as noted in other reviews, the showers drain very slowly. But again, very clean. The kitchen was a little sparse, but the coffee maker is a Keurig with a single serve option as well as a full coffee pot, which offers nice flexibility. The condo complex is older, with only two main elevators and two elevators that serve floors 1 - 6. We enjoyed having the tiki bar on site by the pool. The pool and hot tub are both small but clean. Proximity to the beach is great as advertised. This particular unit does not include chair service, but it is available. If you plan to grill, grills are only provided in the parking lot next to the main road, so you would have to carry your food all the way across the parking lot. All in all, a great experience that I would recommend. Be sure to check out Schooners and Outlaws BBQ for great food nearby.

Relaxing

We loved our stay! The condo was very relaxing and felt like home. Only complaint was both showers drained very very slowly. Everything we needed was in there. Awesome view of beach and away from hustle and bustle of traffic.

Stay was great. Had small issue with ac and it was taken care. Definitely will stay here again. Great view from the balcony and the balcony is huge.

One of the nicest places we have stayed at in Panama City Beach.

I did not get my door code via email. I checked my email and junk mail and it was not in either. Not sure what happened, but the customer service person was great and very helpful.

We were very disappointed to find that there was no balcony furniture, only a small lopsided accent table and 2 upright chairs, one of them had a broken arm.Also the sliding door in the master bedroom would not kick properly. The pool area was very nice.
