Tervetuloa Nine Iron # 9 -tapahtumaan! Tässä suuressa ja kauniissa lodge-tyylisessä kodissa on UUSIA huonekaluja koko kodissa sekä monia päivityksiä. Tämä koti nukkuu jopa 18 ihmistä mukavasti 7 makuuhuoneessa, 7 kylpyhuonetta, joissa on yli 4100 neliömetriä asuintilaa. Voit nauttia biljardipöydästä, 16 Rajoittamattomasta SHARC-passista ja upouudesta 9 hengen porealtaasta oleskellessasi tässä kodissa.

Yhdeksän rautaa # 9 varmasti miellyttää koko ryhmää. Graniitti työtasoista, 5-alueen liesi, kaksoisuunit ja mikroaaltouunit, keittiö on varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset valmistaaksesi ja nauttiaksesi aterioita lomasi aikana. Autotallissa on myös toinen jääkaappi ylimääräistä tilaa varten!

Tämän kodin alempaan tasoon kuuluu 3 makuuhuonetta: Benham Falls -sviitissä on hirsikuntossa katosvuode, oma kylpyhuone, jossa kaksoisallas turhamaisuus, iso laatta-suihku ja iso kylpyamme. Tämä huone tarjoaa myös oman yksityisen pääsyn kannelle. Wild Wild West -huoneessa on queen-reki-tyylisänky ja kylpyhuone, jossa on laatta-suihku. Golfhuoneessa on king-tyylinen sänky ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on yksi alaosa ja kylpyamme / suihku-yhdistelmä.

Yläkerrassa on neljä makuuhuonetta sekä bonushuone. Black Diamond Chalet on talviurheiluaiheinen huone, jossa on parisänky, oma kylpyhuone, jossa kaksoisallas ja laatta-suihku. Cowboy Bunkhouse -huoneistossa on kaksi erillistä kerrossänkyä (yhteensä 4 vuodetta), liitteenä olevalla kylpyhuoneella, jossa on yksi pesuallas alaosa ja kylpyamme / suihku-yhdistelmä. Kalastushuoneessa on king-size-hirsisänky ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on yksi alaosa ja kylpyamme / suihku-yhdistelmä. Great family vacation!

This house was really comfortable for our 4 families (kids, teens, parents) plus grandparents! Loved having all the rooms and bathrooms. The foosball and pool table were a hit, and it was great to have so many bikes to use! The management company was also very responsive to questions. We had a great time in Sunriver!

This property is totally set up for large crowds. We had 18 people and there were 18 bikes in the garage. There is a plumbing issue that causes a loud sound, like a smoke alarm. Very noticeable in downstairs master suite. This can be relieved by a flushing toilet. I would suggest the traveler bring their own toiletries. There is a small shampoo and bar of soap provided.You will love this property and there is so much to do!!

Five star review! The house is big, spacious, and beautiful. Lots of dining seating. Spacious kitchen. And very well stocked. We have vacationed a lot and this is the nicest house we have ever stayed in. Between the pool table, Foos ball, And the bikes there was plenty of fun for all ages. We will definitely come back.

Family reunion at the Nine Iron

Two days out of a five day stay at this property. Forest fire smoke shut down most outdoor activities with the exception of golf. This house was large enough and had amenities to keep a family reunion of 16 well entertained when smoke restricted outdoor activities. This is a great house . As soon as you enter and see the interior decor you know this house is a cut above.

Lots of bikes(only 3 kids bikes), helmets, Pickleball, paddles, ping-pong, tennis rackets. Lots of games as well. plenty of space for everyone to gather and enjoy. Hot tub was great, passes to the sharc was great. Prompt response from management with any questions. Check-in was a breeze.

Great place

Loved this place. Had 16 of us and plenty of room. Kitchen and dining area were big enough for everyone to cook and sit and eat. Only issue was the hot tub was dirty when we went to use it, but we emailed Sun Lodging and they had someone out to clean it within a couple hours. Life happens. We'll probably book this place for a week next summer.

Great kitchen and well stocked with gear. Lots of bikes for riding around the trails. Loved it all and will be back!! The only issue we had was finding the Property Manager office to pick up golf vouchers. Not well marked but that was it!!

Hit and miss - slightly disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property in general was really well kept. It was clean and well thought out. It could use a little updated in some of the bathrooms, but nothing terrible.The main disappointment was that the hot tub did not work. That was a big selling point for us and we planned our evening around it. When I inquired with the night receptionist, she was rude and short.The day receptionist was great and sent someone out to the property to look at it. The maintenance guy came out and said that they had drained it the day before. This is something the guests should know in advance. Our entire party got dressed for the hot tub for it to only be ice cold. Total damper on the night. Check the amenities better and notify guests of anything that is broken.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a full house of family. This is the perfect house for a large family gathering. There were a few things in the house that needed improvement. The tile floor in the main living space was not clean and all the kids without shoes on ended up with dirty feet. The left sink in the lower master bedroom did not drain. The grill"s middle igniter switch is not functional and the center needs to be manually lit. Potential hazard. The TV in the game room doesn't work. The hot tub was too hot and the water was cloudy. The house should have a good gothrough review of functionality.With that said, the house was absolutley perfect for a large family, and I would definitely rent it again.

Just perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed with a mixed group of family and friends that routinely vacations together. We have stayed in over 20 houses in the past 10 years and this was our absolute favorite! The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for all our food in the pantry and garage shelves. The rooms comfortable and quiet. Our teens and young kids loved all the bikes and games. The neighborhood was wonderful, we enjoyed the SHARC passes and being able to float the river without having to drive to Bend. We absolutely plan to come back!

There was lots of room for all of our supplies. We were grateful for having two microwaves, two ovens and two fridges! Great location. It was short bike ride to the falls. Bike trails were very close to the home. We had a large group of people staying in a home right behind ours. I expected it be really loud. But once we went inside we couldn't even hear them. The little ones really enjoyed the free passes to the pools and water slides. Although it was crowded it wasn't overwhelmingly so. The resort village shopping was a fun place to explore too. We took a hike in the lava caves - they were so close to our rental. This house is very well done!
