Parempi kuin uusi Westlands Lodge on 3-kerroksinen koti, jossa on runsaasti tilaa perheen leviämiselle, mutta kokoontuaan sitten taas kauniiseen olohuoneeseen. Sijainti on täydellinen, rauhallinen ja hiljainen, mutta silti helppo ajomatka kaikkeen South Lake Tahoen tarjontaan - tutkia maastopyöräreittejä, taivaallista hiihtokeskusta, Sierra Tahoen hiihtokeskuksessa, järveä ja kauniita rantoja ja vesiputouksia. Jos et halua kokata kotona, kaupungissa on tarjolla laaja valikoima ravintoloita.

Kun astut suureen huoneeseen, silmäsi vetävät huiman holvikatot ja ikkunat näkymät metsälle kuin takapiha. Tämä kerros sisältää olohuoneen, ruokasalin ja keittiön. Olohuoneessa on korostus 60 tuuman televisiossa, jossa on Chromecast ja kivitakka (kaasu, helppo, ei polttopuuta tarvita).

Makuuhuoneessa on Kalifornian kuningasvuode, 40 tuuman televisio ja kuningatar vuodesohva. Päällikkökylvyssä on poreallas ja erillinen suihkukaappi.

I melted into the leather couches and my teenage daughter loved retreating to the loft. We were able to have our own space but still felt connected. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could ever need - even a meat tenderizer! The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. This place is worth every penny.

Beautiful home great neighborhood

We loved the layout of the house and big well equipped kitchen. Only three little things that were a slight problem. The yellow polin dust from the trees was everywhere. The spiral staircase was located in high traffic area and we had a few bumped heads. the kitch trash wad not located in an ideal area and master bathroom cold water faucet handle was broken. Sorry that was four. But overall it was a beautiful and comfortable home. we would stay there again. I loved the huge pantry!

SNOW

While you can't expect a fully cleared property in January after many feet of snowfall we were disappointed with a couple aspects of the property. When we arrived the hot tub was covered in about 3 feet of snow, which took us over an hour to clear. Additionally the deck was completely snowed in to the point the door to the deck could not be opened. Although not in the control of the property management, we came home one evening to a neighbor (with 5 cars already jammed in their driveway) parking in our driveway, making it impossible to park on the property until they moved. The house thermostat, which is a smart thermostat which can be changed on your phone from anywhere in the world, was set at 58 degrees when we walked in. Overall the house was nice, with minor inconveniences like lack of batteries in remotes. The driveway and front entry were well cleared and accessible.

Home had all the essentials you would need pots & pans, blender, dishes. Close to shopping and food about a 10-15 min drive. Neighbors are very kind and wave as you go for walks. Only thing I would recommend to bring is a baby gate if you have Littles to block off the top of the stairs that lead to the lower level.

Rustic home in the trees

We had a wonderful time at the Westland Lodge. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and not far from the casinos and restaurants. It was furnished nicely with all updated appliances in the kitchen and had everything we needed. It was immaculately clean. I would absolutely recommend staying there!

Spa filthy, cleaned filter 2X times to alleviate. pH way too high, chemistry off, thus cloudy water. Feared UTI. The $40 I had to pay can buy a Spa Boy visit for the next folks.

Amazing home!

The house is absolutely beautiful! kitchen is stocked with the essentials, plenty of linens and towels for the group. Very spacious for our group, plenty of room to be to yourself but also great to have space to be together without feeling cramped. Master bed was so comfortable I wish we could have stayed longer just to sleep on the bed. I will recommend to bring extra toilet paper, having all girls it went fairly quickly but it was mentioned in the agreement they provide starter rolls. I would 100% rent again, great communication and great rental all around.

Heavenly Weekend Getaway

Enjoyed our stay during for the Weekend! We really appreciated the proactive email communication on road conditions as the 50 was closed on our check-in day. Because of the information we rerouted before we left the Bay Area and still arrived a little over 3 hours. Property is clean, location is great, and more than enough space for 6 audits and 4 kids!

cozy and beautiful South Lake Tahoe stay!

This was a great spot for a weekend trip to South Lake Tahoe with my group. It was spacious enough to fit 10 adults! I chose this stay for the ambiance look of the rooms, kitchen, and amenities. I also loved the look of the spiral staircase! Check in was super easy and the house was well stocked. Many people did knock their head on the spiral staircase though… I’m not too sure how that could be resolved. It’s easy to forget it’s there while you are walking back into the house from the deck. My group did enjoy all the amenities such as the hot tub, and game loft with the shuffleboard and ms. Pac Man console - however out of the 200 or so games on the console we couldn’t actually find a Ms. Pac Man game? That was odd since it was named it! The fireplace was a beautiful feature and loved the Christmas decorations still up in the house! We also made use of the streaming services connected on the living room tv and watched a few movies! However the network connection to use the master bedroom tv was not working no matter what we tried, the conclusion was that the router signal probably doesn’t reach to the master bedroom tv. Which was a bummer! One issue we found was that the bottom bathroom towel rack was loose, if you put a towel on then the bar would come off, so my group could not put their towels on and instead left them on the bathroom counter. A couple people experienced some high altitude sickness and felt the air being very dry. We did find a humidifier although there was only one. I tried to use it in the master bedroom however I couldn’t tell if it really worked. When I press “on” it shuts off about 10-15 minutes after and I didn’t feel any better with the dryness. There was a lot of ice on the streets in the neighborhood. The morning we left I think the sun melted it a bit and 2/3 of the cars ended up sliding as we drove out of the street. It was scary since we never experienced it before! We made it out alive but it was still a little jarring! Overall it was a great stay! The wide angle camera lens makes all the rooms look a little bigger than it is, but it definitely is spacious enough to fit everyone. The master bedroom is very roomy and I really liked the kitchen and dining area! The living room couch was also very comfy to sit in! I would overall recommend this stay for those looking to visit South Lake Tahoe. It is very close to Heavenly and Adventure Mountain with great access to town!

Wonderful get away.

We had a small reunion of family members who haven't seen each other for 20 years. The house was lovely and comfortable for shared meals, games, late-night talks and room for privacy as well. Everything we needed from the kitchen to the linens was provided. The games in the loft were a huge hit for the kids and the adult kids. The Tahoe area is lovely for just about anything you want to do. We'll be back.

Very spacious. Plenty of room for the 9 adults in our party. Close to shopping and casino's but far enough away to enjoy the quiet and beautiful area. We planned our trip in June and then the Caldor Fire started on August 14th. It was touch and go if we would even be allowed to travel to Tahoe as evacuations were in place just prior to our arrival date. Michelle @ Pinnacle was instrumental in making this trip happen. She was extremely responsive and kept us updated on the latest information. We are very grateful and look forward to working with Michelle and the Pinnacle Lake Tahoe crew again very soon. Great Trip!!!

Girls Weekend

The set up of the property is great for a large group! The kitchen, dining, and living room area is all one large, open space where we spent most of our time. The location is also 15-20 minutes from most of the places we went. Highly recommend! There was one thing about the listing that wasn’t accurate as it listed a trundle bed under the bunk bed and there actually isn’t a bed there. There was still plenty of space to sleep for the 12 girls we had despite that! I would also recommend buying extra toilet paper, tissues, and dishwasher detergent (any household items like this) as there was very little for the number of people we had. Again, still highly recommend this property!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is a great size, with plenty of room for 7 adults and 2 children. The game room upstairs was a hit and the overall condition of the house was very nice. The back screen door didn’t open and close so we used the downstairs bedroom back door to get to the patio. The vacuum was left completely full so I was unable to clean up easily. Some of the towels had a bad oder from being left wet too long, so bring towels. The biggest issue was the rule about not parking on the street. We had 3 cars and not given a remote or the code to open the garage so one of us had to get out and go upstairs into the house and open the garage door from inside the garage and wait when someone left to close it then go out the front door. Very inconvenient

The Westlands Lodge

Beautiful house in South Lake Tahoe. Within driving distance to lots of fun activities. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Quiet neighborhood. River access within walking distance. Fantastic management company (Pinnacle Lake Tahoe Getaways). Would definitely rent this house again!
