Rakennus 1 on rakennus, jossa yksikköni sijaitsee (rakennus on suoraan lahden suuntaan). Se on uusittu kokonaan kokonaan. Uusi uima-altaan reunus on kaikki uutta, kaunista ja se on suurin koholla oleva uima-allas kannella rannalla. Myös yksikössäni, monia uusia mukavuuksia ja sisustus sisällä. Se on välttämätöntä arvostaa.

Can't be location

Overall, great big condo with plenty of common space. greatest features were definitely proximity to pool and beach. This balcony was basically on the beach. Great views and close to many restaurants. I think the best surprise of our trip was how cool the bird sanctuary next door was! Only cons were that the furniture in general is outdated and very lived in but other than that fine. I also think upgrade to an automatic key pad would be helpful. We were given two keys which is doable but would prefer a code that could be used like other vrbos. Thanks John!

Great Location

Extended family stayed for Spring Break. Kitchen was adequately furnished. No Beach Towels, so bring your own. We had issues with the cable during our entire stay. Not too big of a deal but it was an inconvenience. Ice Maker is super slow. Loved the patio, location to pool and room sizes. I was happy the living room had lighting as we like to play games at night. Utilized the puzzles too. I would stay again and recommend to others.

Great location, great beach!!

We enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of room for everyone! The pool access was very simple. Also pretty good beach access. Phenomenal sunset views! Overall this unit had the basics. There are no beach chairs, although you can rent some directly in front of the condo. The are plenty of dishes to cook a simple meal. Overall we would come back. That being said this unit REALLY needs a good deep clean. The white carpet is gray all over. There are dust bunnies on every air vent. There was also trash left under beds and behind dressers from prior renters. This unit is not being cleaned very well between renters. We would LOVE to rent this unit again. We are already looking forward to next year! But highly suggest that the owner have someone clean this unit a little better.

Vacation 2023

The location of the condo was amazing. The condo was spacious but it was dirty upon arrival. The kitchen was nice but there were tiny ants and the pots and pans were very old. If you are planning on cooking in the kitchen you will need to bring your own stuff with you or be prepared to wash the items you wish to use. You may also want to bring parchment paper or foil to cover the bottom of the cooking sheets etc. The furniture is very outdated and the condo itself could use a little TLC. The idea of using an actual key to get in and out of the condo is very outdated. I would recommend updating to a key pad on the door. However, our family did enjoy our vacation here, the beach was literally a few steps away and we couldn’t have asked for a better location.

Amazing Location

Let me start by telling you the good. Location, Location, Location! I cant say enough about how conveniently located this unit is, From how close it is to the bridge to Seminole, the parking spot for the unit, the pool/hot tub deck, bars , restaurants, shops and most importantly an easy 50 foot walk to the gulf of Mexico. If you are not one for swimming in the ocean you will be glad to know the pool was well over 90 degrees for our entire stay (11/19/23 to 11/26/23) and the hot tub was very nice too . There are 2 traditional grills and a Blackstone grill on site for your use. Condo is spacious and easily accommodated our group of 6 adults with room for two more on pull out sofa if needed. Beautiful sunsets almost every night right from your patio. Now the not so good. There was some communication issues in the beginning reaching the Condo owner with VRBO's help we sorted that out. Condo is dated and could use some sprucing up. You have to pick up the keys/parking passes/ and condo rules from a different rental agency (Florida Lifestyle its maybe a mile down the road) however check out time is different on the paperwork they give you versus what it says on VRBO 10am vs 11am. Trust me when i tell you the cleaning people were knocking on the door at 10:01. Hour doesn't seem like much but when your lining up flights and car returns it can be inconvenient. Bring beach towels and plan on buying TP, garbage bags, and spices. I would definitely stay here again.

Filthy

To say it was filthy is an understatement. I swear the ceiling fans havent been clean in years. The first thing i had to do was clean each one around 4 times each. The dust has been on vented closet doors, air intake vents, were so thick. As soon as we walked through the door the musty smell almost knocked you down. Silverware in drawers, one fork had dried peanut butter and a knife had dried food. I had to spend my first day cleaning and soaking dishes before washing them by hand to make for sure they were clean. Pans, well they were dirty as well and need replaced. Pillows were flat, no neck and head suppirt. One of the full beds, when laid on, it was like a big hole and hurt the couples back so bad. They had to fold an egg crate and that was still uncomfortable. The furniture in the living room is in bad shape, holes and dirty. Carpet under the windows in the living room as saturated from a leak. The carpet, nasty, smelly and dirty, I would tear the carpet. The chairs out on the patio, all except one were broken. Not safe to sit on for adults. There were 7 of us, only 6 forks. We had issues with the ice maker. I will say, the owner John. He kept in contact with me, made for sure that a man came out to fix the leak under the window. He said he would replace mattress and box spring to the broken mattress. He had contact management about the towels we needed. They didnt have anyone able to bring them to the condo. We went and picked up towels picked oset doors

Geat family vacation.

Location is amazing with a great view of the gulf. Beautiful sunsets, easy access to the beach. There was a mix up with keys to the condo, which resulted in a 3hr delay in getting into the room, at no fault of John's. Once resolved, the property manager responded quickly to other concerns through the week. The condo is showing wear and tear, and needed a deep cleaning. All in all, we still had a great family vacation and enjoyed the pool, beach and surrounding area.

Perfect for a family !

Everything was great! Perfect location only issue is the keys and all the locked areas and several of us just 2 keys there was construction daily that was annoying but not the fault of owners. Make sure you get enough parking passes. Clean and comfortable! Great view ! Very pleasant stay!

Birds birds birds

The smell of bird dripping sent my allergies into chaos. The bird sanctuary is directly next door. Then there was an area fenced offed directly in front of the balcony. Plus the red tide hit while we were there and the combination was hectic. The condo was nice and the beach was nice if you got away from all the birds and bird droppings.

Location, location, location

The location right on the beach with the beautiful view from the balcony was the highlight of this condo. The pool and hot tub were very nice. We did see the manager from time to time and he was very nice. The condo is in need of a little tender loving care. Although it had everything we needed including beach chairs, beach toys, 1 bogie board and fun noodles for the water and plenty of beach towels. Be prepared to bring extra toilet paper for your time (2 rolls were provided). Also you will need to purchase your own dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and laundry soap if needed. None were provided. That is OK, but would of been nice to know before we arrived.

Great location.

Condo was located in a good location. Condo was outdated but clean, had everything needed. One downfall was having to have a key to get in and out of everywhere, it felt like we were in a prison. Only other negative issue was the HOA manager lives on sight and found something everyday to complain about not just with us but other renters. Overall nice place would probably stay again if price wasn’t so high
