Naapurustoa ympÀröi Perdido Key State Parkin pyhÀkkö, joka lisÀÀ rauhaa. Tule rentoutumaan uncrowded rannalla, kala pois takapihalla telakka, ja pysÀköidÀ veneesi tai vuokra-veneen vedessÀ aivan takapihalla!

Talo on parhaillaan tÀysin kunnostettu sisÀltÀ ja ulkoa, ja sen arvioidaan valmistuvan noin 4. heinÀkuuta. Kuvat ovat pian saatavilla. Koko 3 makuuhuoneen 3. 5 kylpy talo on ÀskettÀin uusittu ylhÀÀltÀ alas rannikon viimeistely ja kalliit kalusteet. Ruostumattomat kodinkoneet keittiössÀ, joka on tÀysin varusteltu ruoanlaittoon ja palvelemaan vieraita.

Olohuoneessa on uusia huonekaluja ja 65 tuuman HD-TV ja Blu Ray-soitin. Kaikissa huoneissa on HD-televisio. Kaikissa neljÀssÀ televisiossa on ÀÀnikomennot, joissa on suoratoisto Cox-kaapelin, Netflixin, YouTuben ja muiden sovellusten kautta. On erittÀin nopea wifi internet koko talossa.

This property was everything we were looking for! Everything you'd need in a property by the beach. Especially if you want to bring your boat. Great location! Short walk to the beach. Great dock for your boat and if you like a little relaxing fishing with the kiddos you can do it right off the dock early morning or night fishing was perfect. The private pool was a definite plus for all who stayed here. Quite neighbors but you didnt feel like you had to tip toe. Close to everything. Restaurants, grocery stores, shops,and fun. Everything you'd need for outdoor fun and the beach. No need to bring a beach cart there's one on site that has the balloon tires no beach worries! When I say pack light the owners have thought of everything! Inside was perfect. Clean and the AC was fantastice. Never got hot in this home. The quest upstairs even commented on how cool it stayed up there. The lay out is great! It is honestly the perfect place for a couple or family. The decor is nice but simple! Everything was great! The views everywhere around this property were breath taking all hours of the day or evening Although everything was perfect for me ...the lady of the house who needs everything one of my favorite things about this property was the ice machine downstairs!!! Definitely a 5 star for us on everything! Lindsey was amazing to communicate with. Thank you guys for sharing your beautiful home with us. Hoping to stay at one of your other properties in the future with our kids & grands!

Great Spring Break Location

This home was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. Some days we did not even leave the property because of the entertainment it provided (kayaking, mini golf, and of course the amazing pool). We hope to return next year!

Perfect for families

Our stay was amazing, the house had so much to offer for us as a family, you literally just need to bring clothes. There were pack n plays in every bedroom (3). The pool closet had a ton of beach chairs, toys, wagon and refrigerator. And it was very clean it looked brand new.

Sibling vacation

My husband and I stayed here for a week with his two sisters and their husbands. The house was just like the photos- good condition, clean, & well-equipped. Eric & Lindsey were both great to work with and prompt to address questions. Pickleball just across the street & beach a short walk away. It was like having our own private beach. We will definitely come again when planning a vacation in the panhandle.

Lovely Experience!

I loved staying here. What really made the property was the attention to little details: high quality patio furniture, Tempur Pedic mattresses (seriously the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in), a super-responsive concierge, etc. The location was also really convenient--we could kayak in the bay or go to the beach without having to drive anywhere. I'm already thinking about coming back!

Secluded retreat

We had an amazing time the property had everything we needed for our stay. We felt like we were on our own private beach and it was a just a very short walk. We had plenty of fun with all the amenities without really leaving the house. We would definitely go back.

Overall Pretty Amazing

The house was great. The rooms were well designed and very comfortable - great bathrooms. The queen and king beds were great but the pull-out couches were difficult to sleep on. One was especially warped and very difficult to put back in - took two people. And, the ceiling fan in the down stairs bedroom squeaked so bad we had to turn it off to get any sleep. We loved taking the kayaks out into the bay - but only because we brought our own. The kayaks that were at the rental were barely usable. The seat on one was broken and all of the paddles were concerning - we didn't use them. Same with the beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, sandcastle toys, etc. Not all, but much was damaged. We were glad we had brought our own - that saved us from being really disappointed with the beach equipment. When we opened the door to the pool storage it was a horrible mess. It looked like someone had just stood at the door and tossed everything in. I realize that we were there well into the vacation season and many guests had used the equipment. Lindsey was very prompt in handling all our concerns but it seems to me that would not have been necessary if someone checked the equipment prior to our arrival. Also, the washing machine probably needs to be serviced - it didn't get the clothes very clean and sounded like it could quit at any moment. All of the out door space was well thought out and we enjoyed it thoroughly - especially the super nice Adirondack chairs and gliders. They were awesome.

We fell in love with the neighborhood a couple of years before we bought anything. There is nothing like it in the area. Most other choices for a house are either on the beach with no direct bay access or on the bay with no direct beach access. This neighborhood allows you to have the best of both. We looked at several properties in the neighborhood for over two years before we purchased. The quality, size, and proximity to the beach access, along with numerous decks, and stunning 360-degree views sealed the deal for us. We can get involved with so many fun, different activities in one it never gets old!

Perdido 'Lost' Key is such an amazing area in itself. There is a much slower pace in general, yet still plenty to do, and great places to eat. But, if you want to get into the thick of the coastal attractions, it's a very short drive to Orange Beach, Foley or Gulf Shores.

Like our other vacation properties, we have created an amenity-rich environment in this house for spending quality time with the ones you care about the most. We've taken this house to a new level with bean bag/cornhole boards, ring toss, adult kayaks, kid kayaks, SUP stand up paddleboard, and beach gear for guest use. On the inside, we provided high-end appliances and furnishings, and lovely coastal decor for a luxury guest experience.
