Pidä kaikki kesällä hauskaa. Family Vacation

Heaven on Earth

If you see this house available...dont wait a second..book it! Our family had a wonderful time at this house laughing, cooking, talking, exercising, star gazing, etc etc Large house with windows all around. Water view from every side/angle and room...Loved it! Very spacious house with all the necessities available. Daniel is a super host! very responsive and great with recommendations

Perfect House - Perfect Location

Even though the boardwalks were closed and charter boats were unavailable due to the season ending, we had a wonderful time fishing, crabbing and cooking with the family. The front of the house is all bay and the back was a quiet peaceful lagoon where we crabbed and fisher. Would def recommend!

Great vacation house

We had a great time. The house was beautiful and super clean. The views were spectacular. We went fishing, crabbing and kayaking. The kids swam in the lagoon. The beach was perfect for the kids. I would highly recommend renting the house. Hope to come back. Very peaceful and relaxing. Everyone enjoyed their time. Txs the Walsh family.

Our Big Chill

For the last 38 years my friends from college and I have met at the Jersey Shore for a week. Our ages range from 70-95. This house has met our needs and comfort level. The owner, has made sure that for the last two years we had everything we needed. We hope to return next year for another beautiful week on the NJ shore. Thanks very much

Breathtaking

We loved this place! The views have to be seen in person. A picture cannot capture the panoramic views. The view across the bay of AC lit up at night is so cool. We had great weather too. Bought an adult sized blow up pool for backyard which was a hit with my teens. And the extra long dock in the back made crabbing fun. So much space, with 5 bedrooms and open floor plan of kitchen, dining room and living room made it easy to enjoy our vacation together. And Dan was available for any questions via text. House was stocked and super clean. We just had to show up and enjoy. Love this place. We hope to be back next year.

Gorgeous inside, premium views, zero risk vacation

The owner was an absolute pleasure to work with and couldn’t have done more to make us feel at home, aware of everything we might need, etc. The residential/canal environment is lovely and quaint, and the location of this house is just about the best around - when you make the final turn at the end of Ohio Dr. and see for yourself, you’ll know you made a wonderful choice. Bedrooms are cozy and comfortable - the AC is fantastic. Great kitchen for cooking with nice indoor/outdoor eating options. It is minutes away from great restaurant options (including an authentic Greek restaurant that we won’t forget anytime soon). ... amazing bagel shop, and convenient grocery store, etc all within 10 minutes drive. Access to beaches is easy - we decided to venture out to The Cove (public beach) on Brigantine (just north of AC) and liked it so much we went back every day. Waves are big and fun for kids, beach is gorgeous and peaceful (not busy at all). We saw dozens of dolphins playing just offshore - heavenly. This was a huge success story for our family vacation - We will be going back as soon as our schedules allow. Can’t thank the owners enough.

Wonderfully relaxing family getaway!

Our family of six truly enjoyed this beautiful home and it’s spectacular waterfront views! More than enough room for everyone to find their own space to relax. The home was clean & well stocked. There are so many windows, always something to see! In the front of the house is the Great Bay which provided endless opportunities to see fisherman & recreational boaters/waverunners & of coarse just the serene beauty of the bay. We were fortunate to have a full moon during our stay! Watching it rise over the water was breathtaking! Then there was the star filled sky & all the lights of Atlantic City! Just beautiful! It was also incredibly HOT when we were there! The lagoon in the back of the house provided some much needed relief! We brought some floats & just lazed in the water with some cocktails. The bay beach is a short way from the house, it feels like its your own castaway island! Only con was there were a lot of green head flies while we were there. LBI is about a 30 min drive so we enjoyed the beach there also. Daniel, the home owner, is very welcoming & accessible if needed. We really enjoyed staying here & Osborn island is a place not to be missed! Lots of small town eateries & shops with a few bigger name stores too. Also, a short drive from the house, there is a small amusement park with rides & a golf ball driving range, which made for a perfect night out after dinner! A peaceful, friendly, safe, quintessential NJ beach town. We look forward to visiting again!

Great roomy house with great layout. Unparalleled views of Great Bay from front of house; from inside and from deck. Sunrise and sunset views. Great boat dock, deck and outdoor space in back. Easy access by boat to bay and several choices for fishing, beaching on sand bars, waterfront dinning, etc…

To start off, communication was excellent when it came to entering the house and any sort of tips for the area. The location was amazing with perfect views all around the house. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The entire group loved their stay at the house. Would without a doubt rebook the house if we return to the area in the future! Couldn’t recommend the place more.

Relaxing fun with friends

Host was very generous with his time communicating with us in getting information on the property and surrounding area to help us plan. He has a binder on site to help with the same. The rooms were spacious but the views were amazing. Two decks! warmed us in the AM/captured the sun rising, then in the back on the water afternoon cocktails before dinner. Plenty of seating for dinner and games thereafter and LR comfy couches and two chairs/ottoman.

Stunning!

My niece was getting married on the area, so we rented Dan’s house for a long weekend. We had 10 people staying at the house. The house was perfect in every way. The views from the front and back decks are amazing. We were able to see the sunrises as well as sunsets each day. Dan, the host was very friendly and responded immediately to all my questions. He was very accommodating to our needs.

Wonderful 90th Birthday Celebration

We stayed at this home for my mother's 90th birthday celebration. She had a wonderful time. We all LOVED the property and the heavenly views from all the windows and decks. It was very quiet and peaceful while we were there for 3 days. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful location. We definitely hope to return some day!

Great mini getaway

Had a great time at Dan place, he was very receptive to our messages and gave us wonderful tips. The house was well equipped with everything, we had fun crabbing in the lagoon and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets.

The Most Beautiful Location, and house!

Water everywhere you look! Every window has a view of water. Absolutely breathtaking! Mystic Islands was adorable also. Close to LBI and AC. Lots of water toys available (paddleboard, floats etc) at the house. Dan was awesome, he was so accommodating and gave a TON of suggestions on things to do, where to eat etc, and so quick to respond. We are definitely coming back!

AWESOME home and amenities.

Daniel, the host is outstanding. My family enjoyed the lagoon, crabbing and fishing and using all of the canoes and paddleboards. The bay beach a block or so away is beautiful to swim and fish. The home and decks, the sunrises and the sunsets were to die for. You can't make a mistake renting this home to enjoy your family's vacation. So worth the monies. Thanks Dan for the ease in renting and all your help and suggestions were right on. The family already wants to rent again next year. IT'S THAT GOOD PEOPLE ... if i could give more than five stars I would. Linda

Original owner and builder of the house. Family owned and occupied for many years of summer fun. Sailors and fisherman and of course the kids Jet Ski in the front of the house.

LOCATION, YES LOCATION. Exceptional bay view within clear site of Atlantic City and if that's not enough the lagoon is in the back yard so we are on a peninsula. 65 ft floating dock provides for crabbing and fishing off your own private dock. Dock your water toys with bay access only a few hundred feet away and no bridges. Sunsets , bay breeze you will not want to leave. House is well maintained and open floor plan with huge windows.
