Great stay on the lake

Family of 4 spent three nights at this location - great house and plenty of space for everyone. Loved sitting on the dock during evenings watching the sun go down. Kitchen is generally well stocked - if you cook make sure to bring your own salt/pepper/spices/oils - there were none supplied. Other than that, we had everything we needed for a great stay.

Great views and property

We loved staying here and had a very relaxing time. The views are great and has one of the easiest access to the lake compared to other properties in Bella Vista we have stayed at. The property is exactly as described with all the facilities, cookware we needed. Property was very clean and while we did not need to contact the owners while there, the communication beforehand was easy and quick. We willl definitely look to stay again

Great property!!

This was a wonderful home in a beautiful area. The hosts were outstanding and went above and beyond to help us when we ran into some wintry weather. We would come back here again. My aunt and 2 cousins and I travel using VRBO’s and this was a lovely property.

Gorgeous lake view and close to the trails.

Great property and fun to scoot around the small lake. Love the layout which is perfect for the view. Close to trails too - easy to ride to the dirt. Property manager super responsive.

Beautiful View

Home is lakefront as advertised and has a beautiful view off of the back deck and also off of the eat-in kitchen area which has a full bank of windows overlooking the water. Lots of space and comfortable accommodations. Home was well equipped. Property manager was easy to communicate with and gave lots of helpful information prior to arrival. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely home and great stay!

The house worked out great for our family vacation! The layout was perfect with the primary bedroom on one side and two bedrooms/bath on the other for our adult kids. Loved the open main living space with a comfy sectional for tv/lounging but our favorite indoor spot was the sunroom with a view of the lake. Kitchen worked well for cooking big meals so we didn’t have to always eat out. Also enjoyed evenings on the lower deck when the weather was nice, it was too early in the season for getting out on the lake, but the trees and flowers were in bloom and the sunset view was lovely. Location worked well, easy drive to Bentonville - we came for the Crystal Bridges Museum (fabulous) and also enjoyed shopping in town, Walmart Museum, Peel Museum and Gardens, Cooper Memorial Chapel, Tanyard Creek trails and Wrights BBQ (best meal we had!). Also did several side trips - Eureka Springs, Onyx Cave, Bluff Dwellers Cave (our favorite, it was stunning). Thanks for a great place to stay!

Refreshing Girls Getaway

My sister and I were celebrating her 50th birthday and chose this house for the close proximity to nature and hiking but also shops and restaurants. Sitting in the dining nook each morning sipping coffee while looking out over the lake was reason enough to stay. We ate a lot of meals at the house , so the fully stocked kitchen worked well. The fireplace was awesome too. It was too chilly to go in the lake, so I can’t speak to that. But we would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful Getaway

My husband and I with our three boys 21, 18 and 16 needed a little vacation time that was 2 hours away from Tulsa. We felt very at home and comfortable. The view of the lake is absolutely gorgeous and relaxing. We loved kayaking for hours on Lake Brittany. I grew up floating down the Illinois river and it felt just like that even though it was a lake. The cool breeze, cold water, tall trees and nature was just what the soul needed. The steps down to lake are a doozy but I enjoyed the exercise. We grilled out and used the kitchen for all our meals. The 4 TV’s in each room gave everybody their own freedom. We enjoyed playing board games and a puzzle at the table. The cold AC kept up with the 90 degree heat advisory weather outside. We loved pulling into the garage unload and loading, felt like our personal lake home. Beds were clean and comfy. Everything was provided for our needs. If they wanted to sweeten the deal, a paddle board and oar would have made things even perfect. I love that the two kayaks were already out for us to enjoy. We would come back in a heart beat.

The property and host were great. The house sits on a hill above Lake Brittany. We thoroughly enjoyed the lake view while sitting on the deck. The house was very clean and well appointed. The host was easy to communicate with and quickly answered questions about the area and the house. We highly recommend this property and we look forward to visiting again.

Loved it!

We loved our stay here! We enjoyed a long weekend getaway with friends. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed the outside seating options. There was a break in the rain so we were able to take the paddle boat out one afternoon. It’s a beautiful home in a nice, quiet area. We would stay here again if we visited Bella Vista again. KC girls trip

We loved the house, location, etc. Our only suggestions, we would have LOVED to have a ladder on the dock. We were not able to get in the lake since we did not have a way to get out of the lake and back on the dock. Also, there was no corkscrew so we had to DoorDash a corkscrew from the nearest store. We hope we will be able to come back sometime!

Beautiful Bella Vista Home

This was hands down the nicest property that we have stayed at in Bella Vista. The view was amazing. The home was spacious and very clean We will definitely rebook this in the future.

Nice lake stay

Loved the living space and the personal access to the lake. The bathrooms need to be upgraded to match the rest of the house. I would also recommend adding an air fryer to the kitchen for those rainy nights.Celebrated our 35th anniversary and enjoyed our stay.TY

This property was cute and clean. We enjoyed the firepit down by the lake and hiked some great hikes just a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway

We had four adults (my wife, me, my sister, and my brother in law) and we wanted a nice place to relax, be near the water, and play golf. This place was perfect! Everything was very clean and check in was a breeze. It's right on the lake and the views are beautiful. The owners are super nice and very responsive, and we loved our stay. It has everything you need, and we highly recommend it.

Hugging the hillside

Property was lovely, comfortable, very clean. The photos do not show how steep the steps down to the lower deck and dock are. We weren't particularly concerned about that because our stay was in March, and we were not doing water activities. The driveway is very steep, which is mentioned, but believe it says it's a slight slope. Not slight for older folks! The area is beautiful, the house is airy and bright with lots of windows. The outdoor decks are also very nice. We would like to suggest some boxes of tissue placed around the house, and the kitchen really needs hot pads! We employed washcloths to remove hot pans out of the oven. A few staples such as foil, saran wrap, etc. would also be a plus. Overall, it was a great place, and we enjoyed our stay. On the last evening, a bald eagle landed in a nearby tree and we had excellent viewing from the sunroom for several; minutes! (courtesy of Mother Nature)

Christmas Getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The weather wasn’t great but the coziness of the house and the view of the lake made us not care about the weather. We even used the paddle boat and went around the lake.

Great Visit

We celebrated Thanksgving here with our daughter and her family who live in BV. It was a wonderflt place to be for the holiday. Very nice home with great lake view.

Lake Brittany

The home was comfortable, nicely decorated and the view to the lake was peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped although being people who like to cook we thought there would at least be salt and pepper, but there was not one iota of salt, sugar, oil,spices etc. cabinets are bare and just barely enough silverware. But maybe we’re weirdos and most people go out to eat. There were plenty of nice towels both for bath and for lake activities and the kayaks and variety of lake rafts etc were wonderful. The grill was gross as were all the screen windows which were full of dead bugs which leads me to believe that the house cleaners are not doing their job. The few issues that I’ve mentioned were unfortunate but I have to say the owners were easily available for questions and concerns and, most importantly it is a very nice home equipped to spend some peaceful days.

This location was PERFECT!!! Mountain bike trails close by, very nice lake with kayaks, paddle boat, floaties, and a beautiful clean home! Would definitely recommend and stay here again
