Nauti upeista esteettömistä näkymistä rannalle ja villille Tyynellemerelle tällä merenrantahotellilla Bandonissa - saatat jopa nähdä valaita vaeltamassa, kun vuodenaika on oikea! Huoneistosta on oma porteitettu polku rannalle, jossa voit tutustua erilaisiin kivimuodostelmiin tai kävellä kuuluisalle Face Rockille ja tutustua vuorovesialtaisiin. Olet oikealla puolella loputtomia hiekkarantoja, jotka sopivat erinomaisesti kävely- tai aarremetsästykseen akaateille, fossiileille, kuorille ja paljon muulle.

We never saw a host. Great you upstairs. For future guests to know, what looks like the living room on line with all the windows is a lovely room but adjacent to the master bedroom upstairs.Things were in good condition with the exception of the windows which would not open in the view room upstairs. When we called to get at least one window of the two to open we were simply told no. Not we could do it in a day but simply no, with no explanation. Not good.

The location and photos are what drew us to this property. However, the photos are outdated and the property is not as advertised! When we walked in the odor was horrible, the carpets heavily stained, blinds were broken, no air conditioning (which would have not been so bad except that there weren't handles on the windows to allow them to be opened) and the access to the beach had no trespassing sign boarding the access. Our advice is don't stay until repairs have been made!
Entry way carpets heavily stained.
Backdoor carpets also heavily stained.
Blinds broken, couldn't be used.
Door blinds broken and a hazard.

Beautiful location

A short block from beach access, this location is spectacular with 180 degree ocean views. Decor is somewhat perfunctory but kitchen is well equipped and we made some great meals. Plenty of space, good for a large family or two or three couples.

Terrible! Windows broken. One full of bugs and mold. No view pictures taken from adjoining unit.Deck was tiny and had nails/screws sticking up.Unit is dirty.No stairs to the beach as promised. They were blocked off by wood and danger tape.VRBO and Vacasa were horrid to work with.DO NOT RENT THIS CONDO.DO NOT USE VACASA OR VRBO EVER!!!

Thelma and Louise 2025

My best friend of 50 years and I came to see the first Circles in the Sand for 2025. This Condo is in a great location for this event. The Condo has great views and plenty of room.I gave this property a 4 star instead of a 5 star in the overall and cleanliness because the stairs/path to the beach was a bit on the precarious side. First it's blocked off with yellow tape and the signs inside says use stairs/path with caution.... we used it once going down decided to use public access a couple blocks away to come back up, and from that point on we used that access going up and down. Wasn't an inconvenience it was much safer for us. As far as the cleanliness it wasn't filthy just could use a little extra TLC.I would stay at this place again. ConCondo has great views, great locstion, lots of room

This place needs some care.up stairs bathroom was not useable!shower ran day and night unable to shut off completely made upstairs very steamy.we had to take turns in shower 4 adults.my husband and myself are 75 yrs old this was very hard on us up and down the stairs for this.the toilet also was leaking and would run when flused..But the view was excellent, nice other than these problems that werent fix as I called twice to tell you.and u knew it was that way before we got there.

We enjoyed the beautiful views from this home located close to the Face Rock Viewpoint for beach access and was also very close to downtown Bandon for shopping and restaurants.

A House With A View

The property was well arranged and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The view? Absolutely gorgeous, and there is good access to the beach for walking.Renters should be warned that the stairs to the second and third bedrooms are long and a bit steep, so those with knee problems might think twice, and the two steps from the entrance hall are also deep and precarious, so a short handrail might help those of us who are unsteady. But, all in all, a delightful property in a quiet neighborhood.

Nice place for the price. There really is no beach access on the property. Trail overgrown with thorny plants and was dangerous. However public beach access was close and walkable.

Bandon trip

Everything was awesome. I needed 4 separate bedrooms but this place actually only has 3 plays a little sun room with a futon bed in it which I don’t consider a bedroom. So that was a little misleading. The outdoor lighting was terrible. The one light that was out on the entrance porch was out so it was pitch black in the evenings. Had to have a friend hold up a phone light just to enter the code. Other than that, everything was awesome! The trail going down to the beach can be cleaned up and stairs fixed so easily. But it’s a little rough to get down to the beach as it is.now.

Unsanitary, black widows, and property that is NOT maintained - Zero stars!

I would give this location zero stars if I could. Many of the property photos are taken from the adjoining condo next door, so it does not reflect the terrible condition of this property. The sun room shown is in 1 upstairs bedroom, so one of our guests could not access it, due to the location. She only had access to a door that leads to a deck with boards that are VERY unstable and a bench that is so flimsy it literally curves toward the house. Bugs in drawers, many spiders both inside and outside the home (including black widows), dirty carpets & appliances. It is not only unsanitary but unsafe. Due to matted down carpet and a stair that moves, one of our party fell down the stairs within 30 minutes of arriving and was injured, resulting in medical treatment being sought. Vacasa and the host couldn't have cared less, resulting in legal representation being necessary. The view of the beach from the sun room is nice, but not worth all of the hazards we experienced.

Great location

The location and view are awesome. However, the sunriom windows are broken (do not open) making it extremely warm upstairs on sunny days) and one of the windows in the living area does not completely close making it quite cold/damp feeling on foggy days. The parking is also a bit tight. We only had one vehicle so it was OK, but if we had brought 2 I'm really not sure where we could have parked it without blicking the neighbors.

Great location with a view

We had a great experience in this home. Communication was timely and efficient and we were very impressed with the customer service. We had one small issue that the property manager solved within an hour. Home itself is exactly as advertised, short walk to Face Rock and Coquille point, and a short drive to old town. Highly recommend, we will look to stay here again.

Beautiful Home, Spectacular View, Great Nieghborhood.

This is not a newer home, there is some wear and tear that is to be expected. We found this to be a very inviting home as soon as you walk in the door. It is so much natural light from all the large windows and high ceilings. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, coffee cups, coffee pot, flatware, and utensils. The pots and pans were old but perfectly use-able. The pellet stove in the living room was easy to start with just one button, pellets were supplied. It was just right to to take the chill off in the morning and evening. Very comfortable living room with spectacular view! The upstairs bedrooms are roomy, with high ceilings, and large windows. The enclosed sunroom off the master bedroom had a the best view in the house. We all slept great, no complaints regarding the firm mattress's. This is where we want to stay for all of our future trips to Bandon.

Awesome property and location!

Perfect vacation house for a family! Incredible location with awesome ocean view! The rock formations are spectacular! Very clean and comfortable with lots of room. Only 1/2 block from the Face Rock easy access to beach. Perfect small yard for dogs to use. Bandon is absolutely beautiful and fun. We would definitely rent this property again!!
