Perfect villa for a perfect family holiday

The villa is exactly as described. The design of the villa is well thought out, as the adults bedrooms are positioned in the four corners of the villa, enabling everyone to have a lot of privacy. The pool and hot tub were the main attractions, before and after the full day at the Disney parks, which are a very short drive away. The kitchen had everything, even with thoughtful extras of tin foil, cling film, coffee, sugar and dishwasher tabs, it even had enough baking trays for a quick pizza. Communication for the use of the villa, was also very helpful. With clear instruction emailed before arriving. My family had an amazing holiday in the villa, we were so glad that we chose it. I would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic location to stay to visit Disney and all the Theme Parks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful vacation home. It was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for our entire family. We loved having two washers and two dryers to use, that was such a convenience! The game room with a pool table and ping pong was great. Could not fault this villa and hosts work so hard to make your time special.

We had a fantastic Christmas holiday in this holiday villa. The decorations, including a beautiful Christmas tree, made it feel truly festive. After not having a holiday for many years Charles and Jo made this really special for us. The villa is super conveniently located right near shops and Disney. Highly recommended!

However, in 2019, they finally had the opportunity to purchase it and embarked on an extensive remodeling and renovation project that lasted about a year. The results are truly remarkable, with every detail carefully chosen and executed. From the floor tiles to the furnishings, the house exudes luxury and provides a memorable experience. The owners have spared no expense, pouring their hearts, soul, and resources into creating a truly exceptional home.

Equipped with over three miles of digital cable, the house features the latest smart home functions, ensuring a digitally comfortable stay. Whether you're vacationing with your family or working remotely, this house offers a seamless blend of convenience and relaxation. The southeast-facing pool and above-ground hot tub provide a delightful oasis to enjoy throughout the day. The owners affectionately refer to it as "Mickey's Pearl," as it feels like discovering a hidden gem when you step inside.

Situated in the sought-after Formosa Gardens Estates community in Kissimmee, Florida, the house is one of the closest estates to Disney World that is zoned for short-term rentals. Its prime location places you just a five-minute drive away from Disney World, ensuring quick and easy access to the parks. Access to the community is direct from Highway 192, avoiding the potential traffic congestion on Interstate 4 or Highway 27 that can be encountered when traveling from the outskirts of Kissimmee.
