Löydät rentoutumisen ja virkistymisen viihtyisästi sisustetun rannamökki-retriitin rauhallisuudesta. Kotimme on runsaasti mukavuuksia, kuten mukava sohva, ilmainen wifi, rantapyyhkeet, täysin varustettu keittiö, varjoisa kuistilippu ja runsaasti tilaa ruokailla ulkona. Katso kauniita auringonlaskuja tilavasta kiinteistöstämme keinu- tai ruokailunurkkauksella. Edessä olevasta makuuhuoneestamme on kauniit näkymät sisävesiväylään ja tiukasti parisänky. Toinen makuuhuoneemme sijaitsee kauniisti puiden alla, erillisillä vuoteilla, jotka voidaan erottaa tai muuntaa toiseksi kuninkaaksi. Tilamme sopii hyvin jokaiselle, joka etsii rentouttavaa lomaa kaukana kaupungin asumisesta. Jos etsit muutakin kuin vain kodin rauhaa, olet vain muutaman minuutin ajomatkan päässä kahdesta ruokakaupasta, huoltoasemalta, paikallisista ravintoloista, golfista ja Meksikonlahdelta. Big Lagoon State Park ja Alabama State Park ovat vain muutaman minuutin päässä, ja niillä on upeat retkeily- ja pyöräilyreitit. This is a quiet residential neighborhood so please respect the neighbors. No Parties. We ask that outdoor lights be turned off at night at bedtime.

Entertaining is ok. Neighbors all have our cell numbers. If we're called with a complaint tenant will be required to leave immediately, no refunds.

Unfortunately, we do not have a dock or pier. Neighbors' docks may only be accessed with the express permission of the owner.

Much needed peaceful get away

This is our favorite get away. We have stayed here several times and love this little cabin. We enjoy watching the boats on the intercoastal, music at local venues and our favorite amenity... is Brunie! He is such a delight. Thank you for sharing your coastal cabin and Brunie with us!

We had a lovely, relaxing stay in this sweet little home on the water. The home was a perfect size and had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner either at the picnic table or on the porch swing in the yard as we watched boats and dolphins/porpoises, and the neighbor's robotic lawn mower go by. There was a grocery store and local restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. It was also nice to know Brunie was close by if we needed anything.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay in Perdido Key. The location is peaceful and absolutely beautiful—tucked under an old oak tree with a porch swing where we spent hours watching boats pass on the Intracoastal Waterway. What made our stay even more special was the kindness of the owner, who truly treated us like family. He generously offered us an extra night and day, which gave us time to slow down and soak it all in. We even got to celebrate my dad’s 90th birthday here with my parents—it was the perfect setting for such a meaningful moment. We’re so grateful and can’t wait to come back.

Great Getaway

Our stay at the Perdido Key VRBO guesthouse

We had a really Nice stay for Labor Day weekend. The house was so comfortable and very well equipped for our every need from cooking to relaxing and was perfectly located within short drives to great restaurants and the beautiful Johnson Beach. Our host was very gracious and made sure we were comfortable at every point of our day. It was a memorable time and we would be happy to come and stay again thank you.

Amazing

The cabin is just as described! The property owners are delightful. Brunie was amazing. He kept in contact to make sure we had everything we needed and to offer advice on places to see. We stayed for 7 days and did not want to leave. The grounds are peaceful and well kept. The cabin is extremely clean and had everything we needed. The location could not be more convenient to the grocery, restaurants and beaches. We highly recommend and I am already planning our next stay...2025.

Beautiful old oak trees and water - what more???

Location was perfect for my husband and me to use our paddle boards at will. When we weren't paddling, we enjoyed sitting under the oak trees reading and just staring at the intracoastal waterway. Saw dolphins several times which was an extra special treat. The accommodations were great too particularly the fully-stocked modern kitchen and the bed and bath linens. Ate at some nice local restaurants. Definitely plan to return.

The cute corner

It wasn't love at first sight, but finally we love this cute corner: the owl and owlets, the fog, the swing, our breakfast on a patio, Johnson beach etc. And unsurpassed Brunie! He is the best property manager. Thanks a million from Ukrainians who were thrown here by fate!

Little Gem on Innerarity

I really enjoyed by my stay at the cottage. The location was perfect and very convenient to all the out door activities I had planned. One look at Google Maps and you will see just how convenient the location is to a grocery store, restaurants, the beach and marinas. The view of the intracoastal was very relaxing. Well equipped with everything you need. Michael and Brunie were fantastic to work with. Very satisfied.

Fantastic home and location!

The home was clean and recently remodeled. Everything was beautiful, and it was clearly well-maintained. The best part is the home, is right on the water. There is a boat ramp about a mile away from the home for easy launching. We took our pontoon boat and pulled it up on the beach in front of the home for our stay. Very easy access to Perdido Key Beach, Orange Beach Flora-Bama, and Pensacola by the intercoastal waterway or by car. We would definitely stay there again. The hosts were so welcoming and answered all of our questions.

Paradise on the Innercoastal

We love this property. It's the 3rd time we've stayed here and we try to come back at least once or twice every year. The family is super nice and accommodating. The Home is always clean and we love that we can pull our boat right up on the beach. When we are here we usually don't leave by car again for the whole week. We drive the boat to all the restaurants on the water, get gas and ice at the near by marina. It's 10 minutes to Flora-Bama, 15 to Tacky Jacks and 30 to Pensecola board walk. We saw the Blue Angels and got engaged on the beach. It's an affordable home with everything you need to have a wonderful weekend.

Best word to describe it — WOW

What a slice of heaven. This place has it all. Kayaking/boating options, fishing and crabbing, nature watching, solitude, and right on the Intercoastal waterway. The house is beautifully done, with just the right decorations, all the amenities, and friendly neighbors. Better than the photos in my opinion. Last but not least are the hosts, Michael and Brunie - two brothers who grew up here and know everyone and all the history, and genuinely care about their guests loving this place as much as they do. For anyone who wants to get away and enjoy some bliss (perfect for “social distancing” or being social), this place is the real deal. My boys and I had a blast here, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more highly.

The Getaway We Needed

This was perfect place for our family in a quiet little neighborhood. Although it was not on the beach it was waterfront, which was good for the kids. Brunie was very welcoming and helped us get settled in. The house was very clean and stocked. It had all the supplies needed in the kitchen and bathroom; as well as cards and games for family nights. When we first got there there was a tropical storm moving through, but the did not impact our stay. My wife really loved the swing in the back yard that overlooked the water. The house was convenient to everything, 5 minutes to the beaches, 20 minutes to downtown Pensacola, and a grocery store within 2 miles. Only thing it is missing is a dock. This place cannot be beat for the price. If available we will stay here again. The inside is the nicest VRBO we have found so far, we highly recommend.

Relaxing Retreat

Perfect place to kick your feet up, enjoy the sunset and your chosen libation and just relax. Brunie (Host) was helpful, amenable, and attentive to any needs or questions we might have. The cottage was homey and comfortable. This is the host's "family" place and Brunie made us feel like an extended part of that family. We were there for some 40 degree nights (not what we were expecting) and the heat worked well, nice after a chilly stroll. Kitchen was well stocked, saving us from running out for salt, pepper, or other condiments and spices. The large shower... Amazing...especially after coming in from a wet and cold fishing trip. My favorite was coffee at the outdoor tables and watching the sunrise in the morning, or a glass of wine and the swing and sunset view at night. Ask about some of the local spots. We really enjoyed music at The Point Tuesday night, and the local fish market is a must. Next trip to the area, we will definitely stay here.

Beautiful and Relaxing!

Property owner and manger were so friendly and informative and accommodating.. The place has been renovated, its in great location, very quiet and residential which is just what we were looking for. We've rented from VRBO about 8 times this year, so far and you can tell this one is managed with care and love. So far our favorite managed property. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need then some. Air fryers toaster, blender, cooffe pot, utlinsels, knives, cutting boards, cookie sheets, pans, pots, you name it. There's even a family cookbook which, I believe is from the owners mom or grandmother, which was very cool and a nice personal touch. The place has what you need, even laundry detergent if you want to use the very nice and new W/D. Wildlife and aquatic life that we saw while on property: bald eagle, blue herons, ospry, bats, pelicans, otter (so cool), a school of large jack crevalles, blue crabs, hermit crabs, jellyfish, stingrays, frogs, all kinds of other birds. The most relaxing place! Fish we caught out the front door: pinfish (excellent for bait), redfish and a gag grouper. Bring your fishing pole and there's a bait store right beside WinnDixie I can recommend eating at The Point. However, in my opinion, the best restaurant you can have is grilling right outside with a few cocktails. So stop by the WinnDixie which is 5 minutes away and grab something to grill or pick a recipe out of the family cookbook.

Best little quite spot on Innerairity

The home is always clean. We've stayed here five or six years in a row and we will continue to return. The family is super helpful and eager to please. My favorite part of our stay is the Outdoor shower. But it doesn't hurt being right on the water. There are Giant shade trees and swings, Birds like Osprey and cranes are there everyday. We saw dolphinswimming by and loved every single minute of it. See you next year.

Second Visit

This is the second time visiting Perdido Key and this rental house is in the best location to Everything. You can get to the beaches and several excellent restaurants in just a few minutes. If you want to watch the Blue Angels practice, well they are just up the highway about 10 miles. This is in a very quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. We will be back for our third visit next year!

Hi there and thanks for considering a visit to our cottage! Our story began four generations ago with my great grandfather's purchase of the land in 1938. It is now owned by several family members who cherish our this space and want to it preserved for others, as it was for us. We live all across the US, and try to get back to enjoy it as much as possible. In the meantime, come see for yourself what makes it so special!

We've enjoyed this spot for generations, and love sharing it with others! It used to have a simple one-room wood cabin which all of the family would share in the summer to escape the heat in town. We've since built a snug little cottage that has all the modern conveniences. We have so many wonderful memories, and the place is so special, that it gives us great pleasure to see others experience what we've experienced for so long. We simply need a few guests to stay there each year so that it's self-sustaining. Win-Win!
