PISMO Hyvä elämä rantotalo 3 min päässä merestä ja keskustasta

Kahden auton autotalli pääsee sisäänkäynnin aulasta, samoin kuin ensimmäisen tason kuningatar makuuhuone ja oma kylpyhuone.

Toinen taso on tilava avoin oleskelutila. Olohuoneessa on mukavat kalusteet, TV, ruokapöytä 6, kaunis keittiö kokki-luokan laitteilla ja kätevä puoli kylpyamme. Olohuoneesta ovat suuret liukuovet, jotka avautuvat parvekkeelle, jossa on BBQ-grilli ja bistro. Parveke, josta on näkymät Wadsworth Ave -aukiolle, tarjoaa näkymät merelle ja keskustaan.

Kolmannessa kerroksessa makuuhuone toivottaa sinut tervetulleeksi rentoutumaan ylellisellä queen-vuoteella, jossa on suuri taulu-tv ja oma kylpyhuone. Tämän tason toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja se on toisen täyden kylpy- ja pesulakeskuksen vieressä. Kolmannesta tasosta poistuminen kierreportaista kattokanteen päälle.
Kattokannella on näkymät merelle ja murtuvat aallot.

Amazing Vacation Spot

Very clean, great location just a block before the beach. Beach towels, sand buckets & beach chairs ready to go. Nice safe community feel. We stayed 4 nights. We will be back!

Wonderful Trip

We can’t say enough great things a out this place! Very, very clean, very nice kitchen with everything we could possibly need, great location to beach, restaurants, scenic places. We would highly recommend it and the pizza almost next door is great too.

Great family vacation stay

This wonderful property is right in the heart of Pismo and it’s beautiful. I’m my opinion it was the perfect location, no noise problems, easy walk to restaurants, the beach and convenience store, plus very well appointed! We had everything we needed for cooking and dining. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent

Convenient beach condo! Easy highway access to house -- did not have to sit at lights in town during busy CalPoly grad weekend. Immaculately clean and obviously put together by someone who stages/rents houses -- everything worked, of solid quality, beach chairs and toys, small details thought out, dialed-in aesthetic and decor. Bottom floor with bath was perfect for grandma to access entry and 2-car garage. Easy one block walk to less crowded end of Pismo beach. That said it is spaced over three floors so be ready to climb stairs. Bedrooms are on the small side but we spent most of our time away from the condo so it didn't really matter. Would def recommend and stay again.

Pismo Classic Family Golf Stay

First time using VRBO. Outstanding location and house. Very very clean. We all commented on how nice the property was. Nice rooftop sunsets as well as walking to local restaurants. We will definitely book this again if we return. Also, golf in Nipomo and Avila Beach are only 10-15 minutes away.

Kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils/bakeware etc...The condo was neat and clean. Great beach vibe! Quick response when we needed an issue addressed immediately. Great time, just wished for more sunshine!

The Beach House was in great shape and had what we needed for making our Thanksgiving meal. It is a short walk to many restaurants and the Athletic club. Also a short drive to the Pismo Preserve and the Monarch Butterfly Grove. We had a great time!

We loved the layout and it gave us plenty of personal space for 6 people. It is close to the beach and downtown area which was great. The kitchen is fully stocked and it was nice to have beach towels and toys to use at the beach.

I like the design of two bedrooms on the third story and one on the first story. Kept it quite as kids slept in. Easy walk to main Pismo area and beach. Great place. Overly complicated check-in/checkout process.

Very nice accommodations, especially a bathroom for each bedroom and the roof deck. However, rental company that listed this property on VRBO made things complicated. I rented through VRBO, but then I got a many page agreement from the rental company that required multiple signatures and initials, and required me to create a password to access the “Property Guide” which has the info you need to use the property. And when the link to guide did not work, I had to download a special app to get the info I needed. And at checkout, I got both texts and emails from different sources about check-out procedures. Very nice property, but the procedures, at least from the standpoint of a boomer, were excessive.
