TÀmÀ 1094 neliöjalkaa 2 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneen huoneisto nukkuu 8 ja siinÀ on oma poreallas ulkoterassilla. SiellÀ on myös oma pesula ja autotalli. Se sijaitsee BreckenridgessÀ aivan Main Street -kadun pÀÀssÀ, joten olet askeleen pÀÀssÀ ostosmahdollisuuksista, ravintoloista ja juhlista. LisÀksi olet erittÀin lyhyen kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ hisseistÀ. Nauti helposti kaikista lÀhellÀ sijaitsevista hiihtoalueista, mukaan lukien Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone ja Vail.

Ruokailutila mahtuu mukavasti neljÀÀn ja lisÀtuoleja on vielÀ kaksi. Aamiaisbaarissa on myös neljÀ lisÀpaikkaa. Vieraskylpyhuone on aivan tÀrkeimmÀn oleskelutilan ulkopuolella. Se tarjoaa yhden pesuallastyökalun graniittitasoilla, ja ovi erottaa suihku- / amme-yhdistelmÀn ja wc-alueen lisÀÀmÀllÀ yksityisyyttÀ. Kaikissa kylpyhuoneissa on pyyhkeet ja ensimmÀinen kylpytuotteita. SiellÀ on myös oma pesula ja pesuainetta on toimitettu avuksesi.

Master-sviitissÀ on queen-size-vuode ja pieni taulutelevisio. Kylpyhuoneessa on kaksinkertaiset nieluja, joissa on graniittitasot, ja ovi erottaa suihku- / amme-yhdistelmÀn ja wc-alueen yksityisyyden lisÀÀmiseksi. Vierashuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja twin-over-twin kerrossÀnky.

** ErittÀin premium-liinavaatteet ** TÀmÀ ominaisuus on pÀivitetty ultra-premium-vuodevaatteilla, jotka kilpailevat The Four Seasons -pelin kanssa. Perfect place for our family of 5

This condo has it all! Our family of 5 was comfortable in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo! The kitchen was well stocked and it has a washer & dryer for all those dirty hiking clothes! The location is perfect to walk downtown! We would stay here again!

Conveniences like a stocked kitchen, multiple power charging stations in every room, and the hot tub hot and on for our arrival made it the best vacation we've ever had! The location was amazing, within blocks of downtown Breckenridge and trails around the condos for our evening hikes. The property management team was AMAZING! 24 hour help and very prompt to address our only issue.

Cute Breckinridge condo

Super cute condo. All one floor located on the 2nd floor. One of our party has limited mobility and it worked great for her. Beds were comfortable. Only issue was warm at night. Never could figure out the thermostat. Had a snag at check in trying to figure out the parking pass. Previous person left it in the garage which is below the condo. We finally figured it out.

Unfortunately, we had a family above us who woke up early every morning and sounded like a heard of elephants walking across the floor. The condo layout was great and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint I had was the jets in the master bath appeared to have mold around them which caused my wife to not use that bathtub. Everything else was great!

Garage, hot tub, and well appointed kitchen checked all the boxes.Location is great. Easy walk to anything in town (Breck Brewing and a convenience store at the end of the parking lot). Reasonable walk to the base of Quicksilver lift if you don’t mind a little warm-up to get the blood flowing. It’s mostly flat and took us ~5 minutes (in snowboard boots).Rental co. met our expectations and was easy to work with (clear communication, digital check-in, webpage for all unit instructions, etc.).

Enjoyed a girl’s weekend

It could not be adjusted and was super hot inside. It was 10 degrees outside and we had to open windows it was so toasty. The bunk bed bedroom has a huge window but the curtain is not a black out so the light from the hallway outside came in at night. Loved that they had fans available. The management responded to texts very quickly. Nice view, super close to downtown, and nice little hot tub. Overall, it was a good trip.

Good location, roomy, not as clean as expected.

Check in was easy, anytime I had a question, I was able to reach out to property manager via email, text or call and they quickly addressed any questions or concerns. A personal garage is a bonus! The parking lot was heated so snow didn’t accumulate for those parked outside. This is an older community of condos which doesn’t matter as long as it’s clean and everything worked. But that wasn’t the case. Originally, TV wouldn’t turn on using the 2 remotes, but found the “on” button under the front of the TV. Then, the TV volume didn’t work and was stuck on low. The main bedroom thermostat didn’t work but there was a portable floor heater in the room which took the chill off. The second bedroom had 1 Queen and 1 bunk bed. The top bunk wasn’t made up so my granddaughter had to make up her bed. When she got on it, the mattress sagged on the wood strips. Underneath the top mattress were numerous large tears in the cover, duct tape and broken wood on the underside of the top bunk. It wasn’t stable for her to sleep on so out to the living to set up the sleeper sofa. It sagged lopsided and had crumbs all over the mattress cover. She slot about 2 hours that night. The master bath had a jetted tub that head mildew and water pooling at each jet with black and dark brown mold. We stayed 1 night.

Nice, but needs a little maintenance

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the property was great for our one night stay. However, there were some things that really needed attention, and since it was over the weekend, the rental office was closed and I had no idea how to contact anyone while we were there. First of all, the bunk bed was broken. One of our party climbed on top to check the safety of the bed, and it literally fell through the bottom! Fortunately for us, she wasn't hurt, but she did have to sleep on the pull out couch, which kind of ruined things for those of us who wanted to stay up later, and would have been really bad if we had one more guest in our party since we were down one bed at that point. The second problem was the hot tub. We were looking forward to using it as part of our girls' night, but there was a man in the hot tub next door, which was literally touching our hot tub with no privacy screen between the two. We waited until pretty late in hopes that he would get out, but he never did and he sat there all night scrolling on his phone with the volume up really loud. So that kind of ruined the enjoyment of having a "private" hot tub. We never got to use it. Lastly, there were a few other maintenance things that needed attention, such as a broken toilet handle, glass showers doors that were swinging freely, and moldy jets in the master bathtub. There is really no excuse for that, as the rest of the property was pretty nice, and it was close to town but just on the edge on a fairly quiet street. I tried to message the property managers about the problems, but never got a response.

Convenient Property, Lovely Stay

We visited Breckenridge as part of a girls' trip - transparently we were not ever intending on skiing, but fully recognize this destination is primarily for skiers. Even so, we enjoyed our stay and how conveniently-located this property was for it. It was easy to walk into town and/or take the free public transit options, and the provided parking made it convenient to have a car as well. We especially appreciated the fireplace, the well-stocked kitchen, and the private hot tub.

Two day get away

The property exceeded our expectations and was wonderful. The host team was very good at communicating and we always felt welcome. We will be coming back.

Quick anniversary getaway

My husband and I came up to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary! This condo was absolutely perfect! It was exactly as listed, super clean and had everything we needed. We even got a bottle of wine with a happy anniversary card from the owners which was super sweet! we loved the hot tub with a great view of the mountains. It was within walking distance to all the great restaurants and shopping. I would definitely come and stay again, this was a wonderful place!

Wonderful place!

This was a great condo to stay in. We came during summer so can’t speak for the skiing. But it’s a beautiful area. Close to the buses and close to downtown. Everything was clean and comfortable. We loved the private hot tub too.

10/10 Excellent!

We had a great 8-night stay in this updated and very clean condo. Check-in was easy. It was very spacious for three adults. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals and we also used the grill. It was nice to have the garage plus one additional parking space. The location suited our needs, less than five minute walk to the southern edge of main street. We also enjoyed the hot tub on some evenings. We enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge and would definitely recommend this rental!

The living room and kitchen area had everything that you needed. We were only there 2 nights so didn't have a chance to try out the hottub. And it was summer so too hot.

Weekend Getaway

Loved this place! Very clean. Incredible location for shuttle and walking to main street. We loved the website for property information. Very helpful. We'll be back when we visit Breck.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was nice and cozy, but did have a couple issues. The door handle to the garage is busted and needs replaced. The beds are okay, really firm and springy so could be better. Otherwise though it was a nice place with all the amenities needed for a few nights' stay.
