TÀmÀ on Sea Glass Beach Loft, joka nÀkyy HGTV: n Beachfront Bargain Huntissa. Sijaitsee Placencia Village Belizen niemimaalla kauniilla Karibian rannikolla. TÀmÀ koti tarjoaa tÀydellisen rantakokemuksen, vain 100 askelta kristallinkirkkaan turkoosi valtamerelle. Kotissamme on kaksi makuuhuonetta, yksi iso kylpyhuone, jossa tÀysi pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, avoin pohjaratkaisu, keittiö, ruokailutila ja olohuone yhdessÀ. I’m moving in!

It’s about as close to paradise as you can possibly want - or expect - from this life: Lots of space. Incredible location, right in the center of everything. But in a way, also a little bit secluded.Two real separated rooms. Washer/ dryer. A great kitchen, which I stupidly didn’t avail myself of. AC, TV, all the comforts of home. Windows to die for, the better to see the magnificent sunrises and sunsets with. What is there to add? Oh yes, Melanie (property manager) - An unflappable super - kind delight!

This place is amazing! It is in the PERFECT location- walking distance to everything! The house was very clean and they really went above and beyond and thought of anything and everything that you'd possibly need. I was overcharged and they caught that before I left and are taking care of it. highly recommend

BEWARE OF TINY PRINT / HIDDEN CHARGES

Unfortunately the owner charges one hundred US cleaning fee which you only find out about AFTER booking and paying online. You receive an email after you book and pay ( service charge, pet fee, taxes etc) with 7 pages PDF house rules document put together by the home owner. You have to clean your dishes and take your garbage out or you get charged extra. ON TOP of the cleaning fee. The manager Melanie is very helpful / polite and the property is nice but I've never (in thousands of properties around the world ) been hit with a one hundred cash charge at arrival. Why not add it to the fees before booking as I imagine most would like to be aware of hidden and tiny print charges. HA...Talk about poor business practice. I did bring this issue up and the owner refused to rectify. I ended up paying fifty US and cleaning the house myself. Way to run a hotel :) While house is central and right next to the boardwalk you cannot see the sea as it's 2 or 3 rows back from the beachfront. Thank you.

Perfect location to all the action and beach

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Sea Glass loft. We spent a good amount of time in the morning enjoying watching the people walking down the sidewalk, listening to the ocean and enjoying the sea breeze while drinking our coffee on the very large deck. We would have breakfast at one of the very inexpensive restaurants. Then off to the beach to relax and enjoy the ocean. Lunch at another great restaurant and a stroll around town. There is a full stocked kitchen at Sea Glass Loft, but we actually ate out every meal. There are many great restaurants to choose from close by on the ocean and a convenient grocery store for refreshments and Brewed Awakenings for coffee close by. We walked up and down the sidewalk many times and enjoyed the interesting vegetation, birds, homes and cute shops. Melanie, our property manager contact, made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us via WhatsApp to assure us to contact her at anytime for anything required. Melanie was a lovely lady to talk to and was very kind and helpful! Our friends that we met up with in Palencia were very impressed with Sea Glass Loft and implied next time they were in Palencia they would want to stay at Sea Glass Loft. Jealous? Maybe they were.... We had a fabulous time and the weather was fantastic. It's a memory we will never forget, we were so lucky to find this lovely home!

A perfect getaway property

The Sea Glass Beach Loft, is cozy, clean and in the perfect location. We stayed here with our two children (11 and 7) and there was more than enough room for all of us. The laundry was a huge plus as we had been traveling for 2 week prior to arriving in Placencia and it was wonderful to have clean clothes ;) The loft has a very homey feel and is obviously very well cared for. Melanie the property manager was very helpful and a joy to interact with. If we ever find ourselves in Placencia again, we will book in the Sea Glass Beach loft.

Easy Belize-y Beautiful

Overall, we had a great stay at the Sea Glass Loft in Placencia. The area was beautiful, right in the heart of the village. Easy walk to everything you could need for your stay. Amenities were as expected and the property manager, Melanie, was very responsive. We felt safe and comfortable for the duration of our trip.

Hello we are Nancy, Rose, Leslie & Mike, we are family and good friends that wanted to take a journey together. We all reside in NorCal area. This home has been a labor of love in the making. I (Nancy) and my wife Rose bought our first home in Belize in 2011, and fell in love with the Belizean people, culture, the land and rainforest. Belize's primary language is English and this made sense to us to get the best of a foreign country expieranc in our native tongue. This started our journey to owning in Belize.
Leslie joined us on one of our vacations to Belize. We decided to venture out to Placencia Village. Enamored with is very culturally diverse little village, at the end of a peninsula in Belize spoke to us. I personally did not want to leave, nor the friends we went with.
After returning back home it was all we could take about. So started our journey to find our little slice of paradise on the Caribbean Cost.

Why not this Property? Our home is only 100 steps to the beach, 35 steps to the famous Placencia sidewalk, 250 steps to the best to beach bars in the village, great restaurants all over the village. A great pier to sit and watch the sunrise in the morning, or to take a nice swim in the like glass water of the early morning.
