Start your day with coffee on the shaded patio off the bedroom. The apartment is equipped with ceiling fans and central air conditioning to keep you cool. Located within walking distance to several restaurants, shops and bars, offering both daytime excitement and vibrant nightlife.

There is free parking available. The complex offers guests a refreshing swimming pool (plus loungers on the sundeck), a communal BBQ, and on-site coin operated laundry facilities.

Experience the vibrant Seven Mile Beach neighborhood! Our condominium is perfectly situated in George Town, Cayman Islands, offering easy access to a variety of attractions. A short stroll will take you to Camana Bay, a stylish hub with boutique shops, a cinema, and delightful ice cream parlors, perfect for a relaxing afternoon. You'll also find a fantastic bookstore and numerous restaurants with inviting outdoor patios. West Bay Road, the main thoroughfare of Seven Mile Beach, is just steps away, providing an array of dining options, from casual eateries to upscale restaurants, as well as convenient access to supermarkets, liquor stores, diving supply shops, and clothing boutiques.
Getting Around:
Local Buses are easily accessible, and will stop for you anywhere when flagged from the side of the road. Most trips are $2 anywhere along West Bay Road. Taxis are also available for more specific destinations. However, car rentals are one of the most comfortable convenient means of transport for exploring, with rentals available at the airport. GPS works well in Grand Cayman and remember, driving is on the Left. No two places are further than an hour’s drive apart, making exploring the island simple! If you've booked any tours you may not need it as most of the tour operators provide free pick up and drop off services.

**NOTICE: The swimming pool and deck will be closed for maintenance from Monday, August 4th until potentially Saturday, September 20, 2025.
Beach access will remain available for swimming.**
Please note that even though there has been some beach erosion in the area with the passing of last season's hurricanes, the beach in front of this property is still available for lounging and swimming. Additional beachfront is also just a short stroll north along the main road, giving you the opportunity to explore and experience the area.
Note, the final quote applies the Cayman Islands Government 13% Tourism Tax.
