Erinomainen sijainti perhelomailuun! Tämä tilava, 1650 neliömetrin yksikkö huutaa BEACH! 2. 5 korttelin päässä rannalta, rantatieltä ja ajettavan rannan sisäänkäynnistä. Kävelymatkan päässä monista suosituimmista ravintoloista ja huvipuistoista, mukaan lukien kongressikeskus, minigolf ja jäätelö! Kaikki kodin mukavuudet tässä avoimessa konseptissa ja tyylikkäästi sisustetussa osakehuoneistossa. Se on huolellisesti huollettu ja ammattimaisesti puhdistettu vieraiden välillä. Keski-ilma, kaapeli-TV, wifi, älytelevisio / DVD-soitin ja grilli ovat vain muutamia mukavuuksia. Keittiössämme on runsaasti esineitä ja paljon ruokia koko perheelle. Pieniin kodinkoneisiin kuuluu leivänpaahdin, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, tehosekoitin, käsisekoitin, crock-potti, nutri-bullet ja vohvelirauta. Todella täydellinen keittiö! Lisäksi yksikössä on astianpesukone, jääpalakone ja täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Tämä lomakoti mukavasti nukkuu 8 neljässä makuuhuoneessa, joissa on tilaa vielä 2 nukkujasohvalla. On kolme täyttä kylpyammeet (joista yksi on osa makuuhuoneen ensuite). Yksityinen ulkopuolinen sisäänkäynti alemman tason makuuhuoneeseen (jolla on oma kylpyamme) tekee siitä täydellisen lain, jolla ei ole portaita päästäksesi tälle alueelle! Portaiden yläosassa on sisäänrakennettu portti, joka auttaa pitämään pienet matkustajat turvassa. Tämä koti tarjoaa pysäköinnin kadulla 3-4 autolle (kaksi autotallissa). Meillä on kaunis kansialue, jossa on aivan uusia huonekaluja ja istuimet kahdeksalle; upea paikka viettää hiljaista aamuasi siemaillen kahvia tai rentouttavaa iltaa pienten nukkumisen jälkeen! Tämä yksikkö maalattiin äskettäin ammattimaisesti, uusia mattoja asennettiin ja on myös joitain uusia huonekalutuotteita, kuten ihana ruokapöytä, jossa on kahdeksan istuimet. Keittiösaaressa on myös kaksi paikkaa. Rantavarusteita on saatavana käytettäväksi ja jopa kaksi pyörää saaresi seikkailuihisi! Vielä tärkeämpää on, että turvallisuus on etusijalla tässä avattomassa sisäänkäynnissä. Yksilöllinen koodi ohjelmoidaan, annetaan osapuolellesi ja aktivoidaan sisäänkirjautumisaikaasi. Koodi poistetaan uloskirjautumisaikasi jälkeen. Ei hätää siitä, että avain on kopioitu ja että joku voi päästä laitteeseen loman aikana; ei myöskään hätää avainten menettämistä! Lisäksi pääsytapoja seurataan videolla. Hiljaisempi yksisuuntainen katu täydentää paketin.

Had a wonderful time at “sandy shorts “ Beth was so wonderful to deal with. She was so helpful with recommendations, we really appreciated her taking the time to answer all of our questions. The place was immaculate, just as pictured and stocked with everything you needed for a comfortable stay, perfect for our group. The bagel delivery on our first morning was such a thoughtful touch as we got in late and didn’t have time to purchase groceries yet. We enjoyed them very much! We love Wildwood and would stay here again when we return 100%. Thanks Beth and Kevin for sharing your lovely home!

Family Vacation!

We had the most wonderful stay at Sandy Shorts! We had a group of 6 and an infant and fit very comfortably with room to spare! The hosts were more than generous and made sure we knew everything that would make our stay easy! We would 100% rent this place again. Quick/short walk to boardwalk/beach!

Perfect

My family and I stayed here with our 3 children, 2 nieces and Mother in law - (a total of 8 people). We unfortunately arrived during a black-out when everyone including the boardwalk, surrounding homes and businesses were out of power. Beth was so accommodating leaving us several portable lanterns with fans attached to keep us cool and as comfortable as possible. She also kept us updated throughout the day and night advising when power should be restored. Thankfully, it came back while we were sleeping and Beth was incredibly generous offering a partial refund towards our first night. This goes beyond hospitality as owners are not responsible or required to do this. Furthermore the home had everything you could possibly need including wagon(s), strollers, beach carts, boogie boards (13) bikes, beach accessories, several games, appliances and all the accommodations one would need to host a large family. I especially appreciated the safety features and gates as I have a small child. No need to bring a stroller, high chair or pack n play. They have it all. It was also a very pleasant surprise waking up to fresh delivered bagels our first morning. The Boardwalk is close and a short walk w/a corner store outside the unit and Family Dollar along the way. My 71 year old Mother in law loved the room downstairs. She had a full bath and exit from the unit without going up steps. We had such a wonderful time, our kids and guests didn’t want to leave. Thank you :)

We had a great stay at this wonderful home. A short walk to the beach entry area and close to restaurants, stores and the boardwalk. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. The house has a lot of amenities and beach supplies for guests to use.

We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers stay at Beth and Kevin’s lovely home for our vacation. Beth was a great communicator throughout our entire trip. It was clear that there is great pride of ownership and the hosts were vey thoughtful about the decisions made at the property. The beach wagons were a huge help for our daily trip to the beach. If you’re coming to Wildowood, I’d definitely recommend staying this home!

Amazing Wildwood stay

Beth’s home is beautiful. My family and I have rented many properties over the years and Beth’s place is among the best. Everything you need is there! The home is clean and comfortable for a family stay. Close to the beach and boardwalk minus the crazy noise. Great restaurants within walking distance.

USCG Boot Camp graduation

I booked Sandy Shorts for our family and extended family to stay for 3 days. We needed to be in close proximity to Cape May and we were conveniently close to the beach as well. We arrived a few days before our ceremony and were able to visit the boardwalk, watch a fireworks show and go to the carnival. The family had an incredible time. While I was admittedly a bit skeptical of the property because of the extra deposit, I couldn’t have been more thrilled with our choice. Beth set everything up to be as painless as possible. She went above and beyond for our family who was traveling from the opposite coast, which has challenges of its own. The house itself is in a prime location, it is clean, and loaded with items needed to cook and entertain ourselves. I would vacation here again, with no hesitation. Beth was a pleasure to deal with and we felt like she wanted us to really enjoy our stay. Thank you for the memories!

Perfect in every way!

If I could leave 10 stars I would! This place was perfect, from the size, amenities, contact with host, location, cleanliness and comfort! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There were literally about 13 or more bicycles for use and all the beach items you could possibly need. I would recommend this place 100%! Thank you Beth & Kevin for opening your home to us!

Great location and Great Condo

The is condo is super close to everything, super clean, and loaded up for kids of all ages. Crazy amount of bikes, beach carts, boogie boards, etc. full kitchen, games, internet, etc. Beth is super communicative and the place was great overall!

Fantastic

We booked our stay over the Labor Day weekend to celebrated my daughters 16th birthday on the Jersey Shore and everything was perfect. Plenty of room for 6 teenagers plus the birthday girls parents. Didn’t drive the entire time we were there as the house is close to everything 6 teenagers and us parents wanted to see and do. I highly recommend this property.

This home has it all!

Location is in a quiet neighborhood and home is clean and extremely well equipped. We took advantage of using the supplied beach carts and wagons - very helpful for getting to the beach. Beth is great at communicating (text, emails, phone) - very responsive and provides all the details to ensure you enjoy your stay (even having delicious fresh bagels delivered our 1st morning). Pictures of the home are accurate. We loved being close enough to walk to many restaurants and the boardwalk.

Great Family Home Near Beach/Boardwalk

Great place and great location just a few blocks off the boardwalk. The place has everything you need (bikes, beach wagons, beach toys, grill, etc..) which we took advantage of. Beth was great to work with and we would definitely book this place again next time we go to Wildwood.

Well Equipped and Great Hosts

The home is excellent and extremely well stocked. If the listing or hosts says something will be available, trust it will be. The location was great. While it wasn't beach block, the walk was easy and it was wonderful not having to find and pay for parking to go to the boardwalk, for ice cream or for dinner. Beth, the host, was excellent at communicating before during and after our stay. So friendly. Our security deposit return was super quick as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this rental.

Wonderful and Relaxing

We had a wonderful stay at Sandy Shorts! It had everything we needed. We were greeted with a basket filled with items like toothbrushes, laundry detergent, paper towels etc…… all the things you need, but may have forgotten. We also were happily surprised to have bagels and cream cheese delivered to us on our first morning there, courtesy of Beth and Kevin. With just a short walk to the boardwalk and a garage stocked with everything you need (bikes, beach chairs, wagons), it made our stay that much more enjoyable. We are looking forward to returning!

Wonderful hosts!

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a basket of necessities…toothbrushes, toilet paper, paper towels etc. For breakfast the next morning, we were surprised by bagels and cream cheese from the hosts. The whole place is nicely equipped and we especially enjoyed the covered front porch and 3 parking spots. The location is great for doing boardwalk things but be ready for a workout getting to the water as the beach is very wide. Thank you, for being wonderful hosts!

We have been married for over 40 years and live in Sandy Hook, CT, a small area of Newtown, CT. Beth was born and raised in our town and never left and Kevin grew up one town over in Danbury. We feel fortunate to have raised our two daughters in this wonderful community. We are so happy that we were able to realize a long time dream of buying property at the Jersey shore.

Our daughters grew up vacationing on the beaches and boardwalk and we have found it to be a wonderful, family friendly area. We are very excited to be home owners here and we look forward to sharing our wonderful shore home with you and your guests!

We absolutely love the location of our new vacation home! It is convenient to most everything that you will want to do or any place you will want to visit while vacationing in Wildwood. We knew from the minute that we walked in that this was the place for us; it is bright, spacious and welcoming. It felt like home right from the start. It is one of only 6 units in the building and is on a quieter one way street. We really enjoy preparing our family meals in the well equipped kitchen, eating out on the deck at the newly purchased outdoor furniture or playing a game or putting a puzzle together at the large family dining table. This truly is a home ready for your family to make memories in.
