Hiljattain kunnostettu 2 makuuhuoneen huoneisto, joka sijaitsee South Seas Club -kompleksin 10. kerroksessa Marco Islandin kauniilla rannalla. Yksikkö on Quartz-työtasot keittiössä ja kylpylässä, uudet keittiönkaapit, joissa on suuri ruokakomero, UUSI ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, uudet keraamiset puulattiat koko yksikössä, mukaan lukien parveke, 2-walk-in suihkut, joissa on kehyksetön suihkuovet, uudet huonekalut ja tarvikkeet, 3- Uuden Samsungin TV: n (50 "/ 40" / 32 ") olohuoneessa, makuuhuoneessa ja makuuhuoneessa # 2. Olohuoneen sohva muuntuu queen-size-vuoteeksi. Kaikissa makuuhuoneen valaisimissa on USB-portit, joiden avulla voit ladata henkilökohtaista elektroniikkaa. Vähintään 7 päivän oleskelu vaaditaan. Exceptional!

It was a pleasure to stay at this oceanfront condo. The unit was extremely clean and had beautiful costal decor which was perfect for a relaxing stay. The ocean views from the living room and bedrooms were stunning. The condo is adequately furnished providing everything needed to make the stay comfortable. Check in was a breeze. The owner was wonderful and communicative ensuring our needs were met. I cannot recommend this vacation condo highly enough. We plan to return very soon. Thank you!

Beach Vacation

Beautiful condo...close to great food

We enjoyed our stay and the condo is as pictured. It's a hike to the beach, but lovely. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. Overall, a good option if you can make a King and Queen bed work for your family (we had one on the sofa).

Beautiful Unit

We had a great stay at this condo. The unit was beautifully updated and had everything we could need. The grounds are gorgeous and we loved playing Pickleball every morning. The owner is very responsive and we definitely hope to stay here again!

Great Vacation

Simply said…the condo was excellent! The view from the balcony was even better than the photo. The unit was clean and comfortable… having large tv’s in every room was a bonus. Finally…there was great communication with the owner. Would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend!

We have just returned home from our trip to Marco Island and couldn't recommend this condo enough it simply was stunning. It's beautifully decorated, well equipped, clean, spacious and very comfortable with a fabulous view over the pool and beach. What a GEM!!

Our recent stay at a VRBO in Marco Island was nothing short of spectacular. The condo itself was a beautiful gem, fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was spacious and meticulously clean, making it a perfect home away from home. One of the highlights was its access to the beach, where we could easily spend our days soaking up the sun and enjoying the pristine waters. The sunsets were absolutely stunning, offering a picturesque view that we looked forward to every evening. Overall, it was an amazing experience that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway.

Amazing getaway!

This is an amazing property! It’s so clean, organized, beautifully decorated, and comfortable! The views are stunning as well! Every detail has been taken care of. From the beach chairs, towels, coolers, umbrellas, and beach cart to the Britta water filtering pitcher in the fridge. ( The bigger of the 2 beach umbrellas was broken when we went to use it our first day, and with a quick text, we had a brand new one before 10 am the next day!)The location is just so unique and amazing. Great wildlife and great restaurants and shops and grocery stores so close by. The beach is beautiful and not crowded, so relaxing!! It is about .3 of a mile walk, but all flat and packed down and the provided beach cart is the best type to use for hauling beach gear. The sand is part soft, part shelly throughout, so we used water shoes on the beach and in the water, same consistency on the ocean floor, so needed those to be comfortable.Joel is an awesome host, as well as Scott who is local to help with anything. Communication was great and immediate. Ate at a few great restaurants, but really enjoyed CJ’s on the Bay. Just an amazing 25th anniversary trip for my husband and me! A quiet, relaxing, lovely escape. Would recommend in every way!!

Great week in Marco

My wife and I booked this condo for the first week in April, 2019. As advertised, the condo is completely renovated and done very nicely. It was clean and stocked well with essentials. The view is excellent and has great access to all that Marco has to offer. The owner is a pro and is highly responsive and helpful. We will certainly book this property again!

Beautiful Updated Condo

Beautiful Condo in a great location. Condo has everything a family would need, plenty of dishes, cookware, towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, etc. The view of the ocean and pool is amazing. Joel was quick to respond when I had a question, which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend this beautifully updated condo.

Great time

Our stay in condo 1005 of Tower 4 was exceptional. The condo was clean, newly renovated and with optimal view of the pool, beach and sunsets. Joel was quick to respond to any questions we had. There were plenty of clean towels, plates, glasses, cutlery and everything we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes so something to think about of you have young toddlers or elderly, otherwise it's fine. The wagon provided fits all ther chairs and patio umbrella which is very convenient. The beach is beautiful and not crowded at all. The pool is also very nice but no eating there! Would love to go back again! Thank you Joel for a wonderful stay!

Excellente Unit, clean in a well maintained building

One of the most important things for me is a night of good sleep, this unit offers modern looks, nice views of the ocean and good beds. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent. Do I need to ask for more? Not a bad thing to comment, you will not regret!

Wonderful condo

The condo is beautifully renovated, well equipped, and very clean. The view is stunning, you can watch sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The building has a nice heated pool. Excellent communication with the owner. Lots of comments here regarding the long walk to the beach. Actually, it's not that long. Usually, it took us 6-7 minutes of quite a slow walk to get to the ocean. We did multiply trips every day without thinking twice about it. We had an amazing time and we will be back! Thank you, Joel!

Fun in the Sun

The unit is decorated nicely and the beds were confortable, we felt very much at home in the unit. I guess since it is the end of the season the beach chairs, umbrella and cart were not in great shape. We ended up not using the cart or umbrella ( which was misiing the pointed end which goes into thes sand )after the 1st day and carried all of our stuff to the beach which was a long walk so if you are not in good shape to walk that distance (close to 1/2 mile) in the sand you would not be happpy.

Loved Our Stay!

This was our first trip to Marco Island. The condo was extremely clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The views from the balcony were stunning! We timed the walk to the beach from outside of the front door, for us it was 15 minutes, but once you get there it’s so worth it because the water was amazing. Also, the condo has a beach wagon that is extremely helpful for carrying all of your things. The only minor downside was that are a lot of what feel like nitpicky rules within the condo association, and they are strict about enforcing them, so make sure to read them carefully. Joel was a very responsive host and got back to me promptly around any questions or concerns I had. Overall, we had an amazing trip, loved the condo and the town. Thank you for hosting us, Joel!
