Quiet and Peaceful House

We loved staying here. Lots of room for us and the kids. Big kitchen. Best part was how quiet the neighborhood is. We slept so well. Wish there was a neighborhood pool, but there are pickleball courts and a splash pad at the park nearby.

The Benson's

We had a great stay, the home is as nice as the photos and very clean. It was nice to be only 5 minutes from the Sand Hollow Reservoir. We will be back for sure.

The home is beautiful! E...

The home is beautiful! Everything was as expected. The location is great among the red rocks and the views are spectacular. I reccomend this place to anyone wanting to get away, but still be close to town. I hope to stay again soon.

Would stay again

Great home in Dixie Springs. Perfect for riding at Sand Hollow and surrounding areas. No need to trailer and unload, just ride right from the house. This house was nice and had plenty of space. Very comfortable king beds and we LOVED the sectional couch. It was so comfortable, we'd like to get one just like it. The back patio with fenced yard, bbq and firepit was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Comfortable and convenient

We spent s father and son weekend with. Two sets of dads and sons. This was the perfect place to rechargers our batteries after busy days of hiking. Rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was a great place to gather and had what we need when we cooked in one night. The location was convenient to both Zion and Bryce and get up early for the sunrises in your backyard.

Luxury Stay at Hotel prices

Immaculate home in central location. There were only 3 of house and house was big enough for 8 or more. Good stopping point to do laundry, relax and re-organize from our month long trip. Owner was accessible and great to work with. Only suggestion is to leave renters instructions on how to turn on TV. Never figured it out so enjoyed free high-speed internet.

Super Spacious Home!

We've stayed at a number of VRBO homes in this area and our experience with this home was overall very nice. Great location for Sand Hollow activities and touring Zion National Park was less than 30 minutes away. Kitchen was well stocked with a huge gathering area next to the living room and dining area. There are beds, in the front room and the master bedroom closet to accommodate more guests. The two king beds in the bedrooms were soft and comfortable. I gave our stay 4 stars for less than adequate TV channel selections. No cable or satellite, just HD Free antenna viewing for a few local channels. The DVD player worked fine with good instructions, the local Red Box can be found at Maverik or Walmart. Be aware that you'll be required to wash or change your own bedroom linens, we spent an hour doing laundry before we checked out. Overall nice stay for the price, I would recommend with the aforementioned nuances.

Great house at a great price!

Loved the location. Very close to the trails. House is spacious and clean. Driveway is well sized. The only reasons I am not leaving 5 stars are two items. 1. The garage was full with a boat and car. In the listing it shows the garage as one of the amenities. I always choose houses with garages so we can park our vehicles in there at night and not have to worry about unloading them. Not being able to use the garage would have been a deal breaker and I would have chosen another house if I had known it would be full. 2. The mattress in the main bedroom was very squeaky. I even found myself breathing shallow so I wouldn’t hear the springs making noise. Other than those items, I do feel the house was well priced and a good value.

We love to travel and see new places and want to share our vacation home with others so we can continue to do that. In Utah we have a snowbird population. Hurricane is popular year round but we like to use it in the winter to escape the cold winters of northern Utah. Our vacation home and has many wonderful memories as a gathering place for our family. We love the quiet desert setting and closeness to the Sand Hollow and nearby attractions. We love relaxing there in this place it is truly beautiful here.

2,600 sq. ft. private, home with plenty of parking, spacious entertaining, luxurious soft beds with new clean pillows to choose from, fully fenced yard, porch and jacuzzi tub. We're close Quail Lake with lots to if you love the out of doors with hiking and sports. Check out the Silver Reef Museum, Zion, Red Cliffs Recreation, Gooseberry Mesa biking trails, or the lake. Go to "Utah Mountain Biking Adventures" 435-6352169 to rent toys. Try our kayak in the lake or rent a standup board from digpaddlesports.com.

We have two adult bikes with helmets as well as kayaks, and sand toys for toddlers you may use if you like. We allow guests to use an electronic keypad to access our home and have a well stocked kitchen. Don't ask if we have it, it's all here. We have a pantry, fridge, freezer stocked with convenient foods you are welcome to use. It give you a sense of freedom with great views from all the doors and windows. Our home is wheel chair accessible as long as you can get in and out of the bathroom without a wheel chair. It is one level and basically has 34 inch interior doors.
