Phoenix VII on yksi rentouttavimmista osakehuoneistokomplekseista Persianlahden rannikolla. On syytä, että enemmän lomailijoita majoittuu tähän huoneistoon kuin mikään muu Orange Beachissä.

Tämä 1BR Phoenix VII -huoneisto on yksi parhaimmista rannalla! Ihanteellinen pari tai pieni perhe. Tarjolla on paljon aktiviteetteja, kuten painohuone, racquetball-kenttä, sauna, lämmitetty sisäuima-allas, porealtaat, tenniskentät, koripallokenttä ja ulkouima-allas. Siellä on jopa mukava huvimaja-alue rentoutua, kun bbq'ing.

Tule rentoutumaan 3. kerroksen parvekkeelta, jolta on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät lahdelle, joka sijaitsee täydellisesti ulkouima-altaan yläpuolella. Condo on yksi täysi kylpyamme pois päällikön ja makuuhuoneessa on king size-vuode. Keittiö on täysin varustettu. Olemme kätevällä paikalla ravintoloiden, ruokakauppojen vieressä eikä kaukana pistorasioista.

Great Place to Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved my and my husband's stay here this past week. They made sure you knew how to get a hold of them if you needed anything but we didnt end up needing anything. Everything was very clean as well. Only complaint is the mattress was just a little too firm for my liking but my husband didnt mind it. Would definitely use them again!

Nice condo

Very clean and updated condo on the top floor (15th) of Phoenix VII. Had all the basic kitchen utensils. The Keurig Duo was nice. Really nice view of the beach and Gulf of America. Bedroom and bathroom were nice. Only drawback is more wine glasses (only 2) and an extra trash bag would have been nice.

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. The top floor view was excellent, the amenities in the condo were good (washing machine is pretty loud), the location was perfect, the pool area was nice, the cost was a little high but reasonable when compared to other properties. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely consider staying here again.

Weekend getaway

This property was nice and convenient to everything. We have stayed at this property many times but in different units. This unit could use a few upgrade but overall it was a nice place to stay and will definitely consider for our next Orange Beach trip.

Perfect for 2

Condo was perfect size for mother/daughter trip to the beach. Bed was comfortable. We did no cooking but kitchen appears to be sufficiently stocked had we needed to. Appliances are new. Loved the ice! The bedroom window could use a blackout shade but it kept me from sleeping late and missing out on beach time. The balcony is big enough for a table, chairs, and lounger. And that foyer light still needs to be replaced. Overall, we loved it and would stay again.

1st stay at Orange Beach and it won’t be our last

From the minute we walked in the door this condo didn’t disappoint. We had a beautiful view from the balcony. Everything in this condo has been updated. The Property Manager was excellent. We had trouble with TV and she was there for us. She actually purchased a new TV and had it installed within hours. I highly recommend this condo for your next visit to Orange Beach. This condo is perfect for a couple or small family.

Awesome Ocean Views

The unit was awesome with great views. Perfect for me and my husband. Check in was easy. The unit was cute. Our only suggestion would be a larger tub in the bathroom. It was very narrow with the shower doors/handles. We do have a complaint - the smoke alarm went off 3 different times (twice it went off on it's own and once is stayed on). My husband had to climb on a stool to disable it until the maintenance personnel could get there. Very irritating. But, overall we had an awesome vacation there!! :-). I would recommend it.

Everything was very clean and had lots of storage room for extra items brought to enjoy the beach! Great view from the balcony and comfy furniture! Close to great shopping areas and restaurants if you decide to skip eating in. Nice appliances and everything you need if cooking in! My only non 5 star was the water temperature for showers.. called and maintenance came which improved it but it would have been perfect if not for a lukewarm shower!

Amazing property and management

Not only was the condo super cute and clean, the property manager was awesome. We traveled from Virginia and were supposed to have a rental car. Since check in wasn’t until 3:30, I planned on leaving my luggage in the car. I lost my license in the airport and they wouldn’t rent me a car. I had to get an Uber and had no where to keep my luggage once arriving. I reached out to the management and she was so responsive and helpful finding me a solution.i would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Hurricane Francine

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We made our reservation almost 5 months ago, so we didn't plan on Hurricane Francine churning up in the Gulf. No leaks in the unit despite high winds and torrential rain. We made the best of it and found indoor things to do. Phoenix VII is a great location. The unit was renovated in February 2024, but the cleaning crew is not keeping up. The 2 carpets and floor really need to be vacuumed and the shower needs to be cleaned thoroughly(pink mold). We did laundry on the third night and the dryer lint filter was completely clogged. I cleaned out handfuls of lint. They're very lucky it didn't catch fire. On our first night, our AC kept shutting off completely. I discovered there were no AA batteries in the Honeywell Home thermostat. I used the ones in the DirecTV remote to make it work properly, until management delivered 2 AAs the next day. Check-in/out was easy. We would stay in 1502 again, if it was cleaner.

I did notice a couple of things that could improve the unit. 1, the owner needs to supply blankets for the bedroom and sofa sleeper. 2, the unit needs light bulbs replaced in the foyer and bath, 3 bulbs are burned out. Other than that, everything was perfect! We would stay there again.
