Tervetuloa Mauihin, paratiisi odottaa! Meidän huoneisto sijaitsee Kamaole Sands Resort Maui, vastapäätä kaunista Kamaole Beach III & puisto. Se sijaitsee lomakohteen erittäin toivotulla sisäpihalla, pohjakerroksessa, pääteyksikön yksityisyydellä. Yksikkö sijaitsee kätevästi lähellä kaikkia lomakohteen mukavuuksia, kuten suuri uima-allas ja poreallas (Mai Tai Pool Party keskiviikkoisin), kuntokeskus, tenniskentät ja paljon muuta!

Kamaole Sands tarjoaa kauniin ja rentouttavan rantalomakeskuksen, jossa on yli 15 hehtaarin suuruinen vihreys ja trooppinen Hawaii-maisema ja upeat mukavuudet. Lomakeskus tarjoaa myös kätevän sijainnin, koska se on kävelymatkan päässä kaupoista ja ravintoloista Etelä-Kiheissä ja muutaman minuutin ajomatkan päässä Waileasta.

Amazing

My family stayed here for just over a week and loved it. They have games for the kids and so much beach stuff for all of us to use we had to rent nothing. Fully stalked and so close to the beach. The pool is right next door as well. Thanks Joy and Matt!

Great location

We loved being so close to the beach, Kam III was the best beach in our opinion. If you want a view this not not the location for you. But easy access to the pool and parking spot, worked great for us.

Very Nice South Kihei Condo

Everything as advertised! This unit is nicely furnished and ready for a relaxing vacation. The sunset is only a 10 minute stroll to the beach. The pool and hot tub are attractive with a activities desk and coffee bar (for those that are addicts). We got lucky with time of year and not having a lot of families. So the pool was not crowded. We didn't use the "gym" but it was available next to the pool. We really enjoyed our stay. This unit is an end unit and the lanai sitting was very nice. It sits in the shade in the morning and late afternoon and evening. It could benefit with some privacy glass on the lower window from the lanai. There are a few steps maybe 4 to the front door from the parking space. I'm sure there was a ramp somewhere. We liked the parking spot being close. We stayed for a week and had no issues, enjoyed the king size bed and pool. If looking for a great place for your money I would recommend this unit. We would gladly stay here again.

The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed, to include beach equipment. The location of the bottom corner unit had less privacy than we prefer, as it was right by the sidewalk leading to the pool. Passers by always find it necessary to look your way. The large bedroom window has beautiful shutters which run the length of the room. However since that window runs parallel to the sidewalk leading to all the other units we had to keep them closed most of the time, again to preserve our privacy. The timers on the air conditioning units were inconvenient. While we understand the desire to save energy, we have to wonder if there might be a better solution. The pool was small and crowded. Mike and Monica were gracious and attentive hosts. Many guests would probably find the property suitable for their needs. It just wasn’t the best fit for us.

Our favorite condo in Kamaole Sands!

What a pleasant travel experience! Mike and Monica are a pleasure to work with, they are prompt to reply to any questions and are always helpful in their responses. Mike and Monica have done a fantastic job updating their condo with very pleasant paint, tile, wall decorations and furniture! One well thought out added bonus is that there are very nice whale tail hooks in the hallway which are perfect for hanging out your condo provided beach towels after another great day at any of the many beaches or the pool area. Provided for your use in the condo are ample towels for use in the condo as well as ones for your beach or pool use, nice comfortable Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas, several body boards, noodle type floats, buckets of sand toys and of course a couple of very indispensable ice chests. We have stayed at nine different condos in Kamaole Sands now, usually we try to book in buildings 1 or 10 for ocean view from the patio and this was our first time staying in building #5 by the pool. At first we were hesitant about the location being right next to the pool as we feared for potential noise created by everyone having a blast at the pool however, our fears were just that fears as the location was perfect without distracting noise from the pool area! Additionally, we found that building #5 especially this ground floor unit seemed to stay Much cooler than the condos in buildings 1 and 10 as they do get either full morning and/or afternoon sun to make the condo bake! With the great location keeping the condo cooler during the day there is much less of a need for running the air conditioners, yes plural as there is the standard one in the living room but also an additional one in the bedroom to help ease you off to sleep comfortably. My wife and I have found our favorite condo in Kamaole Sands and it is this very lovely condo in building 5 and we both look forward to coming back for each of our says for many years to come! Thank you so very much Mike and Monica for allowing us to share your beautiful condo!

Fabulous girls trip

Three of of stayed at this wonderful location. We could walk across the street for endless beach and snorkel time at a variety of nearby beaches. We even walked to the boat launch for our whale watching trip. Shops and restaurants were close enough too. We managed the 10 days without a rental car. Used Uber for airport transfers and one day of adventure to Ho'okipa beach & Paia . Other than that we rented bikes to explore the locality and made it as far as Big Beach to the south, and Sugar Beach to the north.The condo was extremely roomy and perfectly equipped with all the beach gear imaginable. We used the ground floor lanai for exercising in the mornings and for all our meals. The kitchen had most of the basics, but we made do without salt and pepper. The bed and bedding was perfectly comfortable. The condo gardens are spectacular, and the pool area was perfect. Just the right blend of sun and shade for lounging and swimming. Books and puzzles from the games room were nice to have. There is a tradition that every evening at 5:30 residents walk down to the field at Kamaole III to watch the sunset. It was so nice we did it every day. I heartily recommend this condo as it was one of the very best places I've ever stayed.

Perfect condo for family with toddler

We loved Matt and Joy's place! It is close to the beach, pool and restaurants. We were travelling with our toddler (almost 2 years old) and the condo had everything we needed for her (pack and play, plastic wear, even kids utensils). We used the beach cart almost daily and it was a life saver as we trucked our daughter and all of her beach gear back and forth. Definitely recommend!

A beautiful slice of paradise!

We had a wonderful stay at Joy and Matt’s unit. The unit is clean, comfy and homey. The unit is well-stocked, including towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and even a collapsible wagon. Our favorite thing was the very secluded lanai. Even though we were in a 400+ unit complex, Joy and Matt’s lanai is very private. We loved eating out on the lanai. Joy was very quick to respond to questions and was very accommodating. A wonderful stay, and we hope to get back soon.

Wonderful Condo in Beautiful Complex

We had the best stay at this condo! It was perfect for us and our two children. It had everything we needed, all the right upgrades (big tv's in the living room and bedroom with all the streaming apps), loved the ground floor corner location where the kids could run out and play on the grass. There was everything we needed for days at the beach (boogie boards, umbrella, chairs, wagon to tote it all). This was our first time at Kamaole Sands - it was awesome, the pool was great, loved the hottubs and the covered family game area where our kids loved to play ping pong & foosball. Communication was great with the owners - we will stay here again hands down!

Nice condo, comfortable stay

We had a great experience at Kamaole Sands after not having been for 10 years. The resort is as clean as it was back then. My only complaint about the complex itself is the pool staff constantly telling the kids in the pool what they can’t do - a little more leniency on the rules would be nice. With that said, I still believe this is one of the best resorts in Kihei - the pool area is beautiful and busy, making it easy for kids to find new friends to play with. The BBQ areas are wonderful and it’s obvious the whole complex is very well maintained. When it comes to the condo itself, it really was almost perfect. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the ottoman that can be turned into a twin bed was a nice option when our kids got tired of sharing a bed a few days into our trip. The condo was very clean, and the washer and dryer worked perfectly. The mattresses were a bit hard but we got used to them. The proximity to the reserved parking spot was great and it’s a quick walk to a beautiful beach. There are lots of beach toys in the lanai closet along with a wagon, nice beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel sets. I will definitely be back at Kamaole Sands someday soon and would recommend this condo to anyone. Thanks for the hospitality!

We would stay here again!

Property and unit were as pictured. We were notified about checkin time that the dishwasher was not working properly and it wouldn’t be fixed until after our stay, bummer to have to hand wash dishes on vacation. Other than that, all was great.

Excellent Location!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! The location was excellent and just across the street from Maui’s best beach. The lanai was somewhat private and the condo was close to the pool and BBQ grills which we used often. Thank you Matt and Joy, our trip was wonderful and we have you to thank for a seemless stay!

About right

Appreciate Joy and Matt communicating with us they are responsive and easy to work with. Nice, clean place. We tried to run the AC as little as possible but it got toasty in the bedroom trying to sleep and the fan was pretty noisy, even in the lowest setting, so that between the heat and the fan it was hard for me to go back to sleep. Lovely grounds and reserved parking. Right across the street from a grassy area where I recommend catching the sunset. Sand at the beach (Kamaole III) is pretty much gone at the moment due to erosion but I understand conditions change so check with Joy and Matt for the latest.

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay, the condo had everything we needed down to a good amount of Tupperware for packing lunches on the go. Short walk to the beach, very family orientated and quiet at 10 PM.

Very happy with our stay.

Excellent unit! VERY clean, Everything's new, great quality appliances, (NICE washer & dryer). Kitchen is beautiful & has just about anything you could think of. Balcony is very relaxing. True, it doesn't have a view of the pool or sunset, but it leads right out onto nice grass, that's separated from common pathways... which is great if you have kids. Tastefully decorated. Bedroom A/C is a bit noisy, but we didn't mind. Master bath could use an exhaust fan. Owners are very nice and quickly responded to any questions we had.
