Tervetuloa “Sol Therapy” -sivulle. Tässä hiljattain kunnostetussa kodissa on kaikki tarvitsemasi, wc-paperille, kahville ja paperipyyhkeille. Tuulen sisustus on juuri mitä tarvitset täydentääksesi jännitystä. Tämä 4 makuuhuoneen 3 kylpyhuoneen koti tuntuu poissa kotoa.

Tämä koti on vain muutaman minuutin päässä kaikista Snead's Ferry ja 10 minuutin päässä kaikista Surf Cityn asioista. Ja mikä parasta askelta omalta rannalta pääsylle, joka tulee suoraan kuistilla. Kaikki kuistit ovat koira- ja lapsiystävällisiä porteilla tiettyjen alueiden lukitsemiseksi.

Käänteisellä pohjapiirroksella saat merinäköalat asuintilasta (kolmas tarina), josta löydät taulu-tv: n, runsaasti istumapaikkoja koko miehistölle, täysin varustetun keittiön, kannen, josta on miljoonan dollarin näkymä, ja ensimmäinen kahdesta master-sviitistä, jossa on king-vuode.

Toisessa kerroksessa on rannikkoseinillä sisustettu kuningatar-makuuhuone ja yksi ja täysi kerrossänky, joissa on kylpyhuone. Löydät myös pesukoneen ja kuivaajan tällä tasolla. Viimeisenä mutta ei vähäisimpänä tässä kerroksessa on toinen isäntäsviitti, jossa on king-vuode ja miljoonan dollarin näkymä ikkunoiden seinältä. Yksikkö on myös varustettu kahdella täysikokoisella twin, mukavalla pinnasängyllä. Että voit liikkua missä haluat.

Yksikkö on varustettu avaimeton pääsy, joten lähempänä saapumistasi saat oman henkilökohtaisen koodin kirjoittamista varten. Ei vaivaa avainten noutamiseen.

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on autotalli autosi ja kaikkien ranta-esineiden tallentamiseksi. Pikaviestin sisäänkäynnillä rannalle ja megasuihkualue takaovesta.

Cherished memories

My family ranging in age from 24-94 had a wonderful week in North Topsail Beach! The one thing that stood out was the exceptional host. Of course the beach and house were beautiful but the time together was the most special. If you have elderly traveling, I suggest they use the upstairs master to keep the stair climbing to a minimum. Oh, the golf course a few miles away was a huge hit as well. Can’t say enough…

perfect 'not the same old' beach spot

Perfect getaway, amazing beach access, away from the usual crowds of more populated beach towns. Not a ton of 'attractions' but there is all the usual stuff, (min golf, pizza, jet ski, paddle board, surfing, cheap beach shops) but there was a few 'real' sport shops with proper fishing and outdoors gear that I spent way too much money at as well. house was clean, well-designed, basic appointments. nice coffee machine, basic stove. there was some leftover beach gear 9bnoogie boards, chairs) bu you should plan to bring your own. we also had dolphins join us all day - about 30 ft off shore. added bonus.

Great stay

We loved our stay at Sol Therapy. Betsy is highly responsive. The home has a great location on the beach. Plenty of space with comfortable beds. Kitchen is fully stocked. Our family would stay here again!

Great family spot!

This location was awesome! An amazing family friendly beach with little to no public traffic. The home had everything needed to make basic meals and perfect space for up to 10 people (2 kids on the bunk bed). Great communication from the host. Would definitely come here again.

Sol Therapy is just that!

We loved our experience and stay with Sol Therapy so much and definitely will be back! What a beautiful house and excellent location right on the beach. The house is very spacious and allowed the four of us and our dogs to have plenty of room. Becky, the host, is an excellent communicator and was very prompt to respond to our questions before we booked. And the information about the house was sent promptly. We especially appreciated the starter supplies as we didn’t have to arrive and run directly to the store. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need to cook. Definitely an excellent spot to rest and relax!

Nice facility. Great beach location. The property, however, was totally void of information … No local map(s); no list or phone numbers of nearby restaurants, nor distance to them; area magazine with some such info was 2022; finally tried, but reluctantly so, a red switch outside for garage light; with cost of unit, one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom was unbearable. Disappointing that seemingly simple things are not included. Could easily been a 5-star place.

Even better the second time!

This was our second time staying at Sol Therapy, and we loved it even more this time around. The property is extremely comfortable for our large family, everything was spotless, and it was great that we could bring our dog with us. It was easy to get to restaurants and coffee shops and the grocery store, and we left feeling totally rejuvenated. Will definitely try to stay again!

Beautiful location on the water. The house did not come with much for the beach itself- one chair, no sand toys, so be prepared to purchase or bring your own. The views were unbelievable from the deck. Great spot to sit and watch the water. I would recommend this house and hope to stay again

Beautiful home and great kitchen tools

Check in process was very bumpy. Make sure to get in touch with host prior to the date of check in to ensure proper communication. Once we were inside it was great! Very happy with the kitchen and amenities. View is gorgeous. Such an easy checkout process compared to previous rentals. Definitely recommend.

Fall at the Beach

We enjoyed a long weekend at this lovely home that is beachfront. It was wonderful to walk right out to the beach from the house, sit on the deck and look at the waves and hear the waves crashing from inside. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises, playing in the sand, searching for shells and walks on the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. The house is as described and was perfect for our family unit. A perfect fall get away and we hope to come back again.

Relaxing Weekend

Great views. Awesome beach. House was very clean, but a little tired. Did not cook, but kitchen had everything necessary to do so. Linens were nice. Only significant disappointment was no cable TV, but not sure if it is even available on Topsail. The king bed on the first floor could use a new mattress and the couch needed to be replaced as there is no firmness left in it. Would probably recommend to others.

Pre-Christmas break

We found the rental exactly as advertised. The location was perfect. Although not swimming weather, we could step right onto the beach off the porch to take a walk. The grandchildren loved playing in the sand and flying their kite. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat. It was clean, kitchen well equipped and the many windows allowed for a lot of natural light. Property manager was friendly and quick to respond to questions. We had a great time. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

The perfect Therapy for your Sol!

Wow pretty much sums up our stay at Sol Therapy! It was a last minute trip that we are ever so glad we booked! From opening the front door to closing it when we left(hated to do that lol) everything was fantastic!! Each room of the house was immaculate! The kitchen was definitely well stocked~although we did take advantage of the great location and ate at several favorite local restaurants. The king bed in the upstairs bedroom was so comfortable~going to need that mattress at home! Now let's talk about the view as it's beyond breathtaking and only steps away from the ocean! Yes this is a duplex, which we had never rented before, however you would've thought it was a private house as we never heard any noise from next door! Loved the fact that all linens were provided~made taking the last minute trip even easier! Betsy was super responsive to any questions we had. We cannot wait for our next stay at Sol therapy!!

Very enjoyable!

We all enjoyed our stay! Beach is beautiful. House is comfortable. I don’t understand the negative reviews because we thought it was lovely. The bedrooms I would say comfortably accommodate more like 6 couples and then 1-2 children or teen. And you should definitely plan on bringing your own beach chairs. The furniture does show some wear, but you need to remember this is a pet friendly rental. Could’ve used small things like an oven mitt, extra batteries for remotes, extra light bulbs for burnt out front door. Other than that, we thought the place was clean and comfortable and we all really enjoyed it!! You will not be disappointed!

Great location, needs updating

The location is great, and the view is spectacular. Plenty of deck space for relaxing. The private deck to the beach was great, but very dark at night. Wonderful kitchen setup and fridge. Host/owner is very responsive and quick… but very short and to the point. We do appreciate that she was very accommodating for our senior dogs. The check-in process wasn’t great in that we arrived half an hour after check-in and we had two people, without masks, at the house. One person was replacing a toilet seat and another was fumigating outside, right where our dogs would be walking. The pictures online are accurate… but may have been from a couple years ago. A few of the negatives: there is a chunk of the flooring on a stair missing going into the kitchen, flooring upstairs is coming up by the sliding glass door, master bedroom tv does not work/no remote, upstairs tv remotes didn’t have working batteries, couldn’t get cable to work, toilet upstairs constantly running, blinds do not have a working rod to open/close, towels are a little tired. All in all, it’s a nice, clean place to stay, but for the price, could use some extra touches.

Renter beware

The house needs some serious maintenance and upkeep. Upon arrival, there was a missing baluster on the top deck. Any toddler or small dog could have fallen through. There was a light fixture hanging by wires and swinging in the wind constantly right outside the slider. Both of these issues mentioned in a review in JUNE. On the front decks, the chairs were rusted through to where a family member almost fell when attempting to sit down. When the issues were brought to the owners attention she was rude and combative. Her response was telling me I must not own a beachfront property and feel free to check out. The house is also listed to have beach chairs and other accessories. Unfortunately, nothing was useable out of these items. Some family members did not bring beach chairs based on the amenities listed for the house. Also, during the course of our stay, two gates leading to the beach for security, literally failed due to rusted hinges. In trying to communicate these problems to the owner, we constantly received excuses and her passive aggressive responses. We could tell that neither safety nor client satisfaction was priority for this rental property. We have traveled to many beaches along the east and gulf coast and this has been the worst rental experience. Stayed tuned for a negative rebuttal from the owner, as she does not address the problems from renters or acknowledge that they have legitimate complaints with the property.
