Papa Bears Cabin - Kodikkaat mökit Real Estate, LLC.

Ruotsin sydämen lähellä sijaitsevassa metsässä hienoin mökki. Aivan Mechemin päätien varrella, säilyttäen samalla mökin tunnelman metsässä. Tässä mökissä on langaton internet. Nauti olemisesta lähellä kaikkia keskikaupungin ostosmahdollisuuksia ja viihdettä, samalla kun voit silti viettää laatuaikaa muiden vieraiden kanssa tässä söpössä mökissä. Vammaisesti ylläpidetty ja upeasti sisustettu, jotta se olisi todellinen vuoristopaikka, tämä mökki on todellinen piilotettu helmi.

Getaway

We looked for a place to stay last minute and when we saw this place it was economical and seemed what we needed. When we arrived at property, after a smooth and quick check in, we were satisfied with the location and unit. The only suggestions would be to add vent system to bathrooms, have working light bulb on porch and get new blinds in den at sliding doors. Very comfy stay

Ruidoso holiday weekend

We rented the Papa Bear Cabin for four nights and five days after the Christmas holiday. The location was good and a drivable distance from everything! There were animals in the neighborhood such as deer, elk, and wild horses so that was great! The downside to the property was that it was advertised as a cabin, but it was really a mobile home with bear decor. I felt that they should have been upfront about that. The property could have been cleaner, with crumbs and dust around furniture. Another downside was they didn't provide any extra trashbags other than they one in the can. Most places will provide trashbags and a few other household items...coffee filters, etc...and this place did not. We had to go go out and buy those things.

No hot water!

There was no hot water! Seems the water heater was 20 years old and it was not heating water and had very limited capacity! Called the property manager and they sent someone but still next day there was no hot water.. not happy with this cabin and the service they provided for our 3 night stay with family and kids. If someone is renting this cabin make sure they DO NOT provide dishwasher and heating might also be a problem in winter days! Also, during our stay the water heater had issues with no hot water… so don’t go by the reviews online but our experience was bad and accordingly 2 stars is max i can give to this very old rusty cabin! Hope this helps someone….

We enjoyed it

We had a great time, it was cool and raining, which was nice, our dog enjoyed his time too. The firepit requires you to being your own propane for that. They were completely stocked, which was awesome. The cabin is close to the mid town shopping and we had so much fun there as well.

Nice updated place but...

The home was nicely updated and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the deck with the fire pit especially the one day it rained off and on all day. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Our only problem was that the underflooring had holes in it in the hallway leading to the master bed/bath. I understand that it's an older mobile home but the holes could pose a hazard especially if they get bigger. We had to walk on the side of the hallway to avoid stepping in the holes. Other than that, the place was great!

We had a great time. The weather was beautiful. Nice reprieve from Texas heat. This little cabin had it all. We wanted for nothing. Great food. Great friends and a great time. Haven’t played board games in 20 years. Great fun! We enjoyed all the Bear decorations.

Love love love. We found our new favorite rental. Bear decorations were SO SO cute. Kids had so much fun with the bears. Deer visiting daily. Fire pit was a nice touch. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. We needed for nothing while there. Literally bring your toothbrush shampoo and clothes. TVs in every room helped and they had tons of games puzzles and movies so kids could say “I’m bored” haha. No snow in town but had fun on the mountain. everyone was super nice. No issues. Nice management staff

Ever amenity all the way down to the wine openers and kuerig coffee maker. My little dog was welcome too. Can’t wait to return. Fireplace beautiful. Fire pit the bomb and grilled steaks one night. This is a GREAT value for Ruidoso. Best I’ve had for the price!! Easy access and ease of use

Cute place.

Cute place. Such a value for your money. Lots of deer to hand feed. Quiet. Best porch. Covered. Comfy outdoor space. CUTE decor everywhere. Owner pride. Great stocked kitchen. Sleeps 6 very comfortably. Large bathrooms. Lots of room. Could put 2-3 kids in futon and couch as well as 6 adults. Best of my pet was welcomed. Will be back again soon. 5 stars for papa bears cabin. Front desk agents (Jeremy and a young woman) were great.
