Great location! Beautiful view! But could not watch tv..called several time still could not get TV on...6 towels 6 wash clothes definitely need more..couch out dated...oven door would not close had to hold it close..tv stand(dresser)..almost falling apart.. check in was horrible... and the pool was closed most of the time.. I swear half the day the pool stayed closed just ridiculous!

Place was awesome

We enjoyed our stay so much! Property manager was nice and if I had a question, he was on it. Condo was clean and had a GREAT view of the beach! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The host was so nice and replied to all my questions. He gave excellent restaurant recommendations. The view was amazing! Everything was so clean and there was everything we needed. We will be back!

Beautiful View, Perfect Stay

The view from the balcony was astonishing! The room was clean. There were toys and a chair for the beach. Master suite bed was very comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious. Tracy, owner, was very kind and helpful with everything we needed; which was nothing post check-in. Resort was wonderful. Great location. The only thing we didn't love was the parking garage it took about 8 minutes to get from road to parking spot and vice versa.

Great spot!

The condo was perfect for our family. It was well equipped and the beds were comfy. The location is perfect and the pool is so nice with kids. Our condo(and others) had horrible internet connections. Seems like the whole place did. It wasn’t the end of the world for us but if you were working there and needed service it would be a problem. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would go back to Shores of Panama.

Beautiful View

A beautiful condo and view. Unfortunately none of the televisions worked. Our host tried to get them working, but to no avail. We missed not having any beach towels or chairs, etc. Also, the washer was broken, but that didn’t affect us.

Very misleading photos, nasty place

First, the owner is super rude! He should hire someone to interact with his customers because he does not know how to speak to people. He yelled at me and the concierge when we arrived because he failed to follow their rules. The condo was nasty, like really nasty. The floors were not clean, the furniture and rugs are stained of years of dirt, the washer smell and is covered in mold. The sofa is garbage. It is super old and uncomfortable, we stayed for 6 days and only got 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 trash bags and no laundry detergent. So be sure to bring your own. The bathtubs have sliding glass doors. This is not ideal for small kids that need help with baths. All the chairs are high bar stools. Again, not appropriate small kids. The 2nd bedroom is the size of a closet. I don’t think it should be classified as a bedroom. The curtains in the master are sheets. So unless you want to be blinded by sunlight at 6:00am, bring an extra set of curtains. But on the positive side, we had parking on our floor which is very convenient, great view, close to everything, the complex has a lot of amenities but everything closes really early. The master bed is comfortable… I would not stay in this unit again.

Panama City Spring Break 2022

This review is not about the stay nor about the room itself. This review is about the owner and the location. Our family of 4 usually stay north of PCB, however this year we decided to stay here as we had heard from multiple people that PCB was more family oriented and no longer one huge party. When we pulled into PCB that was not the case. There were people flying around on golf carts going in and out of traffic, Loud music and people yelling from back of trucks. Women half naked, twerking for money. The liquor store had cops out front as it was robbed the night before. The Walmart was destroyed from a flash mob. There were gangs on the street corner throwing up gang signs and waving money. The list could go on and on. YouTube it and you will see. Our family felt very uneasy and uncomfortable. We made a decision to not even check into the condo as we were in fear as well as our kids. We called Tracy and explained the situation. He kept telling us to not worry and to check into the condo that everything would be alright. We told him that we feared for our lives not only at the condo but leaving the room. The next day, businesses shut down after people were robbed and shot. We figured he would understand after learning this. He didn’t want to work with us at all. After multiple conservations he decided to refund us 1/2 the nights even though we never checked into the condo. When asked about the cleaning fee as the room was cleaned prior to arrival he got an attitude and stated “what do you not understand about half”. I would recommend never staying at one of this owners condos and to stay away from PCB.

Condo was perfect!!! Pool was amazing & location of property was so convenient. If you have a little one the walk up pool is so great for them! Elevators are slow and parking deck was super tight if you’re in a truck. But Definitely want to stay here again!

I think the room condo was very nice. There were a few minor issues but nothing we couldn't work around. I do think that the cleaning staff needs to be reevaluated. It wasn't nasty but there were some things that could've been better. I love the view and the location. I had no problems with the owner or communication. Overall, iv would definitely stay there again.

The trip was great and the condo was perfect for our girls trip with five of us! The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed! The cleanliness of the condo was good for the most part but we did have hair in both showers when we arrived. It didn’t bother us to buy some cleaner and spray it down ourselves though. Other than that the condo was perfect and the resort was great! Very family friendly! I plan to bring my children here next time!

Disney one night stay

The size and comfort of this property is great. Beds are super comfy. Two bathrooms is a HUGE plus.The property owner is AMAZING. Super nice and quick to answer any questions or help! The view is stunning! The negatives I have are the extra 80 fee to access the pool amenities, the staff at the condominium is INCREDIBLY rude.. like stunned me rude, AND the parking garage is incredibly congested with small parking and tight driving!

Beautiful resort

My family really enjoyed our stay at Shores of Panama. Our only complaint is that the noise was heard through the walls and windows, so night time was a bit difficult to sleep. Also, the lights outside shown through the windows at night.

Overall pretty decent

Property is huge with pools, tiki bar, and a snack shed. Our room was pretty good. I think it could have been cleaned better. I bought my own cleaner and wiped down counters and bathrooms. But I’m a clean freak! lolOne thing that was disappointing was the lack of beach towels, beach cart, or sun umbrella. We flew to this location and unable to bring these items with. We had to buy beach towels to use. I understand it is not the owners responsibility but for the money it costs to rent for the week, it would have been a nice convenience. Overall it was a good stay.
