Suuri hiljainen loma uintiin, kalastukseen, melontaan, veneilyyn ja villieläinten katseluun. Talossa on kolme makuuhuonetta, 3. 5 kylpyhuonetta, poreallas, kaksi kannet, terassi, suojattu kuisti, palokammio, aidattu leikkipaikka, telakka ja osittain viimeistelty kellarikerros pelihuone, jossa pingispöytä ja muut pelit. Kajakkeja, meloa, telakka ja viereinen yksityinen veneluiska ovat asiakkaiden käytettävissä. Taloa tarjotaan alennushinnalla, koska uloskäynnin kellaritaso (pelihuone, pesutupa, kodinhoitohuone, pukuhuone ja kylpyhuone) on parhaillaan uusittu, mutta käyttökelpoinen.

Celebrating 43rd wedding anniversary.

The property looks exactly like the pictures showed. The home was very cleaned and we had everything we needed. Grocery, Publix’s is within 15 miniatures and this is a new area and has restaurants in this vicinity as well. We ate at the Toucan restaurant for our anniversary, which was right on the water. We were traveling with our small dog and took him with us. Our food was wonderful, highly recommend

Accurate listing all amenities were as advertised and even some additional that werent. Our 2 year old really enjoyed the outdoor space which was fenced in, giving him additional freedom and less worry for us. Great place for family and friends.

Great Family Week

Met my Daughters family (40) and Granddaughters (8,11) for 5 night stay. The house and location were perfect for us. More private part of the lake, yer all of the access. The house had everything we needed. The house is well noted with guidance notes in appropriate locations to assist in making it feel like it was ours. On checkin I had a few questions and the owner was responsive and accurate I would recommend this property and host any time

Five days of heaven!

This place was magic! Quiet part of the lake and the house was so clean and inviting. The kitchen was very well equipped as we did our own cooking. The gas grill was easy to use. The dock and covered sitting area on the water was amazing! I really didn’t want to leave. Our host, Rick, was extremely quick to respond. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic getaway

Our family was looking for the perfect R and R and this home was even more than we expected. The area was quiet and somewhat excluded. So much to do in the game room downstairs and the kayaks, canoe, and floats were the perfect recipe for the hot weather. Highly recommend

Fantastic vacation

Thank you for the wonderful stay. No need to repeat the property features because the house and grounds and amenities are accurately described in the listing. The house was clean and comfortable, and provided with a thoughtful “instruction manual” that anticipated every question I might come up with. The fenced yard was great for our dogs (as it would be for young children) and the road leading into the peninsula is entirely walkable. Most importantly, the gorgeous dock fulfilled my vision of a peaceful lakeside retreat. The cove is indeed quiet with minimal boat traffic — paddle the kayaks or canoe for 10 minutes in one direction and you’re in the thick of houses and activity; paddle 5 minutes in the other direction and you’re in a natural area adjoining a park, with the birds and turtles and fish. Lounging and swimming from the dock was great. We’d definitely stay here again.

Pleasant, quiet, off-season respite

Loved being able to share Rick's vacation home! Very tidy and well-stocked kitchen complimented the equally comfortable beds and living arrangement. Being in this small cove afforded us a very quiet and relaxing week, enjoying the sounds of the lapping water from the very comfortable dock and watching the wildlife. Definitely consider this home for your next lake visit if you treasure peaceful and calm surroundings with all of the complete comforts of home. Highly recommend. Great Stay

The house looks exactly like the pictures and the kids loved all the games. There is a notebook that is very detailed and answered any questions we had. The game room was a huge win and so were all the outside games. We rented a boat from a local marina and docked it at the house for a few days. It was very clean and we had no question about if it was properly cleaned before we arrived. Would stay again.

Beautiful lake house

very quiet neighborhood, not far from grocery stores or Mooresville. Be sure if you want to fish you get your fishing license there is a 10 day license for outside residents you can purchase online. Plenty of room for family and/ or guests.

Lovely getaway

Excellent Property.

My wife, 11 year old son, his friend and I stayed here for the 4th of July week and we loved it. The property owner was very informative and detailed about the property and was very helpful. The property itself was very clean and well kept as well in a great quiet location. We will definitely be coming back to this location in the future.

Lake Norman Trip

Stayed at this property with my wife and 2 girls (3 and 6 years old). The house was clean and well prepared. The view from the deck was nice. We arrived early and spend a few hours at the new park across the cove (Mountain Creek Park) which has an adventure playground and wildlife exhibit which the kids loved. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and using the game room when it rained. This was our first trip to the area and we're glad we picked this rental.

Family time at the lake

Our family enjoyed our stay at the lakehouse. Used the game room on a rainy day. Cooked a big Easter meal in the well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the outside games and canoeing as well!

Beautiful peaceful spot. House was clean and very comfortable. Plenty of space for the family , even a playground for our 3yr old grandson to play on. Communication with owner was outstanding; was quick to respond and was available to recuse us when we managed to lock ourselves out of the house! Prefect for families- basement gameroom and plenty of beds.

Very quick response from the owner when there was an issue. He did his best to be sure we had what we needed! Beautiful lake location, great area for hanging out downstairs and a nice living area upstairs for relaxing. Clean, well kept and nicely arranged to accommodate several couples or a large family! Getaway at the Lake

Wonderful home located on Lake Normand! Anything you could possibly want to do from kayaking, taking a canoe ride and watching the sunset, swimming, fishing, or just relaxing in the hammock or on the porch. This place has it all and more. Highly recommend. Rick was great to communicate with.

We've traveled the world, most recently living in France for a year and traveling to Alaska for two months, but Lake Norman remains one of our favorite places to get away from the hectic pressures of daily life.

Miksi majoittaja valitsi tämän majoituspaikan

This property is great for all types of water-related activities, particularly kayaking, fishing and wildlife viewing. The cove where the house is located is very quiet and our favorite activity is to take an early morning paddle back into the next two coves, which are undeveloped, full of wildlife and surrounded by a county park with playground, athletic fields, walking trails and mountain bike trails.

The house has plenty of room for a large family including 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, large game room in the walkout basement, a dock, a fenced-in play area, 2 decks and a screened-in porch.

There are two kayaks, a canoe and a paddleboard available for the use of the guests.
If you want a powerboat, there are many places to rent a boat in the area, and there is plenty of room to tie up multiple boats at the dock. There is also a paved neighborhood boat ramp that guests may use if they want to bring their own boat.

The house has a well-stocked kitchen (we like to cook), a whirlpool tub in the master bedroom, water toys, and plenty of books, indoor games (ping pong, foosball and various board games) and outdoor games (Bocci, cornhole, horse shoes) to enjoy. If you are looking for a little more excitement, there are various activities on Lake Norman, lots of shopping near along Hwy 150, various NASCAR related activities, and a full-range of museums and big-city activities in Charlotte.
