Tervetuloa Kona Pacific A-102: een! Mahtava kiinteistö, joka on erittäin tilava! A-102: lla on 1227 sisätilaa neliöjalkaa ja 357 neliöjalkaa lanai! Uudelleen uusittu ylhäältä alas. Graniittilaskurit ja Hickory Soft-close -kaapit!
Siellä on 2 makuuhuonetta ja 3 kylpyhuonetta, ainutlaatuinen ja erikoistarjous upealle lomalle.
Aivan Kailua-Konan sydämellä, Isolla saarella, EI ole STAIREja päästäkseen tähän yksikköön, ja pääsyä varten on avaimeton pääsyjärjestelmä.
Kaunis merinäköala lanailtä auringonlaskun rentoutumiseen. Mukavuuksiin kuuluu: parisänky, 2 erillistä vuodetta (muunnettuna kingksi pyynnöstä) ja kuningatar vuodesohva. Täysin varusteltu keittiö, jossa astianpesukone ja jääkaappi. Suuri pesukone / kuivausrumpu yksikössä. Kattotuulettimet makuuhuoneissa ja olohuoneessa, ilmastointilaitteella (rehellisesti, et tarvitse sitä kattotuulettimilla ja liukulasiovilasilla Lanaiin jokaisessa huoneessa).

Vierashuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone ja pieni työpöytä. Todella kätevä kolmas vieraskylpy, joka sijaitsee sisäänkäynnin ulkopuolella. Keraamiset laattalattiat olohuoneessa pitäen lämpötilat viileinä. We really enjoyed our week stay here. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Nice big lanai :) we would stay here again. Note that the parking garage is a very close fit it you have a large (we had an Expedition) SUV. Easy walk to nearby abc store and restaurants.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at the Akina Pacific. The location is on the corner unit, which gives you an unobstructed view of the ocean from the covered balcony. The unit is also very conveniently located to the underground parking lot and the poo, and an easy walk into town. We had ample space and appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards, and in-unit washer and dryer. You can walk into town within 5 minutes. It was quiet and clean. While the unit could use a fresh coat of paint and is a little dated, it was very clean and comfortable. Our arrival was also right when there was a tsunami evacuation taking place. The management company provided us with updates and evacuation instructions that were very helpful and much appreciated.

The location from the parking spot, the main street out, the pool...it couldn’t be more convenient and still have that great front view and expanded lanai. The condo was well provided. The kitchen had the needed tools; there were so many towels for both home and beach. We never felt anything lacking. I really enjoyed our stay here. We reached out to the management company a couple times with questions and a maintenance need, and everything was responded to and resolved super fast. I was very impressed.

Perfect location for a Kona Vacation

This was our second visit to this unit. Its best features are that it is within walking distance to downtown Kona and all the shops and restaurants. The unit is also well situated within Kona Pacific on the first floor (no elevator rides), and a few short steps to the pool. The condo is a good size with two bedrooms and three full bathrooms (which did not get used). It is very well equipped as far at the kitchen and beach supplies. The large TV was appreciated. We just wished there was one in the master bedroom. The lanai is large and well furnished, making it the perfect place for breakfast and lunch. Communication with the property management company was generally good. Because of a plumbing problem that was going to require extensive repairs, they efficiently moved us to another condo. But, next year we will be back.

Perfect Place

We were really happy with the condo. The location is great. Really close to town (3min) walk). The unit itself is on the corner and has good size balcony with a partial ocean view. I loved sitting outside in the evenings with a glass of wine watching the sunset. The pool is very close which is convenient but maybe in summer this might be more noisy. We went in December so there were only a few people at the pool as the weather was overcast. They have beach chairs but unfortunately they were very old and broken, we managed without as I had brought a light weight beach blanket from home. The beds were decently comfy .. very soft .. I prefer more firm but I was comfortable enough. We went in December so there were only a few people at the pool and some days min as the weather was overcast. The kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to cook breakfast. check in process is a bit extensive with signing multiple documents before you go and then another one when you arrive. However we were able to get in to the condo by following the precise instructions! We had a great time staying here at this condo. It was spacious for our family of 4 adults. I would recommend this condo if you are staying in Kona.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The pool is literally down the hall, so the kids loved it. We walked down to Huggo's for dinner or had Mai Tai Flights across the street at the Royal Kona. Our house was clean and spacious. My wife needed to get a foam topper for our bed, but it seems we are the only humans that want soft beds when we travel. Thanks TARGET for having that in stock. Kitchen was well stocked so I could cook most anything I needed. Beach toys were well loved before we used them, but it all worked out great. Not happy the prices, in general, have tripled since the pandemic, but i guess its still worth it.

Wonderful property-Poor Management Company

Normally I would give this property five stars, but the management company is the reason for a lower rating. The condo was spacious,well furnished, and well equipped. It sits next to the street on the ocean side, first floor. The pool is right outside but there is little noise. The location made it very easy to get to parking, the pool, and exit to the street. Shops and restaurants are only a couple blocks away. The A/C units could not keep up with the afternoon sun from the ocean side so we had to keep the living room fairly dark. Ocean gear was appreciated although we did not use it. The management company started off by telling us that our reservation was not valid unless papers were not immediately signed. Upon arrival we received multiple unfriendly messages not to check in early. We had a SEWER GAS smell emanating from under the sink. It forced us to have the patio doors open at all times. The management company told us that this was an "ongoing issue". On our last day they offered to send the building manager which we declined because he had told us that it was not an ongoing issue and unique to our unit. As VRBO owners ourselves, we would have had a plumber there within hours. On departure they sent a message warning of FINES if the unit were not left clean enough. They constantly tried to get us to use their app and only book through them (not VRBO). Then they urged that no reviews be posted other than on their website, and excluding anything negative. Really?

Reunion with siblings

This place was selected since our sibling also has a condo here. It did not disappoint. The only comment was the air conditioner was very loud and made it difficult to talk while on the lanai due to the noise. We had 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which was perfect. Couldn’t get much closer to downtown Kona and the market place since we didn’t have a car. Ocean view was perfect. Highly recommend this unit.

Hello, Kona Pacific was just what we needed for this trip. Easy access to the elevator and parking lot. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The outside patio dining table was perfect for dinner with a nice sunset after a day at the beach. The location was also convenient and felt very safe being there.

Big Island Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall my stay was good. When I arrived to the unit my husband and I did a quick inspection to ensure all was well. We found that the window to the kitchen was ajar and the shower off the living room did not work. These are not deal brakers, but It would have been great if the management company to advised the aforementioned prior to our check-in so that we could have better managed our expectations. When I called the issues in, the management company advised that they were aware of the issues, however, they didn’t advise us. Transparency is key. Outside of those issues, the unit was nice and clean. During our last day inside the unit, individuals unbeknownst to us opened the front door, and that was scary. The management company advised prior to check-in that no one else would have access or our unit code to enter the unit, but that wasn’t the case. The individuals that opened the door were the owners and the handyman. I let them in but I was alarmed. They were there to fix the window, however, they wasn’t aware that someone was renting their unit at the time due to lack of communication on the management side, which is a deal breaker for me. I need to feel secured at all times.

We stayed in the corner unit and the views were perfect, the ocean view and the Mountain View. The pool was just a skip and short walk away. There was also a cool brreze throughout the day so we didn’t need to use the a/c. Loved this location and unit. Will come back and use this location again
