Nauti upeasta keskustasta mökkirivillä tästä hieno 4 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpymökin kävelymatkan tai pyöräilymatkan päässä kaikista upeista ravintoloista, elävästä musiikista ja viihteestä, ostosmahdollisuuksista ~ ja tietenkin rannasta, joka on vain korttelin päässä. Mökissä on suuri kansi ruokailuun ulkona tai vain rentoutumiseen nauttien merituulet. Neljäs makuuhuone on oheisessa studiossa, jossa on lisäkeittiö ja oleskelutila, jotta voit jakaa lomasi toisen parin tai perheenjäsenten kanssa tarjoamalla pienen yksityisyyden jakaessasi lomaasi. Mökissä on jopa neljä pysäköintialuetta kadulla, jotta voit pysäköidä veneen, perävaunun tai jopa pienen matkailuauton.

Wonderful host! She’s got everything covered to make your stay even better, from toiletries to beach equipment and restaurant recommendations. Nice and clean and the location is really convenient. There’s even a bakery next door.

Fantastic Property in Cocoa

This cottage is ideally located, well-appointed and provisioned. Spacious with lovely outdoor areas - plus private parking ! Walk to everything in central Cocoa, lovely cafe next door. Nancy was a pleasure to deal with - a great host. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Location

The layout inside the cottage is a bit quirky, but the rooms/beds are as advertised. Location is fantastic, easy walking distance to the beach. Parking is easy and plentiful. Cottage is well appointed with everything you could need. Would absolutely stay again.

Amazing location, host and experience! Stay HERE!

Not enough room to share what an amazingly perfect property the Blue Wave Cottage is. The host, Nancy was in constant contact (even right before the hurricane!!), was a delight to work with, very generous and so personable. The cottage is exactly as advertised, spotlessly clean and well stocked, located in a perfect location to beach and town. When we return to Cocoa Beach, this is our go-to! Highly recommend!!

Amazing house

Booking this house was very easy it was clean and ready for us when we arrived we had amazing time there very close to the beach another attractions nearby our family enjoyed the staying at this house it was like a home away from home.

Wonderful!

The location of this property is excellent - close to the beach and many restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. The layout of the property was perfect for visiting family with the attached studio. Nancy was very helpful and ensured we had everything that we needed for a wonderful stay.

Universal Disney Family Trip

The cottage was Great space for our family! Husband and I stayed in the studio and it was Perfect. The place had all the extras you could think of. She even left snacks and a bottle of wine. We are not wine drinkers so we left it for the next guest.!

Great place to stay before our cruise

We loved our stay at Nancy’s house before our cruise out of Port Canaveral! The house was clean and well stocked. Nancy has special little extras that made the stay even better. From the snacks and wine to coffee filters and toilet paper when we checked in. The house is also in a great location, easy walk to the beach and close to many great restaurants. Nancy was also very responsive when I had a question and she made sure we knew she was available for any questions or suggestions. If we are ever in Cocoa Beach again we will make sure to stay at this house!!!

Perfect spot for winter get a way

2 couples shared this property for 4 weeks in n feb/march. Cannot say enough positive things about this experience. Nancy, the property manager went above our expectations in ensuring our stay was the best it could be. Always answering questions of suggestions for biking trails, restaurants, local events happening etc. property was perfect for us, allowing privacy if desired and a huge deck which were on for most of our meals as well as a great place for reading. We highly recommend this property.

Family Thanksgiving gathering

My nephew, his wife, 3 year and 6 month old plus my sister and myself. The cottage worked great for our family. Nancy was so pleasant to deal with. We walked to restaurants, the beach and the arts festivals. It was the best time ever. The cottage was so clean and had ever item you can think of available when you get there. I 10🌟 the cottage. Amazing week at the Blue Wave Cottage

Great house for my husband and I , our two daughters and son in laws, grandbaby and my dad! Plenty of space and host has thought of everything! Awesome deck to hang out and a super short walk to the beach and several restaurants and coffee shops are also within an easy walk. Host has plenty of extra towels, beach umbrellas, a great setup with a kitchen and kitchenette- the studio was great for grandbaby and parents While there we were able to see a launch from the deck and a boat parade out the front door ! Host kept us very informed of all events going on! Would definitely go back!!

Flight cancelled - Nancy awesome

We could only rate two of the categories due to flight cancellations. Communication with property manager and overall rating. Nancy went above and beyond to work with us if we were able to travel from Indiana. Can't say enough about the hospitality experience we received via text and phone. Spectacular Beach Cottage

My family stayed at this cottage in early August 2023. Nancy was a fantastic host and not only would we recommend this cottage, but if we ever come back to Cocoa Beach we will stay here again. Nancy was very communicative throughout the process. A week before our trip she reached out to me and gave me directions about check in and how to get to the cottage. The house is a cute 1930s era beach bungalow and it was spotless on arrival. Nancy provided some snacks, coffee, and wine which was perfect after our long trip. It is located a block off the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Next door there is a breakfast restaurant that came highly recommended by a friend (we highly recommend it!). The kitchen had everything that we needed for nights we decided to cook in. On those nights, we would cook dinner and eat outside on the back porch. Even though it was August, the heat was bearable in the evening because of the breeze you get off of the ocean, and there were no bugs that bothered us. After dinner we would walk to Oasis for shaved ice or the Fat Donkey for ice cream. We also ate out several nights (always walked). There were 2 rocket launches during our stay which you can see from a short walk to the beach. We also took surfing lessons from Ron Jon Surf School (15 min drive), and obviously, went to the beach most days. I would highly recommend this cottage to Cocoa Beach vacationers. It exceeded our expectations for a family of 5.

Weekend trip

The property was clean, nice, and location was great. The owner was very nice and helpful with any questions we had. Overall was a great experience and would come back.

The property was spotless and absolutely beautiful. The owner made everything super easy with clear, straightforward instructions. The place had everything we could’ve needed, plus some nice extras like wine and snacks. The location was great too — perfect for hanging out with friends. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful cottage and location!

The cottage was great for a family of five adults and two toddlers. The back deck was a perfect play area for the little ones. Nancy went above and beyond to make sure everything was available (crib, high chair) upon arrival. The house was clean and stocked with everything needed. The location was great - close walking distance to beach and great restaurants. Even got to see a couple of rockets from the deck. Thank you Nancy!!

We stayed at this property with family. Nancy made check in easy & answered all questions we had.

Nancy was awesome. She had a bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us when we arrived at 8pm. The house was stocked with all necessities we needed while away from home. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Walking distance to the beautiful ocean. Within a mile or so you have gas, grocery, resturants of all kinds. Our son got married at the Hilton which was like 2 miles away. We would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks for everything Nancy.

Awesome Amenities and Location

Nancy was fantastic and thought of everything. Our flight got in late, she had left the exterior lights on and their was coffee ready for the morning so we didn't have to run to the grocery store. The location is easily accessible to local restaurants and shops and just a short walk to the beach. I would stay again and definitely would recommend her to family and friends!

I’ve dreamed of owning a vacation rental for years. When I first saw the cottage I simply fell in love with it. It’s everything I had hoped to be able to offer guests - welcoming, comfortable, and elegant all at the same time. And so close to all that makes Cocoa Beach such a wonderful place to spend time in.

Everything in downtown Cocoa Beach is within a few blocks from the Cottage, yet, because it sits on its own little piece of land, it affords a privacy and sense of relaxation that is quite wonderful. The Cottage has a “main” area with three bedrooms, a bathroom, living and dining area and full kitchen, and there is an attached studio with another bedroom, living and dining area, kitchenette and bathroom. Because of this unique layout, I’ve been able to host a number of extended families and groups of adults vacationing together. And quite an number of parents with teenage children have enjoyed the privacy that the studio allows them!
