The house was meticulously clean and very spacious for our group of 15. We loved the wet bar downstairs, the two patios and fire pits, hot tub, and large open kitchen living room. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing

We had a lovely stay - 10/10. House is very well equipped with baby gear, cooking supplies (even has an instant pot!) and basics like coffee, spices, etc. Tabitha was wonderful and extremely understanding and kind when my kiddo broke something in the house. They were wonderful and we would love to stay again’

Park City home with wild animal sightings

This home worked well for our family of 12 which included 5 couples. There was plenty of space, a great kitchen with a nice long table which we used for meals & to play games. The home is in a beautiful setting where we enjoyed seeing wild turkeys, deer & even a moose with a young calf.The owners were very responsive when we needed extra supplies & additional trash removal.We highly recommend this location.

Great Place for Groups and Families

This home was immaculate, had everything you could want (appliances, outdoor living room, hot tip, etc) and was close to Main Street and the ski slopes. The hosts were very responsive and available. We had an amazing time and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this home for those in large groups or families (very family friendly!).

Wonderful Thanksgiving Getaway

Such a perfect home for a family holiday get together. Great layout, comfortable beds with nice sheets and bedding. Very well equipped and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Great house, highly recommend!!

We had a great stay at this house and we’re already trying to figure out how soon we can return! We had a large group (four families with pre-teen kids) and the house was perfect. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating, but we also had zero issues during our stay that required their attention. We skied Park City and it was very easy to get to, but Deer Valley is accessible too. 10 out of 10. No notes!

Wonderful Stay!

Our extended family and friends loved this house. We had three generations, and everyone had a great time. The outside space was perfect for afternoon drinks, and the kids loved the downstairs den and bunks.

Great Location

Amazing stay! 2 families with kids enjoyed the spa, outdoor space and game room. We loved the evenings with the fire pit on, watching 6 turkey's fly into the trees to sleep for the night.

Ski trip

The best place to stay. Backyard is fantastic. Hot tub heating seating area. Great place to watch a Christmas movie. Host was amazing.

Perfect holiday stay

We all had such a fun time at this home. The house is beautiful and fit my whole family perfectly for Thanksgiving. I would highly recommend this house for a wonderful park city vacation. My mother loved it so much she is talking about renting it again. The owners were great to work with and responded fast to my questions. Thank you for a fun weekend!

Beautiful home just minutes from base of deer valley ski resort

We will stay here again if we come back to visit. The location was perfect - minutes from town and the base of deer valley ski resort. The house had everything, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, my kids loved the video games and pop a shot, and the hot tub was a fan favorite of all! The space was set up great and they even had baby gear - a high hair, pack n play and gate for stairs. Thanks for sharing your property with our family it was perfect!

Park City Family Vacation

We just returned home from a fabulous family vacation in Park City--and a large part of what made it was wonderful was staying at this beautiful home. First of all, Tabitha and Simon are the perfect hosts--responding to our inquiries in a timely manner before our trip and making it very easy to reach them while on vacation. The home looks beautiful in the pictures and in real life it is stunning! There is plenty of room for a family reunion--for children to play and for adults to gather. The kitchen is well appointed and it is set up so that many people can join together to cook and serve. We were able to take advantage of the extra folding table and chairs provided! The bedrooms and bathrooms are very roomy and the walk-in closets provided private “bedrooms” for our grandchildren in pack n’ plays. Speaking of the little ones--the house comes provided with anything you may need for children of all ages. There is a pack n’ play, a high chair, noise machine, baby bath, and more! And I have to add, that just like the rest of the house, all of the baby equipment is in pristine condition! There are plenty of games and toys for children of all ages. The two decks provide plenty of outdoor room for socializing, watching the visiting wildlife, and BBQing. The hosts provide plenty of towels for an army of guests, there is ample parking space, and easy access to the house. The nearby Rock Cliff Nature Center at Jordanelle Reservoir is a designated Dark Sky location...but there is no need to travel there. Just go out to the deck a couple of hours after sunset, relax on the couches, and be amazed at the views of the Milky Way and by the shooting stars that explode across the sky! Bottom line, there are only positive things to say about our stay! Book this house with confidence that you will have a wonderful experience.

This was a great property for our family of 11 during our stay in Park City, Utah in early August 2025. The check in process was easy and the kitchen facilities were outstanding. The beds were comfortable as were the living areas. If we had any minor issues or questions regarding the home or property, the hosts were always very responsive.

Fabulous House

Ten of us went for my dad’s 80th birthday and it could not have been a more perfect house!!! The hosts were very attentive and available if needed. They had so much space to relax, a great stocked kitchen and plenty for the kids to do! Highly recommend this place and would stay there again for sure!

Beautiful and Comfortable Home

This is our second time staying in this home. It is a beautiful space, beds are comfortable and amenities are great. Location is quiet and so close to Deer Valley Mountain. The kids love the game room downstairs! Great hosts, incredibly accommodating and responsive.

Family Vacation in Park City

We are a family of four adult couples and 7 children ages 1-8 and this house was perfect for us all. We all had our own spaces and the Rest of the house had great gathering rooms. The kitchen was amazing and was stocked with all the basics you could need. The backyard was amazing and the kids had fun sledding down the little hill… highly recommend this house !

Luxury Living in Deer Valley Mountain Home

This trip was our second stay at this gorgeous home that is perfect for large groups and families. The kitchen has gourmet appliances and cookware, fully stocked with nice amenities. The outdoor areas have new fire pits, heaters and the tv and hot tub add a luxury touch to enjoy beautiful views. Inside the fireplaces, tvs, beautiful bedrooms, kid friendly games check all the boxes for guests with discriminating tastes! This home deserves five stars and the owners are very responsive to guests’ needs! We hope to return!

Great Location with Excellent Service

This property was located a short 5 minute drive to Deer Valley Resort. The home was clean and had all the basic amenities for a large groups. The property managers were very clear and concise with how to utilize the outdoor space. There were gaming stations, pop-a-shot & fusbal table for kids to play with after a full day of skiing. The beds were super comfortable with extra bedding for individual comfort. The kitchen was fully stocked with enough dishware for all the guests. There were 2 large common areas to spread out into. The internet was fast and reliable. We will certainly return to this home. Thank you for sharing your home.

Christmas in Park City

The house and neighborhood were wonderful. Comfortably fit our family of 11 including kids, grandkids, grandmas, etc. Great kitchen and living space. Great views including deer, moose and wild turkeys. We enjoyed it.

Family Birthday Celebration in Park City

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Our extended family (10 of us) flew in to Park City to celebrate my Dad's 80th birthday. The house was more than spacious enough and had all of the amenities we could ask for. It was clean and well maintained as well. Finally, it was in a GREAT location - within a mile of Park City and even less to Deer Valley. Would stay here again!

Beautiful, clean, spacious home!

I absolutely loved my stay in this home, and so did my group of 16 friends! Every detail is up to date, modern, and sparkling clean. The home is spacious (indoor and outdoor areas) and perfect for a large group. The hosts are incredibly gracious and communicative. Would absolutely stay again!
