Nauti Laguna Beach Lifestyle -tapahtumasta tässä kauniissa, viihtyisässä rauhallisessa mökissä vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannasta, upeista ravintoloista, kahviloista ja upeista ostosmahdollisuuksista ... Yksi lyhyt korttelin päässä olet rannalla Halfway Rockilla, joka on yksi parhaista rannoista. Lagunassa pienten joukkojen ja saavutettavuuden vuoksi. Kaikki on kävelyetäisyydellä, päivittäistavaroita jne. ... Sijainti on lyömätön!

Tässä mökissä on kaksi makuuhuonetta, kaksi kylpyhuonetta, Master-kylpyhuone on juuri uusittu, iso suihku toisessa kylpyhuoneessa, uusi täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa astianpesukone. Upouusi Smart T. V. Ilmainen nopea langaton Internet-yhteys. Pelit lapsille, rantatuolit, pyyhkeet, rantalelut ja sateenvarjo. Viihtyisä mukava etu- ja takapiha. Yksityinen. Aurinkohuone, jossa keinu ja oleskelualue istua ja rentoutua.

Erinomainen sijainti kävely- ja vaunuetäisyydellä tonneista ravintoloita, taidegallerioita, Main-rantaa sekä Mastersin kuuluisaa päällikköä ja Sahanpurujuhlia (vain kesäkuukausina, tarkista päivämäärät)

Ilmainen (kesäkuukausien) vaunu alle 30 sekunnin kävelymatkalla ja se tulee 15 minuutin välein! Kävele vielä minuutti ja olet rannalla !!

Talo sijaitsee Laguna Beachin kyläalueilla Mountain Mountain Avenuen ulkopuolella (niille, jotka tiedät alueen!) Sijainti on ihanteellinen, ja kaikki tarvitsemasi ovat lähellä. Viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä on yli 30 rento korkealaatuista ravintolaa, putiikkia ja taidegallerioita. Historiallinen San Juan Capistrano on neljä mailia itään. Catalina Island on tunnin ajomatkan päässä satamasta. Newport Beach ja kuuluisa muotisaari on 15 minuutin päässä pohjoisesta.

Love the beach cottage

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The neighborhood is amazing - so much within walking distance. And the house was very well kept and the owner was great at communicating with us whenever a question or anything arose. Can't recommend it highly enough - we hope to return!

Sweet Sea Cottage!

We loved staying at the Sea Cottage! Accommodations were perfect! The owner made the process super easy. The location fit what we like… an easy and short walk to beaches, shops, restaurants and art galleries, yet we weren’t in the heart of traffic congestion or noise. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Historical Cottage

This historical cottage has loads of charm and is centrally located. It was clean, comfortable, fully stocked and attractively decorated. The enclosed back patio offered a private, partially shaded outdoor space in which to relax and enjoy the great weather. The owner was helpful and responsive. Can't imagine a better place to stay while visiting Laguna Beach.

Sweet Cottage Great Location

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful Laguna beach cottage. Short walk to Mountain Beach where we went daily. Great shops and restaurants all around and very close to the trolley spot to hop on to go downtown. Hostess was great with very clear instructions. Would highly recommend!

Cozy Beach Cottage

We had so much fun at this darling cottage! Location is perfect and a few steps to great shopping and restaurants. Thank you to Carmen for her restaurant recommendations. Our family from Mission Viejo met us on the rooftop of La Casa Del Camino for great food and together we watched the sun set. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the sun room for morning coffee and the outdoor patio for happy hour. This quiet cottage was a lovely place to come home to during our vacation.

Absolutely Perfect!

I was looking for a unique Laguna Beach experience and the Sea Cottage did not disappoint. The owner had so many upgrades including new bedding, new refrigerator, beautifully landscaped with flowers, very comfy new couch, and so many special touches. Upon entering, the cottage was was glistening clean, and all the amenities promised were there. I was even able to conduct some Zoom meetings, as the internet was high speed. Even though weather was unusually hot for Laguna, the AC kept us very comfortable and cool. We could easily walk to all our favorite spots and the beach closest to the cottage was perfect. I highly recommend, and hope to visit again.

Perfect for a beach getaway

We loved this property and hope to return for a future trip. You can’t beat the location. We were able to easily walk everywhere and enjoyed being at the house when we were there. The back yard space was a perfect place for our 4 year old son to play. Carmen was very kind and helpful and was easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

Quick escape

Needed an escape to the ocean. Booked a few days in advance. The pictures don't do any justice. We had the most wonderful time. The beach is so close. We will be back whenever we get the chance!

Perfect family getaway

We live in Scottsdale, AZ and stayed in this charming cottage for a week with our three children (10, 8 and 8) to escape Arizona temps. This location cannot be beat! Very short walking distance to beach, breakfast cafe, restaurants and grocery. Beach is beautiful and not crowded in the middle of July! Kids loved the surf and sand. Backyard patio was perfect for nightly grilling and kitchen was fully equipped for the task. We had a minor appliance problem and the owners resolved the problem within hours! Try the House of Big Fish for great views and dinner. We will definitely come back.

A little disappointing

This property needs work. The towel bars are missing in the bathrooms, the faucet in the sink swivels when you try to use it, the outdoor lighting did not work, and the brick patio in back has collapsed and is downright dangerous. Overall the house does not appear to be well cared for. The owner's local assistant was very nice - tried to get the lighting fixed for us, and brought over candles when that was not possible. The owner was a bit less cooperative - seemed almost offended that I would want to have a number to call in case of emergency. The location was good for us, the wireless internet worked well, and it generally met our needs, but I would not choose to stay there again.

Cute house, but horrible experience with the owner

I've never left a bad review anywhere, but the owner of this property left me no choice. She made us get property damage coverage in order to rent the house, and then over 2 months later she opened a claim against us alleging that we had caused a significant amount of damage. Not only did she not contact me about it, but then never answered my email when I reached out to her to try to figure out what the problem was. We not cause any damage and instead we left the house very neat and clean, so I still don't know what her claim was for. Also, the kitchen cabinets smell badly of mildew so you can't put food in them.

Good location, but house too old and dirty for my family.

Overall we had a great time in Laguna Beach, but this cottage was a bit disappointing to my family. First of all the cottage is old, and has an old dusty attic smell. The house could use a thorough cleaning. We had to wash all the sheets and comforter covers as there was questionable spots on the comforter covers and it appeared they had not been cleaned. We also had to run dishes through dishwasher as their were dirty glasses in the cupboard and the shelves were caked in dust. We had to clean out the microwave and refrigerator as they had clearly not been cleaned in awhile. The beds were comfortable enough. Privacy was a bit of an issue as not all windows are covered making it easy for neighbors to peer in. The light in the shower located by the kitchen, is a safety hazard with wires exposed. The proximity to beach, shops, and restaurants was the best part about this cottage. Next time we'll stay in hotel.

The location cannot be beat!

I stayed here in September with my boyfriend, and we had a lovely time. The location of this home cannot be beat - it's one block from the main street, where there's plenty of shops to eat, shop around, and rent water sports equipment. There's also very little road / outside noise, because it's set back one block from the main street (see the map), and the whole lot is covered with beautiful trees. The patio area is lovely, and a great space to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The only downsides (in my opinion) - the kitchen isn't well stocked. If you're staying with more than two people, you'll have to do dishes every day (possibly after every meal), because there's only a set of 4 bowls/plates/side plates. Secondly, there are no screens to any of the windows. There's definitely something charming about having all the windows wide open, to let the breeze come in - but from a security standpoint, and from a bugs standpoint, it wasn't as nice as it seems. To the owner - when we were there, the ceiling fan in the front bedroom was not working. The light would turn on, but the fan itself was not working.

Great location! However, dirty and no heat.

I've never left a bad review anywhere, but if you look at previous reviews, you will see that I’m not the only one complaining about the uncleanliness and electrical problems. The cottage in a lovely location—beach and stores all within easy walking distance. The host allowed us to access the cottage in advance. The place has a lovely outdoor patio for relaxing and dining. However, we were very disappointed with the uncleanliness of the cottage, such as : • 2 buckets of ice cream with expired dates • Dirty freezer (I cleaned it up) • Hair and wadding on bathroom floor • All the floor frames of the cottage are dirty and full of dust • The walls and the curtains were dirty too • Dirty oven and microwave (melted cheese) • Empty bottle behind the bedroom furniture • Grease on the BBQ • Handle of shower broken • Spider and thread of spiders. Also, it was so humid that it didn't smell good in the house on our arrival and it was cold. We had to start the electric heaters but it blew the fuse box. We could only use two heaters, which were insufficient to warm the house.
