Kaista Rooman sydämessä, vain hieman yli 100 metrin päässä sijaitsevasta Castel Sant’Angelosta, antiikkikauppiaiden kadulta (dei Coronarin kautta) kivenheiton päässä, ja St. Pietarin basilika, Piazza Navona ja Piazza Farnese muutaman sadan metrin päässä. Tämä on Antiqua, 1700-luvun asunto, joka on ihanteellinen loma Rooman vanhankaupungin keskustassa.

Kävellessäsi Antiquan pääovesta pääset heti keskelle paavin Rooman kiehtovaa ilmapiiriä. Pitkät kapeat kaistat, joita reunustaa aristokraattinen palazzos. Kaikenlaiset julkiset laitokset: vanhoista trattoriasta ja tyylikkäistä ravintoloista sushibaareihin ja vanhanaikaisiin kahviloihin. Ja työpajat, jotka pitävät vanhimmat käsityöt hengissä, siirrettiin isältä pojalle: marmorileikkurit, nahkatuotteiden jälleenmyyjät, kultasepät ja palauttajat. Ja vain vähän kauempana tieltä, Viale del Lungoteveren toisella puolella on kultainen Tiberijoki laiturilla, josta voit veneellä ratsastaa jokea pitkin.

Kalustettu antiikkihuonekaluilla, terrakottalattiat ja kassakatot, "Antiqua" koostuu suuresta kahden hengen tai queen-size-huoneesta, yhdestä yhden hengen makuuhuoneesta ja yhdestä kahden hengen huoneesta, yhdestä kylpyhuoneesta, varustetusta keittiöstä (astianpesukone, uuni, jääkaappi, espresso-kahvinkeitin) ), olohuone, jossa on vuodesohva kolmelle hengelle, ja tilava ruokailutila. Se mahtuu 5-6 vierasta.

Great location

Great apartment for my family of 5. A little smaller than we expected, but probably typical of a city apartment in Europe. Location was amazing, close to many great cafe’s, coffee shops, boutiques, and restaurants. Host was terrific and very helpful.

Perfect location

My family of five stayed at this apartment! Comfortable beds, Perfect location- we could walk to everything. The only negative was walking up three sets of stairs with luggage, but the location made up for that!! Would definitely stay there again

Great location walking distance to the Coliseum, Vatican, Spanish steps. Lots of restaurant option nearby. Has 3 rooms and 1 bathroom.

Amazing location!

Our group of 4 stayed for 5 nights in June/25 when Rome was under a heat wave. We were so grateful to have air conditioning in all the bedrooms which made the entire apartment very comfortable all day/night. The size of the apartment is generous, lots of windows, small kitchen but well stocked with dishware and pots/pans. Good shower pressure too, and limited toiletries available. It should be noted that there are a lot of stairs (no elevator access).In terms of safety, I felt very safe staying here, as there are multiple security measures in place. I gave the check-in process only 4* rating because, although the hosts gave accurate information (both written and by video) on how to gain access to the apartment, it was still a bit challenging to do it myself the first time. The location is central to everything, including the best selection of restaurants, short walks to key sights (ex. Castel Sant'Angelo, Trevi Fountain, Vatican City) and access to bus stops/taxis. I would highly recommend this apartment in Rome!

Great stay, comfy place in a great location

We stayed here (4 adult friends) and could not have been happier. Great communication with property manager before staying, easy check in and super amazing place. We loved the convenient location, so much really close by. Comfy beds, enough space for us to be comfortable. It was fun getting up and down the steps with luggage, but we managed! Would def recommend.

Great Location

We were here for three nights. It was in a perfect location to see all of the sights of Italy. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance and you can get to most of the major sights without public transportation.

Great Location!

The location was amazing. Close to pretty much anything a tourist or fan of history would want to see. Four story climb to the apartment, so make sure you're in shape and don't require wheels to maneuver!

Quaint & convenient to all we wanted to see.

We had 4 days in Rome and this place was perfect for easy access to the sites we wanted to see & some fantastic restaurants. Sara was our contact and she was so sweet & prompt at helping and answering our questions. The beds were incredibly comfortable & the apartment was perfect for the 4 of us. If we go back to Rome again, we will stay again! The parking was a little bit of a walk, but our vehicle was safe and we didn’t need the car.

A wonderful place!

This is a lovely apartment, centrally located in the heart of Rome. We were within walking distance to both the Coliseum and the Vatican, and everything else we could squeeze into our too short stay!!! We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the Rome experience!!

Lovely Castle like Apartment

Our kids love stairs so this was great for them. Close walk to the Vatican, Castle San Angelo, best Gelato and delicious Cafes. Felt very safe as there were a few secure doors to enter. Not for the handicap because of all the stairs.❤️

Family Friendly

We stayed here with two adults, a 14, 12, 11, and 8 year -old from Jan. 26 to Feb. 2. We liked the three bedrooms. Cute decor. The apartment is up several floors (no elevator) but there is a security door half way up the stairwell. Location is fantastic- charming neighborhood. Clean and safe area. There is both a pharmacy and grocery store within walking distance. There is a washing machine. But no dryer appliance. There is an unheated drying rack. The toilet is in a room with its own sink. And there is a shower room also with a sink. American travelers: please note the washer is a small size, standard in Europe - you’ll need to plan your laundry loads. Also, for parents of small kids - this is an active area and the streets are busy with people into the night, so bedtime isn’t quiet due to people talking and socializing outside at street level. I would stay here again.

Great Apartment in a Good Location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfy and the shower was good. The layout of the apartment is quirky, we didn't use the living room at all as it doesn't have a window or a TV, but we didn't mind this as it's such an old building. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs to climb and also it's about a 4 minute walk to take the rubbish out to the collection point. There was a small drip from the toilet which I messaged the host about and it was fixed very efficiently the next day. The location is great for bars and restaurants. The only thing we didn't like was that it could be quite noisy late at night, but hey we were in central Rome so it's to be expected really. Overall it was a really good stay.

Location, Location, Location!

We could do everything we wanted by simply walking out the door and walking: tours, restaurants, shopping, even a little wine and cheeses shop right outside the door! Our family of 6 would recommend this place and stay here again - for sure!! A bonus - we accidentally left a significant amount of money under the mattress, realizing when we were at the airport. We were sick about it. We called the next day, they found it and they returned it to us!!! That right there speaks volumes! Grazie Emanuele!!!

Location close to main attractions, old world charm

The best part of this apartment was the location - very charning historical neighborhood and close to restaurants, shops, the Vatican and the Pantheon, and bus stations. This apartment has a ton of charm, with wooden ceilings, very beautiful windows and old-fashioned shutters. The place was clean and the host was very gracious. The beds and pillows were very confortable. The internet speed was very slow but we were there to explore Rome so it was ok. The door locks were a little challenging as there are 3 sets of locked doors to navigate. We had some issues unlocking a couple of them, but we finally got the hang of it. This is not a modern place but if you appreciate the history and the charm of the historical neighborhood, you will enjoy it. There is a mini supermarket within a 10 minute walk.

Modest, but decent sized apartment

This apartment is a three bedroom place with good air conditioning, but the beds are not comfortable. The linens were super scratchy and the mattresses were worn out. For us, the beds and sleep quality are key so we would not go back. The location was fine and appliances all worked fine as well. The apartment is on the second floor but that is about four flights of stairs to reach. If you have mobility issues, this is not the place for you. Also, the doors are difficult to operate and the management company kept emailing us saying we weren’t closing the doors, when in fact other residents were propping them open. That was annoying. Lastly, they don’t refund your damage deposit even if they acknowledge that there was no damage.
