Astu merelle päin olevaan mökkiin nro 2 Street 12, ja astu täydelliseen perhelomalle. Tämä mökki on perheen koti, joka on kuullut sukupolvien naurua. Lisää perheesi muistokuvat muurien sisäpuolella oleviin. 12-ryhmä löytää monia erilaisia paikkoja leikkiä, keskustelua tai lukemista ja hiljaista pohdintaa varten. Tämän mökin yläkerrassa on kaksi makuuhuonetta (toisessa parisänky, toisessa kaksi queen-vuodetta) ja oma kylpyhuone. Alakerrassa on täydellinen paikka lapsille tai toiselle perheryhmälle. Alemmassa kerroksessa on TV, takka, keittokomero täysikokoisella jääkaapilla, kaksi kylpyhuonetta (yksi kylpyhuone) ja kolme makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Jokaisella tasolla on kätevä pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Kuistilla, joka ulottuu mökin koko rannan etupuolelle, on suosituin kokoontumispaikka # 2 12. kadulla. Siellä on myös mukavasti kalustettu kansi vakaville auringonpalvojille ja hiljainen varjostettu lanai maanpinnan tasolla. This house had many features that attracted us. We needed to be able to accommodate up to twelve with preferably twin beds in most of the rooms. We also wanted a large screened porch and deck where we could talk. This house offered all! It was comfortable and conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping. We had two minor problems which management worked quickly to resolve. It was a great experience overall.

Spent every evening on the deck enjoying the breeze. Lots of bedrooms, lots of seating and well appointed. Appreciated that there were several beach chairs (old, but fine), and good beach umbrellas. Would stay here again. Be sure to bring beach towels.

The house is in a great location, loved being beachfront and it holds a large group nicely. We spent a lot of time plalying games and talking on the porch. We thoroughly enjoyed this house!

Wonderful Home

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Tybee home during spring break! The house was spacious and comfortably fit our family of eight. We especially loved the large, open back porch—it was the perfect spot for relaxing and spending time together. Each room was roomy and well-appointed, giving everyone space to unwind. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals throughout the week, and the overall layout made it easy to lounge and enjoy our time. We’d definitely stay here again!

What a quiet relaxing weekend in a quaint cottage perfectly placed by the ocean. Would highly recommend this cottage/company to anyone interested in an enjoyable getaway.

Classic beach vacation

Beautiful classic beach house. 6 of us and everyone had plenty of space. Screened porch was delightful. Loved the history of the house. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need! Many thanks to the family for sharing this wonderful property.

Wonderful common areas to master and relax: nice living room, large dining room table, large kitchen, fabulous screened/enclosed porch, and lovely deck. More downstairs too. The location was perfect - right on the beach, especially good for small children, and just a few steps from the IGA. We had 4 couples, so the 4 full baths were fantastic.

Beach Front Cousins’ Week

Wonderful location for 9 girl cousins to spend a week. So convenient to walk to the beach. We shared beautiful photos of sunrises and sunsets. 4 bathrooms were great for 9 women. We loved being out on the deck and there was plenty of room inside the upstairs living room to eat, play games, make tee shirt designs, and talk. The kitchen was a little tight when more than 2 were there but we cooked breakfasts, lunches and dinners together. The twin beds downstairs were comfortable. The king size bed could use a new mattress. The decor was lovely and we took pictures of some cute ideas for decorating. Overall, everyone had a fantastic week together in this house.

Great getaway!

The propery was perfect for our family beach trip. The location to the beach, shops, restaurants and grocery store was ideal. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary tools for cooking/ eating-in/grilling. The property manager and guest services were a pleasure to work with. We look forward to visiting again soon!
