Tervetuloa järvenrantaretriisiinsä päärakennuksen, majatalon ja savuhuoneen kanssa. Mukava takkaan, lukea kirjaa ja nauttia huonoista näkymistä. Päärakennus ja vierastalo tarjoavat täydellisen majoituksen silloin, kun haluat olla lähellä yksityisyyttä. Puistomainen asetus tarjoaa suoran pääsyn Buchanan-järvelle. Ulkotakka on perheen suosikki paikka s'more-esineiden tekemiseen. Tarjoamme grillipaikkoja, pihapelejä ja paljon lautapelejä ... tai voit vain rentoutua taustana taustalla.

Viiden tähden arvosteluissa sanotaan kaikki. ”Upea oleskelu! Erittäin siisti, kaunis tila ja harkittuja isännät. Sängyt olivat mukavat, paljon mukavia mukavuuksia, jos unohdimme jotain ja äänijärjestelmä oli upea. Hyvin nopea vastaus myös. Paras isäntä, mitä minulla on ollut! ”

Päärakennuksessa on queen-vuode päälliköllä, täysikokoiset kerrossängyt toisessa makuuhuoneessa (pääsy päällikölle), puulämmitteinen takka ja TV olohuoneessa, 3/4-kylpyamme suihkulla ja täysin varustettu keittiö. Vierastalossa on yksi queen-vuode, 3/4-kylpyamme suihkulla, keittokomero ja iso sohva.

On olemassa useita grillausmahdollisuuksia, mukaan lukien kaasu ja puuhiili, mutta todellinen vetovoima on turvatarkistettu tupakoitsija, jossa on aito puulämmitteinen tupakoitsija Texas-tyylisen grillivalmistuksen tekemiseen! Lisäbonuksena savuhuoneessa on äänijärjestelmä, jossa on AM / FM-radio. BBQ-harrastaja rakastaa sitä (ja ei välttämättä koskaan lähde!).

Aivan nurkan takana on veneramppi, ja olet tervetullut käyttämään venelaituria omaan veneeseesi tai vuokraamaan omamme, jos valitset. Siitä huolimatta voit käyttää venelaituria hauskanpitoon, kalastukseen ja hengailuun. Ole varovainen - vesi voi olla matala laiturin ympärillä!

Muita huomioitavia asioita:
-Meillä on hyvä tupakointi kiinteistössä, mutta älä tupakoi missään sisäpuolella.
-Ikkunaikkunat tekevät siitä melko pimeän nukkumiseen, mutta ne eivät ole täysin pimennettyjä.
- Vierastalon yöpöydällä on Bluetooth-kaiutin, jossa on kello, hälytys ja USB-latausportit.
- Vierastalossa ei ole vaatekaappia, mutta siinä on hyllyosasto, jossa on paikka ripustaa vaatteita.

Great Little Spot

Our family spent Thanksgiving at the property and really enjoyed ourselves! The waters edge was farther back due to lake conditions but that didn't hinder us at all. Property was clean and had a well stocked kitchen for making Thanksgiving dinner. We loved the fire pit, the secondary part of the property for our kids, and the proximity to Inks Lake State Park where we hiked. The local convenience store helped round out anything we needed when we weren't in town. Highly recommend for a quiet, relaxing getaway!

The only bummer was the water level but they can't be helped. There was literally everything we could need there and plenty of extras of everything. Easiest check in and out we've ever had

Great place!

This was our 2nd trip to these cabins and we love it here! This time around the lake wasn’t really an option but the place itself is a perfect little get away that’s close to home but feels like you’re on vacation! The staff/management team is very friendly and efficient!

Relaxing stay!

This property is awesome! The views are amazing and will be even better once the water is up again. The smoke house was used every day while we sat outside and soaked up the sun and views. Would definitely rent this property again. I can't think of one thing this property was missing.

Great get away spot!

All that is advertised! Driveway is a little tight for large vehicles, but manageable. Water was low, but that is a seasonal thing. Would love to go back when the lake is back up to the dock.

Tow House Review

Had an excellent time! House was very clean, provided games and several activities to keep us entertained. The smokehouse was awesome! Very nice view of Lake Buchannan! Although water level extremely low due to drought, we were still able to catch fish, swim, and kayak. We will definitely come back!

Great Waterfront Location

This place was perfect. The house was very comfortable, clean, and relaxing. Loved the windows and big sliding door that looked out onto the lake. It was so nice being able to walk out the sliding door to sit on the grass lawn with ample trees around to provide shade. The lake is down, which we knew after talking to the owners, but it was still easy to walk out to the water on a sandy shore. It was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect location and beautiful view

My family and I stayed at this location. We loved the front yard. We sat in the lawn chairs for hours enjoying the view of the lake. We could watch the kids play in the water from the house. Quiet neighborhood and the boat ramp is right across the way. There was plenty of parking for everyone. The house was clean and had what we needed. We would love to stay again.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

We took our teen boys and couple of friends for a lake trip. The property was great. Unfortunately the lake was way low but that is obviously out of the property owners control. The property was exactly as advertised other than the proximity to the water. It was clean and the owners did an excellent job of communicating with us during our stay. It was a great experience and would love to stay at this property again in the future.

Nice Property

Unfortunately, due to the drought, this property is no longer lakeside, and it is difficult to access the water. The home was very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. We spent our time visiting the many State Parks and quaint towns in the surrounding area, so we still had a very enjoyable vacation. Thank you.

Birthday getaway

My fiancé’s and I rented this location for my birthday! Best decision! We had our own private beach! Fishing from the dock was awesome caught bass, carp, sunny, pike and hybrid bass!!!! Was great to wake up go out and fish, kayaks (provided) and set up the fire to watch the sunset!!!! We did not want to leave! The perfect birthday get away!!! The communication was awesome as well great group to rent from!!!!! Thank again will definitely be back! Hopefully the boat will be available to rent next time around!!!

Grounds, house, guesthouse, amenities - everything was excellent. Lake water down. No private beach.

Property was wonderful. Star gazing over an open fire pit was fabulous. Kayaks & floats were great to have. All docks were resting on ground. Lake water was at least 50 yards away. Very quiet probably because of drought conditions we had not anticipated. Lake Llano & LBJ looked fine. Surrounding properties were eyesores. Most had rundown mobile homes.

Nice getaway

My family and I have a nice time staying here. We liked how there were two different houses on the property so the kids could have their own space. They take good care of the grass so it was nice to spend time outside. The lake was super low which is not reflected in the photos online. They had everything you could want in the kitchen for supplies and loved how they have appletv and cable so we could watch anything. The only issue was the air conditioning and flow into the rooms which made for an interesting sleeping arrangement at times and trying to figure out how to make it work for everyone but they did provide fans to help. I recommended that they also change out the filters. This place made for a nice quick stay for family time!

Good works

I'm conflicted on this review - the property was clean and with lots of sundries and supplies, beds were great, firepiit nice, no complaints, overall very good. However, with the lake withdrawn for years around a half mile from the house, this was not even close to waterfront pic they proudly show on the site. Yes, there was a clear disclaimer in the text, so no bait and switch, but leaving the photo up today with the lake down for years, then placing the disclaimer in to avoid liability, well it just doesn't seem to be upfront. Sort of a marketing gimmick. How easy to just replace the photo so people know what they are getting? Why leave a misleading impression? The house is priced right on by the night on first look but with a large cleaning fee you don't see until you checkout, its a good deal but not a great deal. Its all disclosed but only after you fall in love with the great - while in reality its just good. However these days, Good works.

The Boys Lake Trip Vacation

Hey there, it’s Jayden a 2 day stay customer! I gather every friend’s(4) opinion to make this review precise and accurate on this place! When we first got there we gave a total of 8/10 and after the stay at this place we gave a total 6.5/10. We will run down the list first problem was the amount of spiders here, second would have been the grill we tried to use spider webs all over and grill was dirt which we did try to clean with the little dirty cleaning brush we found but it was not working well so we abandoned the BBQ grill so we went to the smoker but then again amount of spiders and wasp we said that’s a no go too. Next would be the new pit they have in there back yard with bricks around it so the pictures they have aren’t that much accurate when it comes to the outside specially the lake beach part because it’s a good minute or 2 walk till you get to the water which we were warned about even offered a full refund at first by the main man Tim that owns the place but the interior is pretty much accurate besides that wood bunk bed it was actually a gray metal one! They did have complementary stuff as well in both bathrooms which we all liked, tons of towels too in both bathrooms so no need to worry about that and same with pillows for the beds lots of extra pillows. We had wifi in both guest and main house and the doors have codes for both of them so no key needed. I guess the real question is if we would stay here again? “Less Bugs, More Modern” and “only if I had to”

The property includes a boat dock for fishing. There are bbq grills and a smokehouse for grilling. The fire pit is a big hit for making s'mores and enjoying the night sky. You can relax in the hammock outside or play a game of cornhole on the grassy lawn. The water's edge is only steps away from the lakehouse patio and perfect for waterplay with the inflatables and other water toys we provide. We also offer boat rental to our guests. Inquire if you're interested.
