Summit 407, joka tunnetaan myös nimellä “Seabatical”, on täydellinen 2 makuuhuoneen / 2 kylpyhuoneen rannan näkymä huoneisto, jota olet etsinyt! Tämä rannikon tyylikäs huoneisto on kaikkea mitä olet voinut toivoa ja enemmän! Heti sisäänpääsyoikeudellasi huomaat keittiön ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla ja perustarvikkeilla, ruokailuvälineillä, tarjoiluvälineillä ja Keurigilla. Ruokapöytä on tilava ja mahtuu kuusi. Olohuoneessa on täysikokoinen vuodesohva, 2 tuolia ja ottomaanit sekä 50 tuuman taulutelevisio. Kun haluat suunnata ulos parvekkeelle ja päästä henkeäsalpaavista näkymistä, kävele vain olohuoneen läpi. Parvekkeelta löydät istuimet, jotka auttavat rentoutumaan pitkien aurinkoa vietettyjen päiviesi jälkeen. Enjoy

It was unseasonably cool, but have a very nice heated pool and hot tub. If you are expecting 80° in Miramar Beach you won't like it. The rest of the country is in a deep freeze so we were grateful for the 50 and 60° days. Our condo was very nice. Not on the beach but we can see the ocean and its a very short walk. We enjoyed our time at Topsl's Summit very much.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a good spot for our family! Plenty of space and the resort-style complex with pools, mini golf and private beach were wonderful. Heated pool at the Summit was the best! The actual grounds and exteriors (elevators, walkways to doors) could use some love but did not distract from our vacation. Kitchen had everything we needed, however, could use some updating as well as the bathrooms. Would recommend!

June 2023 Family Stay.

Had a great experience, never waited long for the elevator. Pool was clean even after storms would come through. Pool is great, and not usually crowded. Only complaint would be the beach,as umbrella and chairs from the resort take up most of the beach. You would set you chair up and someone who rented a umbrella chair would set there personal chair 2 feet from you leaving you no space. The room came with 4 chairs and a football. 2 chairs had a carry strap one chair I carried to the beach and would be good for a very young child. Master bed is very very soft. Putt putt was good family fun and easy to access, along with the basketball. Room seemed very clean. Grounds seemed very well maintained, walk to the beach is maybe 5 min. Check in and check out process was a breeze.

It was perfect for our needs (actually discovered that there's an efficiency unit that can be potentially rented to add an extra master for our parents to join in the future) and a short walk to the beach, good location for groceries and shopping. It was a bit of a drive, traffic-wise to the Destin Boardwalk area due to intermittent road construction but our whole family really liked The Beach House restaurant that was really close. We had an incident with the neighboring unit having a major washing machine leak into the guestroom, but the property management replied quickly was on it as much as they could be. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, too- even when the beach/ocean was too cold & windy, the pool area was sheltered from the wind and pool warmed enough to swim and sunbathe comfortably. Had plenty of most kitchen items, could use a couple of metal flippers/spatulas.

A great spot for our family vacation!

Our family had a great experience here! The property was just as advertised, and the pictures were accurate. It was very comfortable and plenty spacious for our family of five. We loved sitting on the deck to look out over the pool and to the gulf in the distance. It was extremely convenient to have the washer & dryer - just make sure to bring your own detergent if you plan to do more than one load. We also could not find extra trash bags, so have a few extras of those as well. The kitchen was well-supplied with dishes, utensils, etc., but obviously you'll need to come prepared with any consumable items. The two beach chairs were nice to have for my wife & I to sit in while our kids played in the water. There are some cool amenities on the property, but a couple of them are NOT available unless you rent with a particular rental company - we were not able to use tennis & pickle ball courts and the fitness center; however, there is a tram to get around the property, direct access to the beach, and we really enjoyed playing mini golf and using the pool & hot tub. Tops'l is conveniently located near several restaurants, shopping, and activities. This was a great spot for our family vacation!

June 2020 Stay

This condo was very clean and decorated with lovely colors that gave a beach-like feel to it. The pool was extremely nice and there were 2 grills poolside for guests to use. The management company made communication easy and they had all pertinent information in their app, along with a magnet on the fridge that made sure you had this info as well. The condo was as described. The master bed mattress was so comfortable, I slept past my normal morning hour. The WiFi signal was strong and supported all of our devices with sufficient speed. It only took us 2 minutes to walk to the beach and the walkway there was surrounded with beautiful tropical plants. The Tops’l property itself hosts a grill/cafe that is poolside/beachside before you reach the beach. You can enjoy this pool as well. Tops’l has a number of tennis courts and they also have a basketball court and putt-putt course on property. Chairs and kayaks can be rented on the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

Tops'l is a great property for anyone looking for an exceptional stay. The condo was clean, and the staff goes over and beyond what could be expected of them. Do not hesitate to book. Gibson Rentals has rock stars working for them (Brittany and Chelsea)!

Birthday girl!!

We stayed in Destin for my daughters birthday! The condo was very comfortable and clean. We were not crowded and the furnishings were very nice. Would definitely recommend to others!!

Excellent accommodations!!!

We had the best time in this 2 bedroom rental! We were so surprised at how clean and how well maintained! We loved everything about it! Very comfortable from the beds, couches,etc.. We loved our deck as well! Very nicely decorated and we had a couple issues with things we didn’t know how to turn on,etc..and I called and someone helped me right away!!! WE WILL BE BACK! This was my first experience here and it was wonderful!!! Thank you!!

Fabulous Beach Accommodation!

This beach property was perfect for our family vacay! We enjoyed the convenient location of the condo, not only a few minutes walk to the ocean, but lots of wonderful restaurants and shopping. The property is part of the Tops'l resort with well kept grounds, pools and a shuttle. Especially nice was the poolside restaurant and bar which was practically on the beach. The wheelchair accessible walkway to the beach made it easy to wagon our things from our room straight down to the sand. We spent quite a bit of time on the two balconies enjoying the view of the ocean, as well as, a beautiful view of nature and in the evening would see deer grazing on the beautiful green lawn. The condo balconies overlooked one of the resort's pools, a hot tub and grills, as well as, the ocean. We grilled hamburgers in the grilling area which included convenient gas grills that were clean and made grilling easy and maintenance free! We loved the fact that there was a bathroom for each bedroom and lots of windows to enjoy the views whether you are inside or outside. Last but not least the property was tastefully decorated, up-to-date and clean. Thanks to Suzette for this lovely find!!! Could not have asked for more. Hope to return. Lisa

Perfect relaxing get away.

We loved everything about this condo. It was so roomy and well stocked. The views were amazing and we saw deer grazing right below our balcony in the early morning. Suzette was great to work with and the resort is beautiful! We enjoyed lunch at the tiki bar and the Summit hot tub is awesome. Can't wait to come back!
