17 mailia pohjoiseen Ocean Shoresista, yksinäisellä kadulla, jossa on noin tusina kotia, tämä koti on vuokrattavissa kolmella eri tavalla: koko koti, ylemmä tai alempi taso. Tämä ilmoitus on tarkoitettu vain 1 makuuhuoneen alatasolle.

Näkymä on uskomaton! Voit nauttia siitä kannen, olohuoneen tai keittiön mukavuuksista. Kävele vain 60 askelta hiekkarannalle käyttämällä ylläpidettyä rantapistettä suoraan kodin edessä!

Upea näkymä on saatavana edulliseen hintaan ... portaita on ... noin 30 alatasolle. Ne ovat tukevia ja leveitä. Tämä ominaisuus ei sovellu henkilölle, jolla on vaikeuksia kävellä portaita ylös tai alas. Siihen ei pääse pyörätuolia.

Sisältä löydät hyvin varustetun keittiön, jossa on kaikki kaikkea mitä tarvitset aterioiden valmistukseen, mukaan lukien ilmaiset mausteet, kahvi ja tee, juomamausteet sekä siivoustarvikkeet. Lakanat, pyyhkeet ja paperituotteet toimitetaan. Alemmalla tasolla on yksi makuuhuone, yksi täysi kylpyamme ja pesukone / kuivausrumpu. Makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, tv ja DVD-soitin. Olohuoneessa on vuodesohva, joka on täydellinen, jos tuodaan pari kiddoa. Myös olohuoneessa on TV / älykäs DVD-soitin DVD-elokuvilla ja CD-levyillä tai tuo suosikkejasi mukana! Tiesitkö, että voit toistaa musiikki-CD-levyjä DVD-soittimella? Voit tuoda kannettavan tietokoneen, muodostaa yhteyden HDMI-kaapelilla ja suoratoistaa kotitelevisiopalveluasi. Meillä on myös erilaisia pelejä, palapelejä, kirjoja ja lehtiä! Alakerroksessa on pieni briketti BBQ. Kylpytynnyrin kotelossa on myös kaksi puristuspistoolia ja ämpäri.

Ilmainen WIFI-yhteys sisältyy hintaan. Muista säätää puhelimen asetuksia, jotta WIFI-puhelut voidaan ottaa käyttöön ennen saapumistasi. Matkapuhelinpalvelu on luonnosteltu rannikon varrella! Tällä ominaisuudella ei ole lankaverkkoa.

Kun olet valmis rentoutumaan, siellä on suljettu poreallas, josta voit myös nauttia näkymistä! Asiakkaat jakavat porealtaat sekä ylä- että alayksiköissä. Ole kunnioittava ja noudata lähetettyjä sääntöjä.

Kiinteistössä on palo-kuoppa, jossa on istumapaikat. Polttopuuta on saatavana myytävänä useissa paikoissa lähellä.

Ennakkohyväksytyt koiranne ovat tervetulleita, enimmäismäärä on kaksi per taso. Lemmikkieläinmaksu peritään. Koiralaukut toimitetaan; kerätä ja hävittää koiran jätteet pihalla, yksityisellä tiellä tai rannalla.

Incredible location

We 100% would stay here again. It reminds me of staying at my grandparents beach house in the best way possible. Great location, easy access to the beach, ocean views from the house and the hot tub. The home looks just like the pictures. You are paying for an incredible location with great views. We felt it was a great value.

Perfect family beach house

The Blue Pearl has everything you need for a family vacation to the beach. Great property that is maintained above and beyond expectations. I found the trail to the beach a bit challenging with my bad knee, but otherwise everything was perfect

Just what we needed!

A perfect getaway if you love the beach and an incredible sunset. Perfect for kids and animals. It will definitely be going back. It’s also super great to know that I could rent the upstairs as well for a larger group of people.

Bad weather, good weather, it’s spring . Amazing clam digging. Heart views and privacy.

Very satisfied with unit was up graded. To the 2 bedroom. 3 days of clam digging limited every day . The store up the street gave change and we found a rare quarter in it , probably someone’s coin collection. Would recommend it to others

Overall fine but not for us!

communication was great to check in and out. We checked in much earlier even. Thank you for your help. Window blinds are broken on the bottom in the living room area for the lower unit and very hard to put it up so what a point if we cannot even see the ocean. Bedroom smells bad and mattress is so uncomfortable. We were not able to open single window expect one bedroom window so felt so suffocated. fire pit area is taken by over grown grass and weed. Or I would say you cannot open most of the windows.Not sure how people are posting super good reviews. I never really write a review but I really cannot stop myself. Did not meet our expectations. Thank you.

Fantastic Location

We stayed in the lower half of the Blue Pearl for 3 nights in July. We were fortunate with the weather - blue skies every day. We had a great view of the sunsets off our deck. A short path through the woods led to the beach - miles of mostly empty beach. It is a wonderful location. The accommodations are simple but functional. Lots of new appliances in the kitchen. Great hot tub. The only negative was a slightly musty smell from the carpeting, but we ran the air conditioning quite a bit of the time and that helped. The owners were great - we texted them with a few questions and they responded immediately. We enjoyed the fire pit on two of the nights. We enjoyed dinner at Koko's in Seabrook on two nights - delicious Mexican fare. This was our first visit to the beaches of western Washington and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I hope to be able to return again.

Sunset on the Beach

We were looking for a quiet retreat with a view of the ocean, and we found it in this lower unit. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bed was comfortable, the hot water was hot and the view from the front windows and deck (and hot tub) were gorgeous. We saw spectacular sunsets from both the beach and the kitchen table. Excellent restaurants were nearby, one in easy walking distance. We met one of the owners and one of her staff and found all communications easy and clear. We were looking to get away from it all at the beach, and we did, without any worries or problems!

Super cute place

The lower unit is super cute!! Impressed with all of the Amenities that are available! The kitchen has everything you would probably need! The internet works great. The hot tub was just what I needed. Great views from the front deck and hot tub!! My only suggestion is that if you’re a light sleeper and are looking to sleep in, rent the upstairs unit. As the bedroom is under a main part of the upstairs unit and depending on who’s upstairs it could be loud. The guest that rented the upper unit the same weekend as me, we’re going on chartered fishing trips so they were up at 5:30 getting ready. Could hear all traffic back and forth lol. Parking is small so if you can take a smaller vehicle it would be good. But even with those 2 minor things, I’ll definitely be staying with them again!!

Great place to stay!

We would stay here again. Great location and really nice, well maintained property. The hot tub was great, the view is really great- especially for the price. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The only issues we had were technical and very minimal. Thank you for providing such a wonderful vacay spot!

Relaxation and razor clamming getaway

From start to finish, the process was easy. The unit was exactly as described; "cozy and comfortable." Despite my own booking screw ups, the owners (Janet and Fletcher) were super easy to work with and were very responsive. They made my last-minute, high-maintenance booking a breeze! My family will definitely be reaching out again come next razor clam season. It was a phenomenal stay experience all around ;)

Cozy & Quiet

We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway to the Blue Pearl. Watching the weather from the comfort of the living room was a highlight. The wind & rain did not discourage us from taking the short trek to the beach and enjoying the roar of the ocean. Climbing in the spacious hot tub was a luxury. The hosts were most welcoming and communicative. It was a much-needed getaway and I wished we had booked one more night!

Great Location

If you are looking for a get-away right next to the beach, you should consider renting this place. Here is a list of Pros & Cons: Pros: -Very clean and well stocked kitchen -Comfortable Queen Sized Bed -Hot Tub facing the beach -Washer and Dryer -Very good location -Owners communicated quickly and were very responsive Cons: -The sofa bed was very uncomfortable -The neighbors upstairs were occasionally loud. Noise carries very easily. Overall, it was a good stay.

Amazing views

We enjoyed are wedding anniversary at the bluepearl. Amazing views waking up and enjoyed watching the waves inside the cabin and out side on the deck. The hottub was so great with it all glassed in you could here the ocean and watch from the hottub. Very cozy and Janet was amazing to us well we were there. Definitely private 5 star So peaceful and romantic. We will definitely be back.

Gorgeous view, lovely home

This is a great beach property! Loved the hot tub and the views! Furniture was comfortable and kitchen had everything needed to cook. BBQ was enjoyed as well.

Beach house getaway

Loved this beach house, the views and location were beautiful, the house had everything you need for your stay and the hosts were super accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Why visit this property? For us, it means peace, serenity, calm. An opportunity to enjoy the vast ocean, the crashing waves, the clean sandy beach. We love relaxing here and spending time alone as well as sharing with family and friends. Kick up your heels in the sand like a child or kick back with a beverage and enjoy the view. Life is just better at the beach!

Typically, the beach is lightly populated with Pacific Beach public access to the south and Moclips Beach public access to the north. Walk down to the beach or load your lunch and beach toys into the car and use the public access where you can drive onto the beach!

During clamming seasons, the "Mocrocks" beach is open right in front of this home with Copalis Beach nearby! Check out the WDFW website for rules and dates! https://wdfw.wa.gov/fishing/shellfishing-regulations/razor-clams. Clamming guns available to borrow. Limited Quantity.
