Tämän merenranta-altaan kodin jaettu pohjapiirros on hieno perheille! Mahtuu mukavasti korkeintaan 6 aikuista ja 4 lasta. Siellä on oma porteilla oleva uima-allasalue, grilli ja piknikpöytä-alue perheen viihdettä varten. Kävele vain kadun toisella puolella rannalle. Rakastat rentouttavaa ja rentouttavaa tahtoa ja ystävällisiä Ormond-meren rannalla sijaitsevia ihmisiä, ja lähistöllä on paljon tekemistä. Ravintolat, ostosmahdollisuudet, baarit ja viihde ovat vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä.

Happy happy on the beach

The house is spacious, equipped, and clean. The host notified us several weeks in advance that sea wall construction could affect our stay. So they offered a full refund. We decided to go ahead anyway, and the construction had a minimal impact on our stay. It was interesting to watch the equipment at work.

Perfect vacation home

We had a wonderful stay in the most beautiful home in a perfect location. Will definitely stay here again! I highly recommend. The owners and management were responsive and communicated very well. Two thumbs up!

Ormond Beach Family Stay

This was a great spot for us to gather for Spring Break! The house was spacious, the kitchen was very well appointed, the almost private beach was steps away—it all made for a fabulous time. Highly recommend if you want to be away from the high rise, beach store madness. The sunrises were spectacular every day!

Great place ocean front great sunrises.

The stay was great the only thing I would change for me was to go later in the year because of the non heated pool was a bit on the cool side till the last couple of days of my stay.

Florida vacation

We had a great week in Ormond Beach. The location is perfect, quiet relaxing area, yet close to all amenities. The house was very spacious and everything needed for a week away was supplied. The pool area had plenty of seating and the private pool was perfect for our group.

Private yet close to everything

I loved the quiet beach and private pool, yet we were close to shops and restaurants. It was me, my husband and four teenagers. The home was spacious, clean and we can’t wait to book again!

Perfect location and house for our family vacation!

We have been vacationing in Ormond for almost twenty years and this is the second time we have stayed at this property. The house has everything you might need and the pool was perfect for our young grandchildren to practice swimming. The beach and amenities couldn’t be any more convenient. Looking forward to next year!

Nice house, lots of room!

Great location. Only two concerns: Being so close to the A1A, it is noisy when you sit by the pool. Especially with the Harley motorcycles during the weekend. But inside the house, this never bothered us. Second nice to have would be a heated pool. It was a bit chilly, even for Canadians! Other than that , great house, great location just across the street from the beach and lots of amenities in the house. We loved the charcoal BBQ!

Incredible ocean views!

Everything was great but my favorite thing was the private deck on the beach! You do have to cross the road to get to the beach but that didnt bother us at all. We drank our coffee on the deck every morning and watched dolphins play in the water! We were surprised that we even saw two orcas out jumping around! It was priceless! Wanted to book again next year but it is already booked for April!

Fun vacation

The house was a little hard to find at first because there were a lot of shrubs along the driveway that blocked our view the direction we came. The house had a large family area and kitchen which was great and the private pool was nice. It wasn’t as clean as it could have been and we weren’t able to lock the front door which was a bit inconvenient/dangerous. The door got fixed but not until after we left. Otherwise, we had a good time.

Great family stay at the beach!

Our family of 5 recently stayed here for a week to get out of NY for a while. We were very happy with the property! We wanted to be on the beach but selected this property because it was thousands less than similar homes directly on the beach. So glad we did! Beach access is about a 30 second walk across the road and the beach here was clean and not crowded like down in Daytona. The house itself was very clean and well equipped. We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoyed the pool area when not on the beach. We also enjoyed watching meteors at night on the front patio overlooking the ocean. Faye provided great communication throughout the process and was responsive to questions. We will certainly stay again if we return to the area. Thank you!

Beautiful House and really big

The home has a great floorplan and outdoor area. The hot tub in the picture does not work and the pool is not heated so could not use during our stay. We had hoped to at least use the hot tub so very disappointed. The location is near Daytona Beach so has a large biker population which make the area loud with a lot of traffic even if it is not "biker week". Faye was awesome and great with the communication. I wish we had asked more clarification on the hot tub prior to selecting/.

Perfect location and pet friendly

We knew the layout of the house was a bit odd from photos and other review and that's ok. The beds are good, kitchen well stocked and the pool was super convenient after some time at the beach. While we knew the spa didn't heat, we thought it would at least bubble, but doesn't. The house needs tlc; railings painted, some floor tiles replaced, kitchen cabinets organized, living room furniture cleaned/replaced. The lounge cushions in the storage boxes on the pool deck need cleaned. A couple were stained (unusable) and the box was full of ants. For the price, we expected better.

Incredible stay

Our family of five from New York (two adults, one 3 year old, and two 2 year olds) stayed during our winter break in February 2020. We booked last minute and were pleasantly surprised with the response time from the owner via VRBO. We found the bedrooms, common areas, bathrooms and kitchens to be clean, well stocked, and functional and well represented in the photos before we stayed. We were nervous because there were no reviews posted before we stayed, but we couldn’t be happier and hope to return to this property exclusively in the future. Pros: - Location to beach and private access to the beach literally directly across the street from the house. The ocean is visible (and audible) from the house and it’s beautiful. The beach is clean and was not at all crowded; - If traveling with kids, the pool in the back is completely gated and safe; - Pool and hot tub that were clean and easy to use. We had one minor issue with the hot tub turning on but the owner contacted the pool company and it was resolved very quickly. We even used the hot tub on our last day when the high was in the high 40’s; - Large home, open floor plan with A/C and every cable channel you ever need; - Very close to Publix and gas stations, but not too close to feel commercial. Cons: - A1A / Oceanshore Blvd. Is very busy and crossing the street is risky. Obviously this is no fault of the owner, just something to be aware if traveling with young kids. Again, this is only an issue if traveling with young children, but the front door leads right to the street, and a side bedroom has access to the pool area. Just something to consider and plan for when traveling with young children, otherwise it’s a total perk!

This has been a great getaway for our family and we really enjoy sharing this bonding experience with other families. There is nothing that frees your mind like walking on the beach or seeing happy kids exploring and playing on the beach! The pool area is wonderful for families to share time precious time together and having fun enjoying one another. And there is plenty of action nearby with a myriad of entertainment and things to do nearby if you want to mix it up a bit.
