Ainutlaatuisessa Pohjois-Illinoisissa sijaitsevassa espanjalaistyylisessä Villassa on viisi terassia, huvimaja täydelliseen pieneen häät varten ja 8 kapasiteettia nukkumiseen. Vuonna 1886 ulkona oleva Cantina funkilla on vain yksi monista yllätyksistä, jotka löydät, kun katsot jokaista käännöstä jotain odottamatonta. Tämä ominaisuus on täynnä kauniisti sisustettuja huoneita ja tarjoaa kaasutakan, baari- ja kahvilabaarin, pelipöydän, kaksi kauniissa kaapeissa piilotettua televisiota, monia oleskelualueita, kalustettu parveke ylemmältä tasolta, jolla on 12 jalkainen katto. This was a perfect stay for our multi family stay. There are so many areas throughout the house that make this place unique. There’s also many different nooks that, if you just want your own peace and quiet, “away from family and friends”, you can escape too, The lower level bedroom has its own private full-size bathroom. Only thing I have already recommended is to have a small area in the lower level bedroom to hang your clothes in…otherwise the place was perfect! Will definitely be staying here again!

Birthday Party

Decided to do my 22nd birthday party at this unique place! Everything you see in the pictures is exactly the same in person but the in person are more amazing. Me, my family, and friends got to explore everything it has and we thought it was very cool! We all had so much fun being there and it was definitely worth it! It felt like we were all in a different country because of the setting of the place which is we love so much!

A Fun and Unique Property

We six had plenty of room and a comfortable stay. The decor was amazing, a very fun surprise. Sadly, the weather was too cold to spend time in the gorgeous grounds. The location was good and we were able to explore Rockford.

Wonderful Stay at the Sedona

My husband and I absolutely loved the house! The house and grounds were so unique and beautiful! We loved the big master suite, the hot tub, the cantina, and the game room the best! We had everything we could need and were very comfortable. We wished we had been able to stay longer. :)

Family friendly entertainment

This was a great place to gather with our kids and grandkids. We didn't have to find any other place for entertainment because the Cantina, fire pit, hot tub and various areas were perfect for our ever-shifting groups.

Great find in Rockford!

We needed a meeting point as we were attending a wedding at the nearby Anderson Japanese Gardens. This awesome listing fit the bill perfectly, and allow us to have a private place to retreat to before and after the event. Marlene was the most communicative host I’ve ever had and the property is in fantastic shape.

Family Wedding Getaway

We came from other states to be together in the same spot. Attended a family wedding in Rockford, but we kept gravitating back to the Sedona. We especially enjoyed the Cantina and the fire pits. It was so enjoyable to constantly discover hidden areas and so much creative decor! We really want to come back and stay longer.

Your place was absolutely amazing. The efforts put in to decorate did not go unnoticed. I absolutely love the chessboard. The little nook in the kitchen was a cute touch. The basement as you know was a big hit with everyone. Thank you for opening up your home. It was just a beautiful place. We were not ready to go but reality calls .

The place was great - multiple areas of the house and property have different feels - homey enough for me and my wife to relax and yet big enough to host dinner for our extended Rockford family of all ages (and ALL ages loved it and wanted to have more meals at the house and even sleep over!) Marlene was very communicative and answered all questions before we even asked them Check in and check out were very simple

Welcoming surprise

This property was fabulous. We were in awe of the Christmas decorations and the special detail in the placing of decorations. The living room in particular was so inviting. It felt like Christmas as soon as you walked through the door. The suite upstairs was stunning. This place looks even better in person. I would highly recommend staying here. Wish we had time to stay longer. Thank you!

Beautiful House with a Huge Second Floor Suite

This is a beautiful house with so much room upstairs. We appreciated the attention to detail and the way the home was decorated. It was such a lovely place to hang out and unwind. We brought our dog so it was wonderful to have a fenced in yard. You can tell that a lot of time, energy, and thought has gone into making this place a fun and cozy place to stay. We definitely plan to visit again sometime. :)

Better than the photos! Unique & magical

Marlene was a wonderful host! The property was even better than the photos, so inviting & lovely! Right when we walked in the door, we were greeted with a nice cool home on a hot day, with the air so fresh, beautiful scents filled the air and even an inviting music with mood lighting on arrival! Our children loved to explore this magical place! They enjoyed just being in the house together and playing board games in the evenings upstairs. The hot tub was clean, hot, bubbly and large! The fenced in yard (very secure & completely private ) we all enjoyed , especially our dogs! A very dog friendly environment I would say. There are so many outdoor options to eat, grill, have a fire, ect. It did rain on our entire trip so we were not able yo eat outside as much as we would have liked, but there is always next time. This was a wonderful place to relax, enjoy good company and imagination. It would be a great place to host a shower or special birthday party. Marlene was on top of everything, very easy to reach on phone/text and very pleasant. The place was clean and no bugs, mice ect. There were some adorable chipmunks in the back yard at times, it was really fun for us and our children see them a couple of times outside. We had a lovely, magical, Romantic experience and would highly recommend! Thank you Marlene! ~Autumn

A unique home in a quiet neighborhood with excellent amenities and eclectic decor. There are multiple areas for outdoor entertainment, and a marvelous hot tub. Enchanting lighting adorned the trees and plants. The largest indoor gathering area is the dining room with cozy seating for 6 at the table or in the lower level (basement) game room. There is only seating for 3 in the living room around the fireplace and TV armoire.Bathrooms and bedrooms were spotlessly clean and well appointed, as was the kitchen. Spices, coffees, and all cleaning and paper products were abundantly provided. Workspace for meal prep is a tad limited by the decor, which is also abundant. Parking is off street and can be gated. This property is a great value for the price! Would stay there again for sure!

This place was amazing. Definitely the most interesting place I have ever stayed! The decor was eclectic and fun, the beds were super comfortable, very clean and inviting! We arrived and they had the fireplace going for us! Such a nice touch. Sadly, I was there for my father’s funeral but this vrbo was so welcoming, we all felt at peace. Thank you!

My husband Charlie and I have four children, and two grandchildren. Aside from my family, I love creativity and beauty! Working with my team on this property and creating this sanctuary in the city has been one of my most rewarding journeys to date. I am a retired DCFS master trainer. Prior to that, my sculptures were to be found in many of the local stores and businesses including the lobbies of the Old Clock Tower resort. It has been my good fortune to have traveled extensively here and abroad over the years. This Spanish style home is reminiscent of what I have seen with pargeted embellishments and walls that could tell many tales. My vision is to see this, 'The Sedona of Rockford' as a Beacon of Light that inspires us all!
