Great property, especially for family: lotsa room, hot tub, several waterfalls, a game room, easy to use tv, grill, well stocked kitchen. Great location also, to JT park and to local food, such as the JT Saloon. Owners are clear communicators and responsive. We'll be back 100%!

Paradise in the Desert

We had such a wonderful stay! Rose's place is beautiful and the backyard amenities are amazing! Stargazing in the hot tub was incredible! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Joshua Tree

This home exceeded our expectations. The backyard was so comfortable and inviting it felt more like a resort than a home rental. This was one of the best and most thoughtfully stocked properties we have rented. The perfect spot for our week long climbing adventure in Joshua Tree.

Hiking Trip

Our host was amazing and so responsive! Our home was just as advertised and the backyard was paradise with a hot tub, running waterfalls a shower and so much yard fun! We didn’t want to leave and hope to return again. The home was well equipped and bed was extremely comfortable ! A perfect 10!

Great weekend

Very nice place very comfortable bed. This place is very nice but will be even better once they finish the upgrades they are doing to the back yard. If you are looking for a nice comfortable relaxing place to stay near Joshua Tree then this is the place.

Best place to stay in a sleepy desert town

First off this is the best stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in. The kitchen was adequately stocked to where we could actually cook for ourselves. Laundry and dishwasher pods available. My husband and I stayed for 5 days while on an anniversary trip and it was perfection. We loved the outdoor shower after a hot morning hiking in the desert sun evening hot tub soaks. Very close to JT national park west entrance. The town is small and there is not a lot to do honestly outside of hike but is an easy trip into Palm Springs and close to the local pizza coffee and breakfast places. Host was very communicative and easy to contact. No issues would recommend!

Waterfalls and more!

What a wonderful place and stay! We could not have been more pleased with any part of this desert gem. The hosts were amazing and pleasant to communicate with. This fairly large comfortable space is very well kept and has everything one would want for a few days in Joshua Tree. The backyard has several well designed natural waterfalls and water fixtures to lounge around and enjoy. We were beyond impressed with everything these gracious hosts had to offer. Will definitely be back!!!!

Desert getaway

This was such a wonderful place to stay while exploring Joshua Tree! The home was very close to the park and town, it was clean, cute, and comfortable, and Rose was so easy to communicate with and very helpful. The backyard was especially nice and very private. I would definitely return!

Awesome House and Property

We loved the house and especially enjoyed time in the backyard. Spectacular views, fountains, hot tub, fire pit, etc. Kitchen is stocked with everything you can imagine. House is clean and comfortable. Great location to the park entrance. Owner has a thought of everything you could need for a great getaway.

Joshua Tree Treasure

This property was even better in person than the owner’s description and pictures. We felt like we were way out in the desert, even though we were very close to the main highway with its bountiful restaurants and shops. Joshua Tree National Park is just minutes away. We went to the park during the day and one night went back in to view the stars. The other nights we viewed the stars from the hot tub on the property. Beautiful!! The owner is wonderful to deal with and provided lots of good information. When we left, my husband left a pair of hiking pants behind. The owner texted me after we left to say the pants were found and offered to send them to us. I will reimburse her, but it was great of her to go to the trouble of sending them. All in all, a wonderful experience and we would definitely go back to this property.

This property is amazing and has a magical backyard. The view of the stars from the yard was so special. And the first night we got to see thunderstorm roll across the dessert. The water features of the property are very effective to quieting the traffic on the street out front. It took us about 10 minutes to get into Joshua tree Park so we went everyday of our visit. The owners did a great job with the landscaping having probably 20 different cacti is the manicured area of the yard plus the natural dessert in the further back yard. I'd book this house again I a heartbeat.

This property is the oasis in the desert. Rose and Mark are awesome and really make your stay unforgettable. From the front door, thru the house, and into the the backyard. You will have everything you need. At night the water falls and the cooling spa / jacuzzi make you feel like your in paradise. I will defintely be back soon. Thanks again Rose.

Great getaway

The property is amazing. The backyard has so many wonderful water features, fire pit and eating/entertaining spaces. The views are great. It is a fantastic getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything and more. Unfortunately we did not get to fully enjoy it: we stayed only one night because just as we arrived one of our senior dogs got very ill and we spend most of the first night in the ER with her (had to go to Palm Desert, 1 hr away for an overnight pet emergency place). When I told this to Rose, she was so kind, she promptly called me and made sure we were OK. She even checked for vets open in the area at that time (Sunday). We went back to the property after ER and spent one night there, but because our dog was still not well we decided to cut the trip short and head home. It's a pity because the property is absolutely amazing. We will go back to fully enjpy it and hopefully next time with no drama.

Open the doors to the master bedroom to step out onto the steps and enjoy the hot tub on the desert landscape and the stars at evening. Enjoy the natural stonework throughout the back yard. Sit around the fire pit or the outdoor table where you may open the large scenic gate to see the Joshua Tree basin or close it and enjoy the privacy walls. Fountains of an desert oasis of water are almost complete.

There are two bedrooms, one king and one queen. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans sufficient for entertaining. Spices and cooking oils are provided. Did you forget something? More miscellaneous pantry basics are available upon request. This is a great home for gatherings where folks can enjoy hanging out all day long. You will be drawn to the windows and magical views at all hours of the day and night. There is 2 night minimum stay. Major holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum stay.

The home is 6 minutes to four major grocery stores, 6 minutes to the Joshua Tree National Park entrance, and 2 minutes to downtown Joshua Tree.
