Siellä on maatilakauppa lihalle ja ainutlaatuisia maatila-aiheisia sekä kangas- / kuitu- / alpakka-lahjoja! Läheisellä tilallamme on myös kausiluonteinen 18'x36 'maa-allas (uima-allaspyyhkeet!). Peaceful property

We enjoyed our stay here, it is located in a more secluded lane in a quaint little town. We enjoyed the drive in and the quietness. Listing does still show amenities such as pool, playground and possible farm access which are no longer available but has a large yard area for family to bring some outdoor toys for children to play.

The house was very comfortable and the grandchildren loved talking to the animals on the short walk to the pool. The setting is lovely and quiet. We had busy days so it was nice knowing a cooling swim and calm environment was waiting for us.

ARK adventure

We took our grandchildren to Kentucky to visit the ARK Encounter along with other places of interest, Morning view provided an opportunity away from the city life to enjoy time together with plenty of yard space to run. The grandchildren enjoyed the animals and time at the pool.

Great little place!

The animals were so fun to hear them braying and making noise, but it wasn’t overbearing as someone who isn’t used to it. The pool was awesome, and our kids had fun playing with some other children who were staying at one of the other properties. Beautiful views, and a big, well mowed yard that the kids could play in. A very reasonable spot to land if you’re thinking about heading to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum (a bit closer to the Ark). Property owner had good communication when we were on sight.

Peaceful

We were looking for a place to stay while we visited the Ark and Creation museum that could accommodate our family plus pups. This was the perfect place! So peaceful and relaxing to start our morning and end the day! Really enjoyed watching the farm animals across the way and we saw serval deers. Final road in a little rough but small inconvenience. I would recommend it as a good place to stay! Had just about everything you needed to prepare meals.

Close to Ark Encounter/Creation Museum

Jennifer the property owner was fantastic to coordinate with for our stay. Property is located 20 minutes away from Ark & Creation Museum. Thoroughly enjoyed the farm tour and how she embraces quality animal care & an organically sustained property. Be sure to see her gift shop for handmade treasures. The property provides a gorgeous landscape to enjoy, in a quiet peaceful surrounding. Extras like toiletries and plenty of towels for convenience along with full kitchen for cooking. We would recommend this property with confidence and plan to stay here again on our next trip! Thank you Jennifer!!!

Peaceful Retreat

We loved being able to bring our little papillon and all the outdoor space he had to play with our kids. We enjoyed seeing the farm animals, who were all very friendly but especially the dog, Walter who followed us and stayed playing with my children when we were home. The home was very clean inside, AC/heat worked well, and the owner has it well stocked in case you forget something. The negatives are the toilet tanks refill very slowly, but there are two bathrooms so just don't try to use the same one right away. Also, one of the beds has a broken box spring and is unusable at the moment. The owner is very responsive though, and I'm sure she will address it. Overall, this was a great resting spot for my family while we visited the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum!

Switched the property on us at 10 pm the night before

Jennifer had a three bedroom with a pull out queen sleeper listed and we booked it back in March. At 10pm the night before our stay she messaged me telling me she had sold that house but had a new one that was a two bedroom. It seemed like a much smaller house, we had no outdoor space to enjoy the dishes had dust all over them. We would leave the house in the Am leaving the house at 68 degrees and we would come back to it being turned up to 75 so we assumed she was coming into the house and turning it up. There were no check out instructions left so I messaged her asking what she would like us to do and we were told to start the laundry for our bedsheets.

Overgrown with poisonous weeds, reeking of cat urine, and in clear disrepair — this property is nothing like the listing.We were disappointed to find that the property was not as presented. Overgrown weeds — including poisonous hemlock — blocked the address post, and we were immediately hit with an overpowering cat urine/litter box odor upon entering. The smell only intensified overnight. When we raised this with the owner, she suggested it might be lingering cleaning products or that the extreme heat made odors more noticeable, recommending we open both doors to air it out or run the AC fan continuously. She stated she would “look into it after our stay” and follow up with the cleaners, but offered no immediate solution beyond airing it out ourselves. Smelled very strong of ammonia. Our noses burn d by the end of the day. Inside, there were no mattress or pillow protectors, the towels smelled musty, water pressure was poor, one toilet took ages to refill, most door hinges were loose so doors wouldn’t close properly, curtains had scratches, and a lamp had visible cat bite marks (we did not bring a cat) The home had a “For Sale” sign in the yard and is listed as pending on Zillow and Realtor.com — something never disclosed in the listing. The property felt neglected, unhealthy, and unfit for guests.

Has potential

The draw for this property was access to the farm but we found out the week before our trip that the farm was sold. We were going to the Ark Encounter and because we had kids with us thought that the drive to the country farm would be great...but that was gone. Would not stay here again.

Disappointed

When booking the property in march the listing described a pool which we were very excited to have. We booked this property specifically because it was supposed to have a pool included. We learned a week before our trip that this was not the case and by that time it was too late to book another property for our trip. The house was clean and we had fun playing cornhole. But it was very unprofessional to not let the people know who had already booked the property that there had been a change so we could decide if we still wanted to keep the booking.

Extremely unsatisfied

When we booked the vacation the add said fully functioning farm with animals and tours. It also said in ground salt water pool. Our request was a SWIMMING POOL A MUST! We traveled a very long distance to arrive at a farm house that was no longer a farm nor a pool for use. It took some time finding a way to contact the host. Once the host was notified of our concerns we were told things had unfortunately changed and that she thought everyone had been notified and aware of changes. I told her we weren't aware and if had been notified we would have booked elsewhere because it was not what we booked. There are also repairs that need to be addressed to the home. Bedroom door will not close and entry to kitchen has flooring sticking up which my brother in law tripped over and fell because of. I don't expect a full refund we did stay there but it would've been nice to be compensated something considering this was all out of our control and we were unaware of. Best of luck for the next person to book their stay. Definitely don't recommend. Sincerely very dissatisfied!!!

Morning View Stay

We were wanting to visit the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum and found this place to stay at between the 2 places which worked out well for the location. The place was nice enough but needs some upkeep. The plants and bushes around the front door definitely need some trimming and touching up to look nicer, and from the clumps of grass in the yard, it looked like it hadn't been mowed in a while and might have been done shortly before arriving. One of the bedroom doorknobs was very loose and needed repair, and the half bath is extremely tiny. There also weren't near as many amenities as we've had in other places we've rented on VRBO and beware of the potholes in the long gravel lane if you have a low-riding car. However, the host was very easy to get ahold of, and very quick to respond to any questions. The beds were quite comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our 2 little dogs to run around. A decent and quiet place to stay out in the country, just not one of the nicer ones we've stayed at recently.

Beautiful views, Jennifer is a great Host. We use canes and walkers. Accessible with several small single step up to the house. Comfortable furniture. Step in shower fits a shower seat. Country location but close to ARK Encounter. My husband enjoy shopping for meat at the farm store.

Love the Property

Cute lil home on a beautiful farm property! The animals were a real treat to see!! It was only a 2-night stay for us, but we'd love to see it again and stay longer. Thank you so much for the great stay!

Landscaping on the house front needs attention to enhance curb appeal. The house itself met all of our needs. Loved the quite neighborhood, and the beautiful farm land views. Thank you
