Juuri remontoitu! TÀmÀ tilava huoneisto on "kuva tÀydellinen" ja tuntuu kuin olisit SAFARI-tilassa! Paljon elefantteja, seepraja, tiikereitÀ ja kirahveja pitÀmÀÀn sinut seurassa. Kaapissa olevat kalastusnavat bassojen tai monien pyydystÀmiseksi (kokeile syöttösyöttöÀ "Balls of fire"). KymmeniÀ ja kymmeniÀ kilpikonnia voi olla tÀplikÀs jÀrven ympÀrillÀ, samoin kuin ankkoja, hanhia ja muita vesilintuja. JÀrvi on porteilla / yksityinen yhteisölle ja sisÀltÀÀ upean pÀÀllystetyn kÀvelyreitin.

Valtava 75 "taulutelevisio (ÀlykÀs) olohuoneessa sekÀ toinen televisio maser-sviitissÀ. Kauniit kaakeloidut 9 'korkeat suihkut molemmissa kylpyhuoneissa, upouudet mukavat huonekalut (sohva, niin suuri, ettÀ voit nukkua siinÀ), valtava terassi rentoutumiseen pÀivÀn lopussa tai siemailemalla kahvia pÀivÀsi alussa.

KÀtevÀ Keurig-kahvinkeitin JA herra kahvi, vedenkeitin perinteiseen teetÀmiseen, leivÀnpaahdin, crock-potti, sekoitin ... kaikki tarvittavat pienet kodinkoneet, jos haluat keittÀÀ tai leipoa kotona. Tonnia astiat, lasit, sekoitusastiat, uudet kuparipannut, kattilat jne.

Taattu WOW you Paljon pörröisiÀ, pehmeitÀ pyyhkeitÀ. Allaspyyhkeet sisÀltyvÀt hintaan. Molemmissa kylpyhuoneissa on hiustenkuivaaja avuksesi. Paljon tyynyjÀ sÀnkyÀ kohti ja laadukkaita liinavaatteita.

Tarjoamme muutaman ensimmÀisen pÀivÀn tarvikkeita, kuten: pyykkipalkoja, astiasaippuaa, kÀsisaippuaa, paperipyyhettÀ, wc-paperia jne. Huomaa: tuo henkilökohtaiset tuotteesi, kuten shampoo, deodorantti, hammastahna jne.

YhteisöllÀmme on pÀÀllystetty kÀvelyreitti jÀrven ympÀrillÀ, joka on 1 mailin pituinen. Se on aidattu, joten vain jÀrvenrantayhteisöillÀ on pÀÀsy polulle. Polun varrella on penkkejÀ, kalastuslaitoksia, vesiputouksia, suihkulÀhteitÀ, viileÀ puinen silta ja paljon vesilintuja. Se on loistava nopeaan lenkkeilyyn aamulla tai rauhalliselle kÀvelylle illalla.

MeillÀ on uusia tennis- / suolakurkkupallokenttiÀ (ja tarjoamme myös tennisvÀlineitÀ huoneistossa!). Upouusi kylpytynnyri valmistui maaliskuussa. The stay was very nice and quiet. Everything was very clean and it had everything we needed. It was located just off of Hwy 17 so we could jump on and get to where we wanted quickly.

Family vacation

Very spacious property & amazing views out back. We visiting with myself,my husband & 3 teens & had plenty of space. The ac stayed very cold which i loved in such hot weather & the condo was very clean & decorated beautifully. I will definitely be booking here again. It is also located closely to restaurants & shopping.

Property was immaculate and just as pictured. Thoughtfully appointed with the kitchen stocked with condiments, spices, and coffee tea. The enclosed patio always stayed about 20F cooler than the outdoor temp, so we spent mornings and evenings there. Fun to watch the ducks, geese, and neighbors saunter by.Neighbors were friendly and helpful.Owner and representative are available to answer any questions when needed.

This place was perfect! It’s close to restaurants, a grocery store, and even a nearby clothing store—great if you forget to pack something. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we truly felt at home. Everything we needed was available, and nothing was missing. One of my favorite features was the beautiful covered patio—it was the perfect spot to relax and take in the view. I even captured some last-minute graduation photos in the backyard, and they turned out stunning. Highly recommend!

Family Togetherness for Memorial Service

Myself, my Mother, Aunt & cousin all flew into PHX for my Aunts memorial service. I ended up choosing this location because it was close to all the areas we needed to be for the weekend. The view of the lake outside from either the screened in patio or living room was great. That was the biggest talking point for the family. All three members thought I did a great job finding this unit. You could tell the owners were working on keeping the unit updated but you could also tell the unit & the complex were older. Over all the family members were happy & satisfied. That is all that matters.

MLB Spring Training Trip

My wife and I, along with our daughter and her husband traveled to Phoenix to catch some spring training baseball and stayed in Millie’s condo. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the layout was roomy and comfortable, the ground level unit had a great lakefront view and easy access to the walking path. The pool and spa were clean and a nice respite, along with a fun pickleball game. The central PHX location was convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby. We look forward to possible future trips to PHX and staying at Desert Shores again. Communication with Millie was prompt and made our stay a pleasure.

Great location and clean unit

My family and another stayed for a few days while we took in MLB Spring Training in March 2025. We originally chose this property as it looked unique, being on a little lake, close to but not too close to some restaurants and retail, and not far from Peoria Sports Complex. We enjoyed the stay in the unit. It was clean and had all the comforts we needed. My wife used the trail around the lake to run every morning, and we made use of the pool (also clean) and tennis courts. It was nice that the owner included tennis rackets and balls for our use. The pillows, sheets, and other linens were top notch. Very comfortable sleeping, and a quiet complex. A couple minor things that were less than ideal:1. I received 2 phone calls to go over the rules for renting and checkout. I thought this was a bit over-the-top - I read the rules (they were clear) and we abided by them. 2. All the locks around the complex and bars on units didn't leave a great first impression. That said, we didn't have any issues and everyone we encountered was really nice. 3. The bathrooms smelled a bit musty. I think it was probably the shower curtains needing cleaning. Overall, it was a great stay and we were happy renters.

Convenient, Peaceful and well equipped

Wow, the best equipped Vaca rental ever. Kitchen had every tool, lovely cooking pans, even a crockpot, linens. Beds were very comfortable. We loved sitting in the screen porch watching the ducks and geese in the pond, it was very relaxing, as was the gentle walk around the pond. We didn’t use the pool or pickleball court but both looked very nice. There are loads of restaurants close by, from fast food to more upscale, also Target, gas stations, and urgent care. The complex was always quiet, even at night. A great place to vacation. Thank you, Millie

A Sunny Escape from Sk Winter

The property was clean, comfortable and close to the pool. Photos on website are accurate. Close to amenities but we were glad that we had a vehicle. There was a little traffic noise at the back of the complex, and we would’ve liked a little more sun on the patio, but overall it was a nice place to stay.Millie checked in with us a couple times to make sure all our needs were met.

Awesome condo!

Loved everything about this condo! Plenty of space, very cozy and comfortable. The walking trail around the water is so peaceful. We loved spending the morning on the screened porch watching the ducks and geese. Millie and her team were very helpful throughout the booking process and provided clear communication about the condo. I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot by the lake

We loved having direct access to the walking path around the lake, watching the ducks and geese, sitting on a sunny bench, and the pool. The beds were comfy and the unit was clean. We didn’t find the leather living room sofa very comfortable but that may be a personal preference. The property worked very well for our family of 4 plus grandparent. We would stay again!

Phoenix Vacation

If you're looking for a quiet getaway - this is fantastic place to stay. Everything was so well stocked, parking was easy, walking path out the back door was convenient and the Master bed was soooo comfy. Communication was top notch and professional. Everything was just as pictured and very clean! The condo came with extras including pickle ball and games. Although we didn't travel with children, this place has a great setup for the kiddos as well along with utensils and popup crib. Plenty of seating space at the kitchen table along with a blender, hot water pot, spices and pots and pans galore. We had everything needed to do our cooking including extra sandwich bags. Time at the pool was great. Towels were included and we were glad it was heated as we traveled in March and the weather was unusually chilly for that time of year. Highly recommend this place for your next vacation!

Nice place, don’t live the location

The place was as described, very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. My only negative was the location within the phoenix area. There are alot of homeless people and the mall that was once down the street is closed and there is not much close by. I would it fee comfortable walking to a near by restaurant, you have to drive.

Winter Getaway

Desert Shores is centrally located and is a short distance to shopping areas. The walking path through out the property is very handy. The pool and hot tub were both warm and clean. There are several BBQ’s throughout the property that made it easy to prepare our own meals. Everyone we met were very friendly and welcoming. The condo itself was very clean, well appointed and came as described. We loved it. Millie communicated with us on a couple of occasions to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely be back!!!!

Wonderful time at the lake

Great pool and friendly neighbors. Loved the walks around the lake. Very comfortable for our family. My wife wants to try pickleball when we come back. All of our expectations were exceeded.

Nice stay

Property and owners very nice. Amenities within condo were great! Location is central to everything. Area surrounding complex isn’t the best.

Great Condo, Very Comfortable and Roomy!

We spent 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay! Millie was a wonderful host, always quick to respond to any questions that we had. The beds are VERY comfortable which is a big plus for us. The walking path around the little lake was great! The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware as well as some essentials. The washer is large and able to handle a full load vs. some rentals where the washers are tiny. The large couch and TV in the living area were perfect at night for my family. We hiked Arrowhead Point which was a quick drive from the condo and enjoyed some great dinners out nearby in Glendale and Phoenix (Chantico, Arrowhead Grill). Plenty of shops and other restaurants closeby. The weather was not great while we were there so we didn't utilize the pool, but did use the hot tub and it was clean and hot! We would definitely stay again!

Winter getaway

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Property manager very kind and responsive. We enjoyed the amenities (tennis, pickle ball, hot tub, pool, etc...). Best part was the screened in patio - began and ended each day there.

Relaxing Christmas break

This was a lovely, clean property. Everything was thought of including enough hangers in the closets, plenty of bath and pool towels, laundry baskets, enough dishes to not be constantly washing... The heated pool, hot tub, and pickleball courts are a big plus.
