We loved our stay!

Andy and Dennis thought of everything to make it a home away from home for the week for all of us. They made it so comfortable and were both always available and gave us suggestions for the area, etc. Nice and quiet, close to everything we needed. We had such a wonderful time and would love to come back! Thank you for opening your house to us!P.S. We all loved Max, too!

Beautiful property

This is a beautiful property. The house is gorgeous. The owners will come to meet you and give you a tour. They are fantastic people. If you need to go to NAS Jacksonville it is very close by. The neighborhood is beautiful. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this property!

Vacation spot while visiting Jacksonville

Christmas getaway

My son and I stayed here over Christmas. Andy had a tree and lots of decoration to make sure we felt the Christmas spirit, which I really enjoyed. House was clean and comfortable. I have stayed at a lot of rentals and this one was one of the best appointed that I have seen with everything you could need plus more. Hot tub was amazing. Andy was such a kind host. I look forward to coming back.

Expect The Unexpected!!

Wow! We wanted something “other than a hotel” for several days and we found it! The home was amazing, personal pool and hot tub, tiki bar, whole house sound system and more. My family truly had a terrific time and the hosts were amazing and treated us like family. The kids loved fishing in the lake and the sunsets are truly unforgettable!!

Most Welcoming VRBO to Date

We have stayed in a number of VRBOs, but they pale in comparison to the kindness and hospitality we received here. Not only was the home filled with detailed touches that made your stay enjoyable, the owners are outstanding and friendly!!! They make sure you are comfortable, but they also give you your privacy. I was in awe of how much they just wanted to provide you with the maximum experience. If I lived here, these would be the kind of people I would want as friends. The pictures do not do this place justice! Marvelous. We hope to be back.

Great place...superb owners

Excellent experience. Owners met our group of six golfers on arrival and immediately made us feel at home. Nice touches... snacks, golf balls for each of us, ice for our coolers, Keurig pods, creamer, sweeteners, water. Plenty of towels, linens, kitchen utensils, plates, etc, most new or virtually new. Nicely decorated home with HD televisions. New furniture, very comfortable mattresses. Communication was top notch. Dennis and Andy went extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Very close to grocery stores, many restaurants and great golf courses. Highly recommend staying here.

Will stay here again

Everything was as listed. Rooms were clean and comfortable, we had options on the pool or hottub on cool days. We didn't get to use the pool Becuz it wasn't hot enough to heat it up but the hot tub came in handy. Wish it was warmer out so we could enjoy everything but the comfortability made up for it. This will def be a hit during the summer months. Our 7 year old started sleeping by himself while there and has every night since...,.thank you Andy for a great vacation.

A Family Vacation to Remember

Our family had a wonderful stay over New Years! Andy and his dad Dennis are the most gracious hosts! The home is beautiful with anything and everything one could possibly need during their stay. We were invited to Dennis’ home for a New Years Eve gathering complete with great company, flowing drinks, yummy food, and super cool fireworks! We can’t thank Andy and Dennis enough! Quiet Gem

Andy & Dennis were the best! Andy welcomed us and showed us the “lay of the land” and had a tray of snacks on the counter. The home is lovely, pool, jacuzzi, outdoor grill, festive lights around the pool, outdoor speakers, fishing poles and gorgeous sunsets. The home is quaint and comfortable. I typically bring everything with me (toiletries, blow dryer, make up mirror etc.), but they have Everything you need if you forgot something…. Mouthwash, Vanilla infused Nivea lotion, caress soap, body wash, shampoo etc… If you are looking for a great weekend getaway, this place is a gem!

So comfortable and charming!

Everything was provided to give us the feeling of a home away from home! The hosts, Andy and Dennis were a joy to rent from. We loved the beach theme, the pool, Tiki Bar, hot tub, and huge TVs in every room. We would definitely come back to this one!

Perfect Family Getaway

The pictures don’t capture how pretty this property is. Our family loved it. The kids couldn’t get enough of the pool and hot tub. The neighborhood is so serene and beautiful. Dennis, the owner lives at the end of the private driveway and is such a gracious host. I would highly recommend this property.

From the moment we arrived, our hosts were the most friendly and welcoming. The house was exceptionally beautiful, clean and well stocked. Loved having a hot tub at this time of year. The sunsets were amazing. Location was close to beaches, restaurants, shopping and attractions. We hated to leave.

Perfect family getaway

This home is wonderful! Very cozy, clean, fully stocked with everything you need. Very private, tucked back into a quiet, friendly, secure neighborhood. Dennis & Andy were excellent hosts and were readily available if we needed anything from ice, to restaurant recommendations. Beds are very comfortable. Hot tub and pool/bar area are private and clean. House is in a great location for peace and quiet but still in close proximity to groceries, gas, food/restaurants. We had a wonderful time! Highly recommend staying here.

Refreshing

This home was so clean and had everything we needed. My husband and I were looking for a fun/relaxing place while we had our 3 little kids with us. It was awesome that we could grill, watch basketball games on the outside tv and had access to the hot tub. The kids loved the pool and surround sound music for dance parties. It was private and all right there to enjoy. The hosts were also incredible. I wish I could give them 20 stars.

Awesome.

Andy and his dad greeted us at property and showed us how to work everything. Hot tub great. Speaker system through out property. Little tiki bar is so cute. Provided toiletries. Kitchen had all we need. Great spot to get away from it all. He also had a boat ramp so I could put my kayak in water. Thanks for everything. We'll be back.

Perfect for military PCS

Absolutely love this property! If you are PCSing to NAS JAX, this is your go to property. Fully furnished so you can house hunt in comfort. Convenient location to base makes this a wonderful place to stay for a short commute. Very very nice beds and bedding. Luxurious towels. Nice neighborhood to take walks. Beautiful sunsets too!

Amazing!

Where to even start?! Our stay at this VRBO was one of the best experiences we have had with renting a vacation property! Dennis and Andy were so attentive and helpful!!! Andy came over the day after we got there and showed us around the property asking if we needed anything. And was available with any request we had for example we were going to have a crab boil but didn’t have a big pot so Andy ran over to his house grabbed a pot and burner for us. And the pool on the property was amazing and maintained so well while we were there! Really can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay! We will be back for sure l!!
