Tämä yksikkö on erittäin tilava 2 makuuhuoneen / 2 kylpy kaupunkiasunto - yhdellä tasolla eikä portaita! 1 king-makuuhuone ja 1 queen-makuuhuone. Se on todella upea perheille ja pariskunnille turvallisessa ja hiljaisessa naapurustossa, jotka haluavat paeta lämpimämpään ilmastoon ja kokea aavikon tarjonnan. Siinä on 2 erillistä makuuhuonetta ja kylpyhuoneet - hyvä 2 pariskunnalle. Siinä on mukavan kokoinen takapiha koirille, ja patio BBQ: ille ja rentouttava illalla. Kodissa on paljon luonnollista kattoikkunan valaistusta ja tämä koti on erittäin tilava ja mukava. Siellä on pyykkiä - pesukone / kuivausrumpu. Lämmitetty uima-allas ja poreallas ovat lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Yksikkö on hyvin varustettu kaikilla välttämättömillä; liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet, tyynyt, keittiö- ja ruokailuvälineet, kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin, silitysrauta / -lauta, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone, uuni / liesi, jääkaappi jne. Satelliitti ja internet tarjotaan.

Tämä koti sijaitsee lähellä Taikauskon vuoria ja Punaisen vuoren alueita. Lähellä retkeily- ja polkuja, golf, järviä, puistoja, ostosmahdollisuuksia, moottoriteitä ja noin 25 minuutin päässä Sky-sataman lentokentältä ja Gateway-lentokentiltä. Kävelymatkan päässä on myös monen sukupolven laitos. Kirjasto on noin 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä.

Highly recommend

Super comfortable and clean home that is located in a quiet neighborhood while being close to the 202 and many stores and restaurants. Loved walking the 1.2 miles to Red Mountain Park and seeing the ducks and fisher people enjoying the park - round trip a perfect 1 hour jaunt. Highly recommend staying at this townhome.

We loved staying at this property! My husband and I spent 2 weeks there in February. Coming from MN, we were looking for a place where we could sit in the sun and soak up the warmth. The patio was perfect for us. The open floorplan made it easy to entertain when we had friends and family come over to visit. The unit was located in a nice neighborhood, it was very clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. It exceeded our expectations.We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

The Mesa area was the perfect location for a family getaway. This home checked off all the boxes! The pool was fantastic. Warmest water ever in February! Ease of commuting the city and navigating to and from the airport. Can’t wait to rebook again!

This condo was perfect for our stay. The unit was well equipped and very clean. The private outdoor patio was very enjoyable for relaxing outside if you don’t feel like hanging at the pool. You won’t regret choosing this condo and Deanna was very responsive to any questions.

Home away from home

This property was excellent and for a 12 night stay afforded us the comforts of home. Roomy, comfortable, clean, quiet and safe. Host was quick to respond to my one question and the guest book provided all the necessary information and more, from check in to checkout. The option to park the car in the garage was nice. This home exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay here again.

Townhouse was quiet and well equipped. Lovely back patio with grill. Comfortable beds. Nice pool and quiet safe neighborhood. Third bedroom is very small and windowless, which didn’t affect our stay, but should probably be noted in description/ photos. Property manager responsive and helpful.

Quiet Cul-de-sac Location

We came from Colorado to warm up for a few days. My 90 yr old Mom enjoyed sitting out on the back patio soaking up the sun. We went to the pool everyday. We choose to drive as it is a little bit of a walk. It has a large master bedroom and nice New walk in shower. The only thing I want to mention to feature guests is shampoo/conditioner and body soap/wash is not provided. We had our own so it wasn't a big deal.

A wonderful experience !!

The property was spotless & well stocked with everything to make it comfortable. Deanna was the perfect host. She was able to answer any questions I had & took care of anything I needed. In addition she is a licensed realtor & helped me to find a house to buy. Which I did find. She was right there going through the process with me helping me with it all. I I am so grateful for all she has done for me. She is a wonderful person who is a hard worker. I am so glad I rented this townhouse. And now I will be living in this great city.

Everything was as listed great location. The pool might as well have been a private pool. No one there except us .it was perfect.. the Cuisinart toaster oven made perfectly golden toast... definitely would stay again

We stayed at Deanna's three bedroom in the same complex four years ago and her two bedroom this time around was just as beautiful. Quiet, clean, kitchen well stocked, beautiful patio to relax and grill, and the decor is so cool. Heated pool was very nice. Great location with a park and shopping only a couple minutes away. We hope to make it back next Spring and stay a few weeks.Thanks so much!

Beautiful getaway

Our family had an amazing stay in this home! It was clean and beautiful—a perfect home base for our winter getaway. The pool and hot tub were a very nice addition to our stay, as well as the park and hill right around the corner. We would definitely rent this place again!

Soccer Weekend

The property was fine and would have been just right for our needs. Unfortunately, the garbage can in the garage was overflowing and smelled like something died in the can. The smell permeated into the laundry area of the house making the small bedroom unusable to us. We tried but ended up sleeping two men in a queen bed which was not ideal. Simple solution was to move it outside but HOA restrictions wouldn't allow. Otherwise our stay was nice.

We stayed here while visiting/playing in the Mesa National Pickleball Championship. The location was great. House was clean. Owner was extremely responsive by text!

There was some confusion with our resevation and the unit was not ready when we arrived. Dianna made arrangements for us to stay at a local hotel until the unit was cleaned. When we arrived the next day, the cleaning person was still there so we had to wait another houe for her to finish. Once in the unit, there were a number of issues that prented themselves. 1. We were short 3 pillow cases for the bedrooms. 2. there was only 1 spare roll of toilet paper for both bathrooms. 3. We were unable to get the TV's in the bedrooms to connect so one the TV in the living room was usable. On the 1st morning, the Kurig coffee maker would not operate so we had to run to the nearest Starbucks to purchase the four cups of coffee needed for our group. Dianna was responsive to these issues and ordered pillow cases and a new coffee maker that were delivered by late afternoon. We never were able to get the bedroom TV's to operate properly. Directions should probably be provided for every TV in the unit. The tub in the guest bathroom had a substantial leak at the floor line which we had to towell up after each use. I reported this to Dianna and she was going to have it looked at after we checked out. One other issue that we had was very poor lighting in the bedrooms and living room. There was no good place to read in these areas. Additional lighting would be helpful for future renters. This is a very nice unit in a nice location and was clean once we finally checked in. Brad Z.

Weekend in Mesa

I rented the unit for 5 days. The townhouse was as advertised and the owner was easy to communicate with. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition given the mid October 100 degree weather.

I own and manage 10 vacation rentals and have been doing so for about 9 years. I love what I do, and love making peoples vacations enjoyable and the best they can be.
