Powderhorn-huoneisto

Kalenterimme päivitetään reaaliajassa ja öiset hinnat näkyvät oikein. Syötä vain haluamasi päivämäärät ja napsauta "Varaa nyt!"

Tämän kauniisti sisustetun nurkkayksikön huoneiston sijainti on erinomainen. Huoneisto sijaitsee vain muutaman askeleen päässä Quicksilver-hissistä ja keskustasta, rauhallisella metsäisellä alueella Breckenridge. Nauti 10 mailin vuoristoalueen maisemista ja Blue Riverin rauhallisista äänistä grillaamalla ulkoterassi parvekkeella. Huoneistossa on hiljattain remontoitu keittiö, avoin pohjaratkaisu ja modernit ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Nauti kaasutakan mukavuudesta ja viehättävistä vuoristokalusteista. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma TV ja kattotuuletin.

Mikä on lähellä:
Aivan Powderhornin takana sijaitsevan kävelysillan varrella on retkeily- / lumikenkäilyreittejä, kauniit näkymät Maggie-lampille ja Quicksilverin kuuden hengen henkilölle
Tuolihissi. Se on helppo kävelymatka sekä hissiin että Breckenridgin keskustaan, ja siellä on tarjolla erilaisia ravintoloita, kauppoja ja aktiivista yöelämää.
Apres-hiihtokeskukset ovat vain muutaman askeleen päässä. Tai astu ulos Powderhorn-huoneiston edessä saadaksesi ilmaisen kuljetuksen eri hisseihin tai keskustaan.

Great Location, Great Condo - Tough Sleeping

The home was 99% great, not super fancy, partially renovated and shows a little age (a plus imo) and perfectly fine. However, the mattress and pillows in the master bedroom are ROUGH. I'm a not-small guy at 210lbs and I felt like I was sleeping on a comforter for padding; my 120lb wife felt like it was concrete. Bring your own pillows as most were small and flat. An otherwise amazing stay was unfortunately hampered by terrible sleep due to the mattress. We loved everything about the place and location except for this.

Great location. Easy, short 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift. Very nice condo. Very clean. Free underground parking. Be aware the hot tub and pool are located across the street. One tub was ice cold the whole stay. 2 days the outdoor heated the pool was not heated (in February!)

Fine condo with great proximity to Quicksilver and town

This is a well located property for skiing and walking to town. It is well appointed, comfortable and the kitchen has virtually everything you could need. We have stayed in this Powderhorn unit before and obviously rented again, but there are a few things a new renter might want to know: 1. Listing shows a queen and twin in the second bedroom. I measured and the "queen" is actually a double and there is no twin. I think there is a queen pullout couch in the living room. 2. Bedroom windows face to the parking lot, so there can be early (before 7 AM) noise as that area and the walks are cleared of snow, ice. There can also be noise from people loading/unloading cars. 3. A previous review mentioned and I will reiterate that owner, management or cleaner (whoever is responsible) needs to provide more basic toiletries for those staying more than a day or two. One very tiny bar of soap, tiny bit of shampoo, etc. in each bathroom was totally inadequate. We were not provided any soap for the dishwasher either. Otherwise, the living room area is very comfortable, kitchen very user friendly, beds comfortable and it is clean and so very well located for access to Quicksilver and to walk to town. You can see whether the lift is running from the living room, but cannot see the line/loading area. I would have probably given it 5 stars overall had we not been misled by the 2nd bedroom details and if there had been adequate toiletries provided.

Great condo but poor Vacasa support and management

We have stayed at this condo in previous years, when it was managed by another company. Vacasa is now managing this property and there are issues: 1. The key for the garage was not in the condo as expected - not a big deal. Three calls to Vacasa over the next few days we got the same message: "we will contact the local manager and someone will call you back": - no one ever called. Even one of te the Vacasa agents said she would call back and never did. Finally after 4 days the local guy turned up at the door with a replacement key. This is not a big deal but what if it were serious? A water heater or water leak? If this is how Vacasa responds for a small issue, what confidence do we have they will respond any differently for a larger issue? 2. As I said, we have stayed in this condo before (two years ago). Two years ago, we left feedback that the second bathroom tub drains SLOWLY....two years later, it is still draining SLOWLY....nothing has been done. Still showering with soapy water up to your ankles. 3. We know this building and know where the trash/garage is located, etc. There used to be a folder with all details of the condo in the kitchen - this has now gone and has been replaced by a Vacasa VR code - but the info on the web is generic - restaurants, things to do in Breck, etc. No mention of the garage; does not tell you where to take the trash; no details on check out; and where does the recycling go? We have never found this. Again, a small issue but really annoying and shows lack of attention to details that matter. 4. Pull-out sofa is hard to pull out (broken) and the springs on one corner are broken. OK for one person but uncomfortable for two people. 5. We stayed for two weeks in the condo but the supplies in the place are set up for two/three day stays - not enough toilet paper, not enough trash bags, etc. We had to go and buy both. Again, not a big deal but annoying and we still paid the same rate. If we booked three 4-day stays instead of one 12 day stay, we would have had better service, cleaning, etc. Vacasa needs to recognize that if four people are staying in a condo for 12 days, they are going to use all the supplies in there and plan accordingly. In summary, we love this condo but will likely look for a condo not managed by Vacasa next year. There are plenty of others...

Nice place to stay while skiing at Breckenridge

My family of four enjoyed our stay while skiing in Breckenridge. The unit is 5 minute walk to the nearest lift and a relatively short walk to Main Street. The kitchen has been updated and is nice. We had a car and the garage parking spot was nice to keep the snow off. Recommended.

Christmas ski trip

This Powderhorn condo was a great choice for our family of four adults. The location was just steps from the Peak 9 lift. The view of the mountains was beautiful and you can see the Quicksilver lift. The kitchen is beautifully renovated was very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Delightful condo with good access to everything

Well situated with easy walking distance to town and trails. Great views of the ten-mile range. Surprisingly bright considering it's facing NW. Condo has all you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with local Vacasa non-existent - all communication is through remote operators who then communicate locally. Not the best way of proceeding.

Great experience!

Super clean, well stocked, and very comfortable for my family. The room was very quiet, we never heard any neighbors or street noise while inside. Condo was within walking distance to everything downtown and the Blue River was right outside the back--my 10 year old loved walking the river. The pool code posted on the fridge didn't work, but people let us in so that was no big deal. Would definitely stay here again.

Quaint condo

This home was perfect for our family of 4. The master bath was pretty small but that is our only negative. Kitchen was great and well stocked. Laundry was also a plus. Location to the Peak 9 quicksilver was perfect as well as the short walk to Main Street. We never drove anywhere once we arrived.

Great Place!

The condo is a short walk to the Quicksilver Lift. We came back every day and ate lunch at the condo. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. It was very clean and neat.

This place was perfect for our family - it had a well equipped kitchen, tons of hooks to hang things on, was within walking distance of a swimming pool and had a great layout. Also it was super close to walk to restaurants and a lake to go fishing on... just a perfect location Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!!

Breckenridge Condo

A very nice property. Enjoyed how close it was to the lift and downtown. Nice TV in living room. Kitchen was great. Washer/dryer great! Hot tub situation not so great. A bit of a walk outside to the 4 tubs. The tubs were VERY crowded and only 1 or 2 out of the 4 were available for use. We tried to go use the tubs multiple times at different times of day, but always a problem and only open 2pm-8pm. The inside parking is only 6 feet high. We couldn't use it with our vehicle. The ramp up to the outside parking was VERY slick and dangerous. We almost couldn't get up the driveway.

Nothing further to add! The only other things are highly personal - we don't drink coffee but do ...

They are great! Mark and his team were very responsive and replied to my queries promptly. We were able to get an early check in which was greatly appreciated. Delightful apartment, fully equipped and within a very short walking distance to Main Street. It is on the 1st floor which means easy access from the parking lot. Lovely views of the Ten Mile Range and, despite facing slightly to the north, it was bright from reflected light. Highly recommended!

Couldn't find remote to operate living room tv. Well equipped kitchen, maybe a coffee grinder wou...

Very professional. I had all the information I needed for my stay. I would use Management again. Clean, well-equipped, comfortable beds, nicely decorated. Pleasant stay for a week. Quiet for the most part. Loved the sound of the river out the deck door.
