Tämä on meidän valtameren edessä kaksi makuuhuonetta / kaksi kylpy tasainen. Asut toiseen kerrokseen, eikä sinun tarvitse huolehtia portaiden kiipeilystä. Laitteessa on tarpeeksi nukkua kuusi. Se on sisustettu uudella parisängyllä, kahdella kaksosella ja vuodesohvalla. Televisioita on kaksi. Olohuoneessa on 52 "-televisio, videonauhuri, DVD ja stereot. Laattalattiat, jotka tekevät siitä viileän kesäksi ja siivouksen helpoksi hiekasta. Siellä on hiiligrilli, joten vieraamme voivat nauttia grillaamisesta omassa yksikössä. Summerhouse-hotellissa on 4 lämpötila-ohjattavaa uima-allasta, joista voi valita uivan ympäri vuoden! Siellä on myös neljä tenniskenttää, kaksi mailapallokenttää ja yksi kattopallokenttä. Meillä on kaksi grillausaluetta ja kaksi leikkipaikkaa lapsille, jotka sijaitsevat kätevästi kiinteistön molemmissa päissä. Yhteinen alue uima-altaitamme ympäröi rehevä ja hyvin hoidettu ruoho lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta. Vuokrayksiköllämme on ystävällinen pääkonttorin henkilökunta ja huolto paikan päällä auttamaan ongelmien ratkaisemisessa nopeasti, jos niitä ilmenee. Meillä on pieni kirjasto ja kuntosali käytettävissä normaalina aukioloaikoina avuksesi.

Great Except for the Roach Infestation

However--and I am a lifelong Floridan who grew up in St. Augustine)--the unit has a terrible roach problem. We killed roaches in every room, including closets, kitchen, living area, bathrooms, and both bedrooms, every day. And now I'm afraid I might have brought some "travelers" home with me. The unit, while beautiful, is in deep need of pest control.

Truly appreciated the "chilled pool" after a couple hours on the blazing hot beach. Would recommend a pest control service as there were a number of earwigs, cockroaches and spiders found everyday. Light in bottom of microwave that shines on stove needs replacing and the toilet seat in the master bath needs to be tightened. Would rent this condo again!!!

Turtle Themed Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week in May 2022. The condo is clean and well-appointed. We liked the end unit and the close proximity to the pool and beach access. The view of the beach and ocean is hindered by grassy mounds/dunes. Our biggest complaint is the furniture. Though in nice shape visibly, the living room furniture is broken down to the point there is no comfortable place to sit in the room. We didn’t need the pull-out bed, but I would imagine a good night’s rest would *not* take place because the suspension on the couch is shot. On the up side, the bed in the master bedroom is comfortable. Also, a nice feature is the two sinks in the master bath and the towel hooks and racks. These are features missing in most condo rentals of this nature. We were happy enough with the unit but we likely will try to rent a unit with a better view on our next trip.
