Tämä toisen kerroksen huoneistohotelli tarjoaa henkeäsalpaavat näkymät, olipa sitten kyseessä päämestarilla melua vaimentavat liukulasiovet tai parvekkeelta merelle päin olevat tummat puutuolit. Vieraat voivat avata ikkunat tai ovet kuunnella surffailun jyrsimistä tai sulkea ne luoda tunteen olla kaukana kaikesta.

Sisustussuunnittelija on sisustanut tyylikkäästi kodin ja varustettu nykyaikaisilla mukavuuksilla, kuten kahdella taulutelevisiolla (kaapeli- ja DVD-soittimilla), WI-FI-internetyhteydellä, istutusikkunaluukut, sähkögrilli ja ruokailuvaihtoehdot sisä- tai ulkotiloissa. Huoneistossa on myös ilmastointi- ja kattotuuletin.

Summerhouse-hotellissa on 4 lämpötila-ohjattavaa uima-allasta, joista voi valita uivan ympäri vuoden! Siellä on myös neljä tenniskenttää, kaksi mailapallokenttää ja yksi kattopallokenttä. Meillä on kaksi grillausaluetta ja kaksi leikkipaikkaa lapsille, jotka sijaitsevat kätevästi kiinteistön molemmissa päissä. Yhteinen alue uima-altaitamme ympäröi rehevä ja hyvin hoidettu ruoho lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta. Vuokrayksiköllämme on ystävällinen pääkonttorin henkilökunta ja huolto paikan päällä auttamaan ongelmien ratkaisemisessa nopeasti, jos niitä ilmenee. Meillä on pieni kirjasto ja kuntosali käytettävissä normaalina aukioloaikoina avuksesi.

Maintenance couldn't fix the unit which didn't surprise me considering the time, but the lack of concern of my families well being by the management was completely unacceptable. A maintenance man said he would contact management about what could be done considering it was over 90 degrees in our condo. He never came back with an answer or fans to try to make the night bearable. When I went to checkout the next morning and talked with Marie, the Manager about some kind of reparation for what we went through for the last 14 hours, she said she would look into it and contact me. It has been almost 3 days and I have not heard from her. From management, maintenance, to the answering service, their empathetic response was completely unacceptable for the amount of money you spend for the unit

The young guy who answered the phone said an email would be sent to my email address with a lockbox code. I never received an email or a code. I called the after hours number 6 times and there was no answer. I also text 3 times... no response . 45 minutes later a man finally answered after I called again! Finally I received a code after being very frustrated and hot! This is nonsense, I can't believe I had to go through this because 1 person couldn't send an email with the code. I also called 1 week prior to ensure I would be able to get in...Thanks

To pay 2600 dollars a week and not have a working toilet was unacceptable. There was not a comfortable piece of furniture and the sofa was demolished. Your maintenance crew would not believe me when I told them it does not flush. On the last evening a plumber showed and fixed it.

The sofa bed is not usable and the stovetop barely functions, taking far too long to boil water. The a/c struggled to keep the unit cool. The condo is in a great location overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Made Right and Then Some

This is for unit 305. The property is immaculate, and the beach access is unbeatable. A pleasant surprise for Summerhouse was the absence of an extensive list of must-do tasks before departure. The only things to do were to run the dishwasher and take out the trash, which are no-brainers. Everything else (stripping beds, laundry, etc.) was handled by the Summerhouse staff. The only dings for the experience had to do with the less-than-optimal check-in and communications. Both were addressed by Diana, and everything was made right and then some. So much so that we’ve returned for another stay.

We actually rented out 305 when we got there at 9 o’clock that night the room had not been cleaned yet so they put us in 254 which was awesome it had everything we needed in it it was a king size bed to wear the other one was only a queen size it was very tastefully decorated I didn’t find any utensils or dishes that I did not need and I cooked all of our meals for a week except for three I would definitely recommend room to 254 to anyone it had a large screen TV in both bedrooms and in the living room which my husband loved the view of the ocean was fantastic and the bed was super comfortable The TV in the living room was a smart TV so we were able to watch our Netflix Hulu and everything on itAnd we could not hear anyone through the walls

Wonderful beachfront second floor Summerhouse condo!

This is a great place to stay! Easy access to the beach and pool, and a great balcony to enjoy the afternoon and evening seabreeze, sights and sounds. This condo is nicely furnished and very comfortable. We would recommend it!
