100 askelta rannalle. Neljän korttelin päässä Secrets yökerho. Korttelin päässä Convention Center. Ostoksilla kävelyetäisyydellä.
Nauti tästä "poissa kotoa" perheesi kanssa. Toinen kerros loppuun yksikkö 205 44th Street merelle ja lahdelle. Päivitetään jokaisen off-season: keittiökoneet, graniitti työtasot, kaapit, laattalattiat, parketit, matto, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu ja kylpyhuoneet. Uudet patjat vuonna 2014. Uudet sohvat lisättiin vuonna 2016. Uusi matto 2019. Lakanat ei anneta. Rakennuksessa on hissi on helppo käyttää. On suuri sisäuima-allas, joka on avoinna toukokuusta lokakuuhun ja jota päivitettiin 2019.
Master makuuhuone king-vuode avautuu suuri parveke merinäköala. Yksikkö on erittäin suuri suihku makuuhuoneessa. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja yhden hengen kerrossänky. Kolmas makuuhuone on queen-vuode ja kahden hengen / yhden hengen kerrossänky. On myös vuodesohva sijaitsee perhehuoneessa. Kaikki 3 makuuhuonetta on TV: n ja suuri perhe huoneessa on TV / video / DVD.
On 2 osoitettu pysäköintipaikkoja ja säilytystila Beach vaihde.
Katsella auringon nousua ja asettaa omalta parvekkeelta ... täydellinen paikka nauttia Beach !!

Great condo and location, minor inconveniences

The condo itself was generally quite nice, and the location was in a fantastic spot. However, some of the beds still had sand and crumbs from the previous guests. They also do not provide soap and toilet paper, which is not listed in the description, and was a bit of an inconvenience. The couch, kitchen, appliances, and everything else was great otherwise.

Great short walk to the beach and a partial view of the ocean

Very comfy place with plenty of room and very close to the beach you can sit on the balcony and people watch or look at the ocean. Nice pool kids loved it open from 10am till 8pm

Loved our stay here ! The unit was exactly as described - clean, nicely decorated and comfortable (the coach is amazing). Great location close to the beach. Mark is a very responsive owner too !

Spacious, updated, great location

Condo looks just like the photos, very clean and updated unit. 6 adults had plenty of space. Great location with nearby restaurants and attractions and also a block to the beach. Having both ocean and bay views on deck was a great feature. Beds were comfy too. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house and location was perfect

The house is exactly as listed. We were there for a dance competition at the convention center so the location was perfect. The beach is just steps away and tons to do close by. We’d definitely stay again and recommend. You can tell they take great care of their place and he is easy to reach if needed.

Can't Recommend Enough

We had an awesome time at Mark's place in Ocean City Maryland. It accomated our large group comfortably and at an extremely affordable price. Mark was readily available for any questions we had and everything was as advertised. We will be staying with Mark again on future OCMD trips. Highly recommend.

Weekend Trip for Competition

This condo was exactly what we were looking for! We came into town for a cheer competition at the convention center. There were 4 adults and 3 kids and the space fit us perfectly! We were within walking distance to the convention center, the beach and a ton of places for restaurants or shopping.

Fantastic Stay!

We were 3 moms and 4 kids attending a cheer competition at the convention center down the street and this was the perfect spot for us. The place was clean and cozy and was stocked with appliances, cutlery, dishes, etc as well as cleaning supplies. The beds were comfortable (make sure you bring linens, including pillowcases, and towels!!) It was pretty quiet. You could hear some traffic from the front bedroom but it wasn't to bad. There is a fantastic large balcony and it's a super quick walk to the beach, convention center, and restaurants. There is plenty to do around here and we would love to stay here again. All the kids are already asking to go back! The owners were great to deal with. They were accommodating and quick to respond to messages.

Overall great, but a few hiccups

Overall it was nice however there were a few issues. The doorknob to the screen door kept coming off on our hands, the knob for the shower came off when we tried to turn on the master shower and there were no batteries in the smoke detector (which he did come and add). We also had to print off our parking passes...we don't have a printer so we had to run to Staples (every other place we stayed at they were on the kitchen counter for us) and he required more cleaning from us then at checkout any other place I've ever stayed. For the price we paid I would expect everything to be in proper working order and I would expect less work on our end while we are on vacation.

We loved it so much room and spotless!

Let me start by saying I booked this vacation as a graduation gift for my son and 9 of his friends. You can walk to the beach and bay . The best plus it's right on the main strip where the bus runs up and down all day and night which was great for the teen boys they had freedom without worries of them driving and it was only 3 dollars to take the bus and you got to ride it for the whole day! They love the taco joint on the corner they must have had tacos every day. They condo was very roomy and it comforted all 13 of us perfectly. My sister is in a wheelchair and she had plenty of room with all of us there.i cannot Express how perfect this condo was and how the boys are planning on a yearly trip together at this place! Owners answered quickly when needed to ask questions! If you have a large family book it! And if you have teens and dont want to drive them around and give them their own freedom it's in a great location and you will not be disappointed. I plan on renting again! Thank you for letting us use your beautiful condo!

Beautiful Condo and great location

I recently stayed at this beautiful condo for a weekend with 6 of my girlfriends. Upon arrival into the condo we were blown away, the pictures do not do this place justice! It is very spacious and very well kept! Owners are very responsive to messages and very accommodating. The location is great in Midtown OCMD, just steps from the beach and close to restaurants and Seacrets. Not really an issue but something to keep in mind for families, the bedroom with the double bottom bunk bed is on Coastal Highway, there is some outside noise in the late evening as this is the main strip in town. Only other suggestion I have to the owners is to do keyless entry or replace the door knob as it stuck a little when locking and unlocking the door. Also, labeling the keys in the condo would be helpful to know which key was for the pool, locker, etc(took a few tries to figure it out). These are minor things in an otherwise fantastic condo, highly recommend for families or a group of friends!

Condo was not cleaned when we arrived. Seems there was a miscommunication with the cleaning service.

Nice condo, great location. However, money expected on time but security deposit (not a huge amount) not received to date and this is day 38 since we departed. Have inquired about the security deposit but no answer as of today.

Great location and condo floorplan

There were many positives to this rental...updated kitchen and open floorplan, deck that is the width of the condo (you can see the ocean and bay). Three bedrooms with comfortable beds and the ability to accommodate a large family. The condo had everything you may need on your beach vacation. Two designated parking spots also a bonus! The main con was that the unit was not very clean when we arrived (open food remained in cabinets, trash was found under the sofa). I had shared these concerns with the owner so she could address them with her cleaning crew.
